    this is so good

    They are really awesome and i am having so much because of this. The booking.com is the simplest and easiest site to book the holidays, hotels and other lots of things. ist perfect for solo travelers but also i prefer it when i am traveling with my family especially with my kids. The options and wide range helped me So its awesome and really helpful
    The customer care is also supportive, and i get all the details and information on time with so much ease that i dont ever have to feel the burden
    This is seriously good and i recommend people to try it out especially for those who are going out with family because this is good.

    Money stolen

    Cancellation issues with stay

    I had a super frustrating thing happen to me with a reservation I made on this platform. I tried to cancel ahead of time but I still got charged because they said I actually stayed there. When I tried to argue that, they told me I couldn't even leave a review because I had cancelled. It's totally not cool how they aren't owning up to their mistake and being straight with me.

    Birthday hotel booking

    I recently planned a surprise birthday trip for my partner to Blackpool and booked a hotel online. But when we got there, turns out the hotel had shut down a year ago! The hotel next door said it happens a lot with the platform I used. I tried calling customer service over and over for help, but they weren't much help and I ended up stuck in Blackpool for hours. The whole day and surprise were ruined, so I decided to cancel all my future bookings with that sketchy company.

    Flight booking via third-party site

    I just booked a flight on this website thinking it would be easy and quick, but it's been a real headache. The airline went and canceled my flight, and all my buddies who booked straight with the airline already got their money back. Me? I'm still sitting here waiting for this website to finally give me my refund. I've sent 'em a bunch of emails and called 'em up a bunch of times, but I'm getting nowhere. I'm beyond annoyed with how they're handling this whole situation - no communication, no transparency. It's driving me nuts.

    Unexpected debit

    I just booked a hotel and they were supposed to charge me when I got there. But, booking.com ended up taking the money from my account 5 days later. It was super annoying and confusing, especially since I use their site a lot. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but didn't hear back for a whole day, which just made me feel even more frustrated and stuck.

    Rental refund issue

    I had a really bad experience with a rental company I found on this website. When I tried to get a refund for a rental I couldn't even use, they gave me a hard time and made me file a formal complaint just to try to get my money back. They asked for way more personal info than they needed for a regular rental, which made me suspicious. Even though I tried to talk to them about getting a refund, they said no and I felt like the company was just trying to rip me off.

    I was really let down by this service. I tried to book a place to stay, but it turns out it wasn't even available! So frustrating and a total waste of time. And then, on top of that, they straight up canceled my booking last minute with no reason or backup plan. I would definitely recommend avoiding this service - they seem more interested in showing off how good they are instead of actually doing their job right.

    Flight cancellation

    I had booked a flight to Hanoi, Vietnam for December 19, 2023 but had to cancel because of a visa problem. When we reached out to customer service to cancel, it's been like 3-5 months and still no refund. We've called multiple times and keep getting different stories and no clear idea of when we'll get our money back. Even when a manager stepped in, we're still not getting a good answer. It seems like the company is intentionally making it tough for customers to get their refunds.

    Booked a hotel, got cancelled on the day of travel

    I was really looking forward to booking a hotel for my trip, but then the hotel cancelled on me on the day I was supposed to start my adventure! Can you believe it, on a holiday too! Apparently, they've been pulling this stunt a lot, trying to cheat their way into getting government money for free. Not cool at all! I had to quickly find another place to stay. I reached out to the company to get a refund and fix things, but they were slow to respond. I ended up having to call them to get everything sorted out. Now I'm still waiting on that refund...
