    I bought a pair of silver hoop earrings from this store not long ago, but I had a bad experience. I waited for weeks without getting any shipping confirmation, which really bugged me. I tried to contact the store through their website, email, and social media, but I never heard back. It was really disappointing to be ignored and not know what was going on with my order.     Wool Jacket

    I recently purchased a wool jacket from a store on Storenvy, expecting it to be shipped from California. To my surprise, it ended up coming all the way from China. On top of that, it was the wrong color - instead of Emerald Forest green, I received a North Korean Army green jacket. The style was also a total miss - no shape or style at all. I've tried reaching out to the store three times, but they're totally ignoring me. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just not cool, man.

    I'm a customer on Storenvy and I bought a smartwatch from an online store there. Ordering was a breeze, and the watch came right on time and looked just like it did on the website.     Online purchase disappointment

    I want to share my recent experience with ordering from Kitchen Market. It was really not good. I placed my order over a year ago and still haven't gotten what I paid for. The company said they refunded me on 1/11/21, but it's 11/22/21 now and I still haven't seen the money back in my account. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but they haven't replied at all. I'm really upset about this whole thing and feel like I've been tricked.

    Issue with Oceanside/Kitchen Market

    I'm really annoyed with the ongoing problems with Oceanside/Kitchen Market on Storenvy. It's frustrating to see that even though customers like Carol and Jake have complained multiple times, Storenvy hasn't done anything about it. The fact that there's been no response or solution to these issues is disappointing and it's definitely impacting my shopping experience on the platform.

    This company is just the worst, let me tell ya! I've been trying to get a hold of them since 11-07-2021, but every email address I try is a total dead-end. Finally stumbled upon a customer service number and the person I talked to was honestly the best - super helpful and even cracked a few jokes. They got my issue sorted out in no time, so big thanks to them! My Order ID is ##3348ET.

    The folks over at Storenvy went ahead and disabled my store out of the blue, no word on why. I've tried hitting them up a bunch of times but haven't heard a peep back. It's just not cool how they're handling this, no communication and no action. They really shouldn't be able to run a marketplace like this.

    I ordered some Berber baskets from this store not too long ago. But, guess what? After I placed my order, I got hit with some bad news - the items I wanted were actually out of stock. The seller, NOMAD, went MIA on me, ignoring my messages and calls. Seriously, that's not cool. It makes me think this seller might be up to some shady stuff.     I was really disappointed with my experience on that online shopping site. The checkout process was a mess - super unprofessional and just not reliable at all. I ran into a bunch of problems when I tried to buy something, like that annoying spinning wheel that made it so my order didn't go through correctly.     This company is ridiculous. They promote listings, take a commission, and then have the nerve to say the item breaks their rules. What rules?     I've been shopping on this platform and I gotta say, it's been a total letdown. Seems like Storenvy has some serious issues with sellers not being accountable or active. I've ordered a bunch of stuff and haven't gotten anything from them. Been going back and forth with these sellers through email, and now I'm resorting to Paypal chargebacks just to try and get my money back. It's a real pain and it's taking up so much of my time. Storenvy doesn't even have a way to cancel orders during processing, and their rating system is so hard to see through. They really need to step up and take responsibility for the sellers they allow on their platform.

    I recently bought a pair of boots for my son and the shipping cost was a whopping $50, but he really wanted them so I went for it. I chose to buy from this platform because it said it was located in California, not China. Unfortunately, my son passed away on December 24th and I tried to get a refund from both the third-party company and Storenvy. Storenvy sent me to another company, kmA.specials1, which has been ignoring my request for a refund. Even though PayPal gave me the money back, kmA.specials1 lied to PayPal and said they were waiting for the item to be returned, despite giving me prepaid postage. This caused the charge to be put back on my account. I haven't been able to find an address to return the item and fix this problem. I took it up with PayPal credit, who are surprised by the lack of action. I think Storenvy should also take some responsibility for working with a company that's causing so many issues.

    Data-mining scam

    I had a really bad experience with that store recently. I signed up for an account, gave them all my info, and even connected my PayPal account. But when I tried to log back in, I was surprised to see a message saying my account had been "disabled." I never got an email, notification, or any kind of explanation for why they did that. It all feels pretty shady and it's got me really worried.
