Digital game code purchase
Startselect always comes through for me when I need to buy digital game codes. The whole buying process is easy and fast, making it simple for me to get my codes without any issues. But I was kinda bummed to find out that there was a surprise extra fee for using Apple pay on my last purchase. I didn't have to pay that fee before, so I'm not sure why it popped up now. Startselect, it would be really cool if you could be upfront and consistent about your payment methods to prevent any unexpected charges for customers down the line.

I've always been able to get in touch with the company pretty easily, but lately it seems like it was even easier a few months ago. I've noticed that it's a bit tricky to figure out the maximum amount you can buy, like for an Apple Gift Card in a week or something similar. It would really help if they provided this info upfront so customers don't get confused or run into any problems when they're trying to make a purchase.
PlayStation Premium membership purchase
I recently bought a PlayStation Premium membership for 12 months from the website. The delivery was fast, and I got the code right away. The service on this site is pretty quick when it comes to making a purchase, but let me tell you, the verification process was just plain weird. Before I could get my hands on that PSN card in SEK, I had to go through all these hoops like sending in a photo of my passport and a selfie holding a piece of paper with the purchase details on it. I mean, seriously? I've never seen anything like it. I get that security is important, but asking for a selfie with a piece of paper seems a bit over the top, right? I mean, come on, Sweden, can't you come up with a better way to verify someone's identity? What's next, they'll want a newspaper with today's date on it?

The experience was really easy and straightforward. I liked getting my order right away, and having different payment choices, like Klarna, was a nice bonus. And it's awesome that the codes are brand new, so there's no need to stress about them already being used.
