    Beige/Gold Sneaker Purchase

    I just got my hands on my first pair of beige/gold sneakers from Shoe Carnival and let me tell you, I am pretty darn pleased with how things turned out. I used to be a loyal customer to another brand but decided to take a chance with this new one, and boy am I glad I did. These sneakers won me over with their cozy feel and cool look. The arch support is top-notch and the regular width was more spacious than I expected, making them even more comfy to strut around in. Just a heads up, they do run a tad small, so I had to go up half a size, but once I did that, they fit like a glove. All in all, I am over the moon with my purchase and definitely think these sneakers are worth recommending to anyone who wants comfort and style all rolled into one.

    Men's dress shoes

    My time at Shoe Carnival was honestly not great. The customer service there was really lacking, and I ran into a manager who was pretty rude when I tried to return a pair of men's dress shoes. I told them the shoes weren't comfortable and didn't fit right, but the manager claimed I had messed them up somehow and wouldn't give me a refund or let me exchange them. I left feeling irritated and let down by the way the staff handled the situation.

    Shoes too small

    I bought some shoes online and they ended up being too small when they showed up. I reached out to customer service through email and I was really happy when they got back to me within an hour, especially now with everything going on. They were really helpful and quick in getting me a bigger size for the shoes. Big thanks to Shoe Carnival for their fast help and great customer service.

    I just bought some shoes online from Shoe Carnival and they arrived right on schedule. But man, was I bummed when I opened the box and saw that they were totally used! Like, seriously, there was some person's name written on the insoles in silver pen and they looked like they had been worn a few times.

    I placed an order, but got an error message saying my payment info was wrong. I went back, tried re-entering it a bunch of times, and ended up getting charged five times. Then I reached out to customer service through chat, had to wait forever, and when someone finally answered, they weren't very helpful. They just blamed it on my bank. I'm starting to think this is a shady business tactic. I definitely should have checked their reviews first.

    Multiple pairs of shoes purchased

    I recently bought a bunch of shoes online from this place, and boy was it a mess from the get-go. The first time I tried to order, it didn't work. NBD, right? Wrong. I tried again, same issue. I was about ready to chuck my computer. But no worries, I called customer service to make sure I wasn't getting charged twice. The rep, we'll call her Rolhni, was pretty helpful. She confirmed I wasn't charged for the failed attempts and said sorry for the hassle. But, to make matters worse, the shoes I wanted weren't even available. It felt like the world was against me. I thanked Rolhni and said I'd try my luck on their site again. Let's just say, it wasn't the best experience.

    I mean seriously, if you're into wasting your precious time sitting on the phone just to be told to keep waiting for your stuff, then Shoe Carnival is definitely your jam! I ordered 3 pairs of kicks and guess what? I only got 2. And when I finally got around to calling customer service, they hit me with the news that I gotta wait another freaking 10 days for them to even think about resending my missing pair. Like, why should I have to wait when they've already taken my cash? Shoe Carnival, time to step up your game!

    Running shoes purchase

    So, I was trying to order these awesome new running shoes online because I needed them for gym class, right? But when they finally showed up, they were seriously disgusting! They were dirty and sweaty and honestly looked like they had already been worn by someone else. I was super disappointed and pretty grossed out. I could have just bought a used pair way cheaper on eBay! I felt like I got totally ripped off. Lesson learned - never buying from that website again!

    I ordered these really awesome sneakers for my cousin's birthday, but when the box finally showed up, it had these super ugly slippers inside! I was so bummed out! So I gave customer service a call, and they told me they were totally out of stock and could only offer me a refund. I don't think I'll shop there again after this mess!

    I had the worst time dealing with Shoe Carnival's email marketing. No matter how many times I tried to unsubscribe, I still get emails I don't want. It's really concerning that their marketing emails don't have an unsubscribe button and it makes me worry about the safety of my personal info. It's just sad that Shoe Carnival doesn't value customer privacy more.

    Shoe return after Christmas

    As a customer at Shoe Carnival, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare trying to return something that I got for Christmas in February. It was such a long and frustrating process. I wouldn't suggest ordering from Shoe Carnival because the customer service was not great at all, and definitely not worth all the trouble. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store.

    I went to Shoe Carnival trying to get some new boots, and it turned into a total mess. I placed my order back on 11/26, and FedEx still hasn't even gotten the package. I've been calling customer service over and over, but all they do is give me the runaround. It's been weeks now and I still don't have my order or a refund in sight. Shoe Carnival seriously needs to get it together!

    Super expensive shoes broke after a month

    I got these super pricey shoes for someone like a month ago, but they hardly even wore them and the whole sole just fell off! We tried contacting the company for some help, but they were completely useless. They didn't even give us the manufacturer's phone number when we asked for it. It was such a terrible experience, especially considering how much those shoes cost.

    I got some shoes from Shoe Carnival and man, they took forever to ship! When I called customer service, the person I first spoke to was so unprofessional. They were using words like "cuz" and "ain't," and I found it pretty annoying. Luckily, I talked to another rep who was much nicer and more helpful. They let me know that my shoes were back ordered and there was no estimate on when they would arrive. I ended up canceling my order, and it's strange because the site still shows those shoes as in stock.
