    Makeup, Lipstick, Return

    I recently ordered some beauty products online, including a few lipsticks. Everything went smoothly with my order, except for one big problem - one of the lipsticks looked like it had already been used by someone else. It was pretty gross and not very hygienic. I did the usual thing of taking photos, emailing customer service, returning the item with their label, and waiting for a refund. Unfortunately, they didn't have that color in stock anymore, so I didn't get a replacement. The return process itself was easy, and I got my money back quickly once they got the item back. But I was shocked to hear about other customers getting stuff like a can of tuna instead of a fancy ashtray, or fake sandals instead of the real thing. It's obvious that Saks has some serious problems with their warehouse management that they need to fix. After this experience, I'm thinking about avoiding online shopping and just sticking to buying things in person.

    Expensive clothing items for my granddaughter

    I just dropped some serious cash at Saks Fifth Avenue on clothes for my granddaughter - over $800 worth, to be exact. But man, I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking for my stuff to get to me. Half of the items have been sitting in shipping limbo for the past ten days, and that just ain't cool coming from a fancy store like Saks. For the dough I dropped, I was expecting better service. I'm not sure if I wanna risk it with Saks again unless they step up their game when it comes to shipping and delivery.

    As a customer at Saks Fifth Avenue, I bought a blouse recently that didn't fit right because of sizing issues. When I tried to return it, I was surprised to learn that they wouldn't give me my money back right away. Their policy said it might take 3 to 5 business days for the return to be checked, and then an extra 7 to 14 business days for the refund to go through. Waiting that long to get my money back was annoying and inconvenient, especially given the situation. I was hoping for better service and flexibility from a fancy store like Saks Fifth Avenue. All in all, I wasn't happy with the whole thing and would warn others to watch out for that policy before they buy something.

    I just bought a sweater from this store, but it didn't fit me when I got it. So, I decided to return it and got an email confirmation on Feb 9th saying they got my return. The email said I should get a refund in "up to 7 business days," but that didn't happen. I waited like they said, but no refund. I called customer service on Feb 26th and asked about my refund. They told me I'd have to wait until March 1st. The customer service guy, Carlos, wasn't helpful at all. He said their policy gives 14 days for refunds, even though the email said 7.

    I recently bought some clothes from this store, and man, let me tell you, it was a terrible experience dealing with their customer service and return policy. Even though I saw some bad reviews about their customer service, I still liked their stuff so I went ahead and placed an order. But when my package got sent back to their place, it was a nightmare trying to get my money back. The customer service person said they got my package in TN, but still wouldn't give me a refund. That just didn't seem right to me, and it made me so mad. It's really frustrating to see businesses not caring about keeping their customers happy and being fair.     I've been a customer of department stores for a while now, but my recent experience with this particular company has really thrown me for a loop. I received a damaged item and did everything I was supposed to in order to return it, but their customer service team has been completely ghosting me. I've sent them multiple emails and made several phone calls, but still no refund in sight. To top it off, they actually sent the damaged item back to me and claimed it was now all worn out and dirty. The way they've been handling things is just not cool. They're lacking in communication, accountability, and professionalism.     Online Dress Return

    Hey there, I've been shopping at this fancy department store for ages, but man, I gotta tell you, I am not happy at all with how they handled my recent return. I sent back a $600 dress via FedEx on February 6th, got the delivery proof and everything. But you know what? I'm still waiting for that refund to show up on my credit card. They sent me an email on March 2nd saying they processed the refund, but the money has yet to hit my account. I've tried calling and chatting with customer service multiple times, but they've been pretty useless. And get this, every time I ask to speak to a supervisor, they're mysteriously "unavailable."

    This whole ordeal has really soured my opinion of this store that I used to love. My advice to y'all is to skip the hassle of mailing back returns - just take them directly to the store. I even tried filing a dispute with my credit card company to sort this mess out, but even they haven't responded. This whole thing has been a real nightmare in terms of customer service.

    Man, let me tell you, the customer service at that store was absolutely terrible! I ordered this awesome shirt and pants set, but it never showed up. Fed Ex claimed they dropped it off, but there was no evidence or anything. I even showed them pictures of my fancy private elevator area to prove that nobody delivered it, but they hit me with the "you have to wait 20 days for us to assist you" response. And all that hassle for just $68. I swear, I am never going to shop there again.

    I bought a pair of Balenciaga boots online from Saks Fifth Avenue. But, when they didn't fit, I sent them back right away. Getting my money back turned into a big hassle, though. I had to contact Saks multiple times over a few months, and all I got were excuses and delays. Eventually, they said I wouldn't get a refund because they claimed the boots were damaged, which is not true at all. Dealing with all this has been really frustrating and disappointing as a customer.
