The program didn't do what it said it would. It took forever to scan and missed some problems on my computer. I had to fix some of the issues it found on my own. In the end, I was let down by how it performed.

SAT study guide
Prep Scholar has this whole package for studying for the SAT that really dives into all the stuff you'll see on the test - Math, Reading, and Writing. They give you some solid advice to help you get a good score. But to be honest, I found that the quizzes had way too much of the same questions over and over. It was like I was going in circles, not really picking up anything new or getting better at all.

Recent subscription experience
I recently signed up for this subscription service and man, let me tell you, it was a letdown. The whole thing was a mess - the website was hard to figure out and every time I tried to use it, I got super frustrated. And don't even get me started on their customer service... it was basically non-existent. When I tried to cancel, they made it so difficult. I had to call them, but they were hardly ever available and I had to wait forever on hold. It felt like they were purposely making it hard for me to cancel so they could keep charging me. I only used the service for a month before I had enough and tried to cancel. But it's been 6 months now and I'm still stuck dealing with them. It's been a nightmare and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Email marketing software
This email marketing software was a total nightmare to use. It deleted subscribers, crashed my website, and even messed up links in emails I already sent out. The updates totally messed up my MailPoet database, even though I tried to avoid them. And don't even get me started on the support team - they were no help at all, even though I was paying for it. Trust me, steer clear of this software if you want to save yourself a lot of headaches.

Uwatec Galileo dive computer
I've been using Uwatec dive computers for almost 1000 dives, but I recently had a bad experience with the SmartTRAK software. It doesn't work with my new Windows 10 PC, so I can't transfer or analyze my dive data. I tried contacting Uwatec and my local dive shop for help, but no one has gotten back to me. It seems like customer service isn't a priority for Uwatec anymore, so I'm moving on. Next time I need a dive computer, I'll be going with Suunto instead.

Order of dog food
I just bought some dog food from this company the other day. But, I had to return one bag that I didn't even open. The customer service I got during that whole ordeal was just terrible. The people I talked to were so rude and not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care at all about making me happy as a customer. They didn't even bother trying to talk to me about my concerns. They just sent me a generic letter and closed my case. I felt completely ignored and like my business didn't matter to them at all.

Beautiful dress, fast delivery
I decided to take a risk and order from this site, and I was actually shocked by how good it turned out! The dress got to me pretty fast, and the color was just like in the pics. It was a tad bit larger than I thought it would be based on the sizing info, but all in all, I'm happy with what I got and would totally buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE!
I rented a car that I prepaid for online. I was unable to pick up the rental car due to the fact that I did not have a flight in or out of the Birmingham Airport! This was not disclosed in the Terms ... Conditions! Now, not only am I stuck at the airport but I was charged a $75 cancellation fee! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm glad someone got a response back in a timely manner. I sent my email 4 days ago and still haven't gotten a response or my product. Getting ready to send another email and then I'm going to call them next. They sure took my money in a timely manner, but won't answer my email? It's not looking good for them on my end.
