PC cleaning software
As a customer of PC Cleaner Pro, I was initially drawn in by the promise of it being free. However, as I dug deeper, I realized that in order to actually clean and speed up my PC, I needed to sign up and pay for extra features. This wasn't made clear from the start, which was disappointing since the main point of the software is to clean and optimize my computer. Despite this drawback, I found that the cleaning features of the program worked well and efficiently. The interface was easy to use and I liked that it gave detailed results from the scan to show areas that needed improvement. Ultimately, the software did enhance the speed and performance of my PC, but the lack of upfront information about costs and registration was a downside of my experience.
Effective and simple purchase
I was actually pretty impressed by the way the PC cleaner I bought actually worked. Normally, with these types of things, there's always some kind of catch or extra stuff you don't need. I was fully expecting to have to deal with that whole "free trial" thing where they ask for your credit card info before you can even use it, but none of that nonsense happened. This software did exactly what it said it would, and it got the job done fast and without any glitches. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone in need of a good PC cleaning tool.
Long-term user, effective malware removal
I've been using this software for four years now, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. Even though I already had other popular antivirus programs on my computer, PC Cleaner Pro found and fixed a whopping 48,880 infected files that those programs missed. Plus, it quickly got rid of the malware, virus, or trojan that was causing chaos on my computer. Another thing I like is the option to do a thorough PC scan with a USB flash drive, which makes it super convenient and efficient for me.
Product didn't work on my Dell Laptop
I was really disappointed when I installed it and it didn't clean up my computer like I expected! But turns out, it was just my dumb laptop causing the problem, not the cleaning product. So, I uninstalled it and requested a refund, and they gave it to me without any hassle. Even though it wasn't their fault, they were really understanding and gave me my money back. I've heard their product works really well on other computers though!

I just bought this PC cleaning software thinking it would help fix some issues on my computer. Turns out, it didn't do what it was supposed to and I ended up getting charged more than I expected. And to top it off, their customer service is in a totally different time zone, so reaching them for a refund has been a real hassle. All in all, I'm pretty bummed out about the whole situation.
Free version installation issue
I downloaded the free version, but all it does is make my computer super slow, then it asks me to pay to get it to actually work. And let me tell you, it happens multiple times a day, you can't just click cancel, you have to go through multiple steps and like half an hour later, the program just slows things down again. I've tried to uninstall it many times, but it's just impossible for me. My suggestion? Don't even bother with this program, it's basically like a super annoying virus.
Slow desktop, PC cleaner installation, noticeable difference
I was so frustrated with my slow desktop that I was about to toss it out the window. That's when I came across this PC cleaner software and thought, why not give it a try? And man, it was like magic! I bought this PC cleaner software a while ago, but I'm pretty bummed out about it. The company's been sending me all kinds of reminders and pop-ups to upgrade or renew my subscription, even though I uninstalled the software ages ago. It's just a never-ending loop of them trying to sell me more stuff and it's driving me crazy. I feel like I got tricked into buying something I didn't actually need, and now I can't even get rid of it completely. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this product or company to anyone.
Quick fix software
This software is a total scam and rip-off, do not waste your money on it. I thought it would help clean up my computer and speed it up, but it actually made it worse. After using it, my computer was even slower. I couldn't get any help from customer service when I tried reaching out. The price is way too high for such a bad product. It was a horrible experience and I wish I never bought this software.
Purchase - PC cleaning software
This software is totally useless. It doesn't work like they said it would, and when I tried to reach out for help, I couldn't even understand the customer service rep and they weren't helpful at all. It didn't solve any problems on my computer and I wish I never bought it.
5-license application purchase
I downloaded this application and it was working fine on one computer. But when it tries to scan the Com/ActiveX files, it gets stuck at 80%. I tried calling the support number, but it's always closed! So now I'm stuck with a product that isn't working right and can't seem to get any help.
Trial Scam
I signed up for this one-month "free" trial recently, but I ended up uninstalling it after only 15 days because it just wasn't working well. Even though I didn't give permission for any payments through Paypal, they still ended up charging me for that trial month. And to top it off, I couldn't even get a refund. It's ridiculous, right?
Subscription scam
They signed me up for a subscription that I can't even cancel. It feels like a total scam! I'd be careful about getting involved with this company because they don't make it easy or clear to cancel. It's just annoying to deal with a company that's so shady.
Software purchase
My experience with this software was a total disaster, to be honest. I paid just under $50 for it and it was nothing but problems from the start. The biggest issue was that I couldn't get a valid license key, no matter how hard I tried for over a month. And when I asked for a refund, I didn't hear back at all, even when I asked for an address in France to send a letter. On top of all that, the software itself kept starting up on its own, which was super annoying. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone. You're better off finding something else that's more trustworthy.
Subscription renewal issue
I told them to cancel the auto-renewal for their program, and they claimed they did. But guess what? I still got charged and received a new license! They won't even answer my refund requests, and the auto-renewal keeps happening. Such a scam!
Update drivers through the cleaner program
I tried out this cleaner program to update some drivers on my computer the other day. All I had to do was click download on the program, but when I rebooted my laptop, all I got was a blue screen. I contacted customer service for help, but they said they weren't at fault. It was a letdown overall.
