Even though the products are a bit pricey, I think they're worth the money because they're high quality and don't have any harmful stuff in them. Eye cream and moisturizer
I just bought something from this company for the first time, and even though there were a few bumps at first, I have to say I was pretty impressed with how they handled things. The stuff I ordered showed up right on time and the packaging was really nice. The only problem was that the pump on the eye cream didn't work right. I got in touch with customer service and they were really sorry about it, but I was a little surprised when they wanted me to send the faulty product back instead of just looking at a picture. It was kind of a pain, especially since their stuff is on the pricey side. But, they did send me a replacement right away, so that was good. I do appreciate how quickly they took care of things, but I hope they think about making their return process easier in the future.

As someone who buys skincare products, I was really surprised and disappointed by the sneaky things the company I bought from recently did. When I opened my order, I found out they were using small plastic pouches hidden inside the big, frosted glass jars for some of their creams and serums. This trick not only makes customers think they're getting more than they are, but it also creates unnecessary plastic waste, which is bad for the environment. We're supposed to be using less plastic now, so it's not okay that they're doing this. And all the extra packaging they use for shipping just makes it worse. Because of this, I've decided to switch to a brand that's more ethical and cares about the environment for my skincare products.

I bought this product thinking it would be great, but it was actually pretty disappointing. It came in a frosted bottle that made it hard to see how little product was actually in there. Plus, it was in a cheap plastic bag which was unexpected and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, both the cleanser and rosehip oil made my face burn. I definitely wouldn't recommend these products to anyone, they're overpriced and not worth it.

The Avocado & Jojoba Hydrating Moisturizer didn't really live up to what I was hoping for, especially considering the price. It was hydrating, but didn't do much else for my skin to make it worth the extra money compared to other organic creams out there.
