    this is so good

    They are really awesome and i am having so much because of this. The booking.com is the simplest and easiest site to book the holidays, hotels and other lots of things. ist perfect for solo travelers but also i prefer it when i am traveling with my family especially with my kids. The options and wide range helped me So its awesome and really helpful
    The customer care is also supportive, and i get all the details and information on time with so much ease that i dont ever have to feel the burden
    This is seriously good and i recommend people to try it out especially for those who are going out with family because this is good.

    I had a problem with a hotel booking I made on a website, so I contacted customer service for help. I sent an email complaining about the issue, and someone from the company got in touch with me. They said they would give me a refund because there was a mix-up with the hotel. The person I talked to asked for my bank details so they could send the refund through a wire transfer. I was pretty shocked to find out that booking.com has a whole department just for dealing with customers, and I think they're more useful and quicker than the regular customer service. Now, I'm just waiting patiently for the refund to go through.

    Booking room disappointment

    I need to talk about the problem I keep having when I book rooms on this website. I can always get a reservation, but the rooms I actually get are always small and not so great. It seems like the hotels might give better rooms to people who book through other websites, leaving me with bad accommodations. It's really frustrating and doesn't seem fair to me as a customer.     I bought a flight ticket from Istanbul to Baku online, but dealing with customer service has been really frustrating. Right before my flight, my cabin class got changed from premium economy to economy. I tried complaining and asking for a refund for the price difference, but it's been 5 days now and the issue still isn't fixed, even after following up multiple times. It's disappointing to see this lack of attention and resolution from a platform I've been loyal to, especially as a Genius 2 level customer.

    I had a really bad time buying plane tickets from Booking. I got four tickets for Sky airlines and even paid for checked baggage. But when I got to the airport, the airline told me that Booking didn't pay for the baggage, so they made me pay an extra $400. It felt like they were just trying to steal my money and I was so annoyed and upset about it.

    My experience with booking online was really frustrating. There were problems with my reservation, so I had to contact customer service several times for help. Sadly, the people at the call center were not very helpful and didn't take responsibility for fixing the issue.     I had a really frustrating experience with customer service recently. Every time I tried to call, the call kept getting cut off or I would end up talking to someone who didn't speak English well.     Flight booking nightmare

    I gotta say, booking flights through companies like this one can really be a headache. I tried to switch up my flight with them not too long ago, and man, it was a total nightmare. I had to call multiple times, dealt with broken payment links, and ended up getting double-charged for different fees instead of all at once. And on top of that, my luggage didn't make it onto the new flight. The airline is pointing fingers at the company for not adding the luggage, while the company is blaming the airline. All this going back and forth was super stressful and just plain inconvenient, you know?

    Dodgy hosting platform

    This company is a total nightmare to deal with. They don't protect guests at all and let landlords do whatever they want without any repercussions. We had a horrible time when the rules for our stay were suddenly changed and we couldn't cancel. And to make it worse, there was loud construction and scaffolding blocking our view that we didn't know about from the listing. It's unbelievable how little this platform monitors its hosts.

    Hotel booking in Turkey

    My hotel booking experience using this service was a complete letdown. When I got to Turkey for my vacation, I learned that the hotel reservation I had arranged through the website was suddenly canceled right before I was supposed to check in. Not only did this leave me stuck without a place to stay, but it also caused a lot of unnecessary stress and embarrassment on the first day of my trip. I was even more frustrated by the fact that I couldn't reach the customer service team when all this was happening, making me feel like I was being scammed. It was really disheartening to find out that these kinds of things happen frequently during busy times, with rooms being sold off at higher prices last minute.
