Tires for a Mustang
I just bought some new tires for my Mustang, and man, I'm really impressed with how high-quality and durable they are. I had these same tires on another car before, and they totally surpassed my expectations in terms of how well they performed and how long they lasted. Even after putting 40,000 miles on them, they still look brand new and give me great traction on the road. I'd definitely suggest these tires to anyone who wants something reliable and long-lasting.
New tires purchase
I just got some new tires from this place and I gotta say, it was a really good experience. The people working there were super friendly and knew their stuff. They were able to answer all my questions right away, which I really liked. They got the tires put on fast and perfectly, showing they really know what they're doing. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I need tires. Big shoutout to the staff for giving such great service!
Recent tire purchase
As a customer who just bought new tires here, I gotta say I was really impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was. They gave me all the info I needed on the different types of tires and helped me pick the perfect one for my car. The service was quick and I felt really comfortable knowing I was taken care of. The staff was so professional and I left feeling really happy with my purchase.
Mountain bike tires.
I just bought some mountain bike tires from this store and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good they are and how affordable they were. These tires are seriously top of the line and have made my biking trips way better. If you need some reliable and long-lasting tires for your outdoor adventures, I definitely recommend checking them out.
Bought 4 tires for Audi A4 Avant
So I went ahead and got myself four new tires for my Audi A4 Avant, thinking they were going to be the top of the line, specially made for my car. But get this, after only 15,000 kilometers (with 90% of that on the highway), two of the back tires started looking all weird. Now I gotta take them in to get checked out because they're not cutting it. And get this, the front tires are totally fine, which just goes to show these tires aren't living up to the hype. Like, why would only the back ones be acting up, right? Feels like they made a mistake or something. And to make it worse, these tires cost a pretty penny because they're supposed to be all fancy, but they're definitely not worth it. They're not just subpar, they're downright dangerous! For a brand that claims to be top-notch, this is just not acceptable. It's not just a waste of money, it's putting my safety at risk! I definitely do not recommend these tires or this brand because they're just not reliable. I'm definitely going to file a complaint ASAP!
New tires at a high cost
I just got some new tires that were pretty dang expensive, thinking they'd be top-notch and last a long time. But man, was I let down when I realized they were totally shot after only 15,000 miles. It was a real bummer to see them all worn down and dangerous to drive on. I definitely wouldn't suggest these tires to anyone.
Been coming here since 2018
I love this place because the staff is amazing and they always do a fantastic job. I ask a bunch of questions and they are always patient and helpful. They have awesome deals and even do price matching. I 100% recommend this place if you want honest service!
Tire purchase with free installation
I appreciate the store manager coming out to check on the service, but I don't like feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Businesses should conduct themselves with truth, honesty, ethics, and integrity.
Premium Quality tires
Not much to say about this very well brand. I mean, I been buying Good year tires for long while. My father was also into the same tire brand ideal for his car.
New tire purchase mix-up
So I got this tire that was supposed to be 205.50.17, but turns out it's actually 225.50.17. I reached out for an explanation at the end of August, and now it's already mid-October with no response. What's the deal with that?
Tire Purchase
My mom and I went to this place to get some new tires. We noticed they offer a card for repairs with no interest, so we thought that was pretty cool. But the annoying part is that they only accept payment through a debit card or checking account. There have been times when we forget and then we can't pay unless we go into the red with our checking account. It would be great if they let us pay however we want, don't you think? And getting to speak with a real person is nearly impossible. The automated system always leads you to the payment option, and it took me five attempts today just to reach a person. Ugh, we might have to start looking for another place for our car needs.
Fix tire
I took my tire in to get it fixed and they said I needed a whole new one for over $200. I was so mad, but I had to do it. After that, I went to a few other places and they all said it was just a small hole that could be easily fixed. Turns out that place is known for scamming people and selling tires they don't really need. Don't waste your time there!
Oil change appointment
I arrived at 3:15 and had to wait until after 4 for my appointment. The staff didn't seem to know I was waiting for so long. On top of that, I was charged way more than the price I was told over the phone. When I asked about it, they just said it was for a tiny bit of extra oil for my car. And to make things even more frustrating, they didn't even rotate my tires like they said they would. I left feeling frustrated, cheated, and really upset about the lack of transparency and customer service at that place.
Misleading Rebate Promotion
Goodyear's rebate promotions are a total scam! I bought four tires, made sure they were eligible for a rebate by checking with a Goodyear Employee, and still got denied twice because of some hidden list of "participating dealers" that they don't tell you about until after you already dropped the cash. It's sneaky and downright wrong. I plan to report them to the FTC and the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs to make sure they don't get away with this. Don't fall for it, folks! Be cautious!
Got new tires for my car
So yeah, I went to this place to get new tires for my car and oh my gosh, it was the absolute worst! The folks working there were just so unreliable and sketchy. One of the managers was constantly drunk and trying to get everyone else to join in. Not cool at all, dude.
New tires and tire installation
I bought these new tires online and then went to the store to have them put on my mom's van, you know? But then they were all, "Oh, you need to get these other things too and it's gonna cost you more money." And then the thing they told me to get didn't even fix the problem! I tried reaching out to customer service and the store, but they were totally unhelpful. I just want my money back, dude!
