I contacted their customer service to ask about it, and they surprised me by admitting it was my mistake. They said they'd make me a new canvas for free. Their customer service was top-notch, and I can't wait to get the corrected canvas. I've already recommended this company to all my friends - one of them already ordered multiple canvases. The folks at this company were super nice and quick with their customer service. My custom canvas print showed up right on time, but man, it wasn't all that great quality-wise. I get that maybe the photo I sent over wasn't the best, but I kind of wish they could've given me some tips on picking out a better one. Other online places I've ordered from before have done that, and I thought it was really handy. So yeah, the service and delivery were decent, but not getting help with the photo selection was a bummer for me.

I just wanted to share how awesome the canvas I got for my zoom calls with Master Roshi is. The quality is top-notch and hanging it up was a breeze. But gotta be real, the shipping communication was a letdown. It took a whole month for the canvas to get to me and the lack of updates had me feeling pretty annoyed and always questioning where my order was.
Poster purchase with discount issue
I just got this poster and was so pumped about how awesome it looked and the quality of it. But then, my mood totally changed when I found out that the 20% off deal for writing a review was really just 15%. Not cool at all! And let me tell you, trying to call customer service was a total disaster. Luckily, they did finally get back to me through email and fixed everything. I mean, I do like my poster overall, but those problems definitely weren't cool.
