Mock neck shapewear dress, black, size xs
I recently bought this black mock neck shapewear dress in size XS from that store. I'm 5'2 and 93 lbs, so it can be tough to find something that fits just right, but this dress was even better than I expected. The material was firm enough to give me some shape without feeling too tight, and the added lift was a nice touch. The ruching detail let me adjust the length, so I could wear it for different occasions. Plus, it was actually easy to use the restroom in this shapewear, which is a rarity! Even though I'm pale, the color wasn't see-through at all. I threw on a jacket to make it more work-appropriate, toning down the sexy vibe but still feeling confident and stylish. All in all, I was super happy with my purchase and have ordered more dresses, shapewear, and a bodysuit from that store since then.
Dress
I recently bought a dress from this store and unfortunately, when it arrived, it was dirty like someone had worn it before and then returned it. I sent an email to customer service right away, and even though it was a hassle at first, we were able to fix the problem quickly. I told them that not only was the dress dirty, but it was also too small. The store team understood and sent me a new dress in the right size right away. The dresses they have are really nice quality, and now I'm thinking about getting more from them. Bathing suit purchase
I really love the quality and styles of the stuff I've gotten from this company. The customer service folks are always quick to respond and super helpful. The one problem I've come across, though, is when they say something is ready to ship right away but then it ends up being delayed for months. For instance, I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and I still don't know when it's coming. The website had said it comes in all colors and would ship in 7-10 days, but that wasn't accurate at all. It would be so much better if they added a note saying the item will be restocked but with delayed shipping - that would make things a lot clearer for customers like me.

On top of that, the return process is a total headache. You have to go back and forth through emails, wait for days, there's a $9 deduction, and you have to pay for shipping. They definitely don't make returns easy.

So, I called back and talked to a really helpful customer service agent. She not only gave me a coupon for the mistake but also helped me order the right color.
