Emergency roadside assistance
I was in a tough spot when my suspension gave out and my tire went flat in the middle of nowhere. I quickly reached out to GEM using the app and got a call back from a guy named Yuk, who was super friendly, helpful, and knew his stuff. He told me that help was on the way. They even gave me a link to track where the breakdown vehicle was. Surprisingly, the breakdown vehicle showed up in just an hour and a half, even though it was early on a Monday morning out in the sticks. The technician who came was polite and knew what he was doing. He managed to get my car on the truck without causing any more damage, even though the front of my car was practically touching the ground. This was my first time using GEM, and I have to say I was really impressed with their service. Thanks a lot, GEM. I'll definitely be renewing my subscription when the time comes.

As a person with disabilities who drives, it's super important to have reliable roadside assistance for safety. I had a scary tire blowout on a twisty country road recently, putting me and other drivers at risk. I called for help right away, and the service provider was amazing - so professional and quick. They sent a team out in no time, keeping me posted on when they'd arrive. The team got there fast, made sure everything was safe, changed the tire, and got me back on the road in under an hour. It was a totally different experience from a pricier company that left me stuck on a busy highway for 8 hours with no updates. I'd definitely recommend this service provider for their fast help, expert work, and top-notch service.

The breakdown service I got was really great. When I called for help, everything went super smoothly. They came to pick me up quickly, and they kept me in the loop on when the recovery vehicle and engineer would arrive. The staff was super nice, efficient, and friendly, which made the whole thing a lot easier to deal with. I would definitely suggest their service to anyone who needs it!
Joint policy with my son
My son hit a pothole and had a flat tire, so he used that app to call for help. He got a text with the info of the recovery company and they showed up in about an hour. They got him home safe in an hour and a half. DJ Recovery did a great job, they were really quick and efficient. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went.
Help for my mom's car
My mom's car broke down, so she called GEM for help. They got there super fast and got her car working again. The person who came to help was really nice and told her what to do next. I'm just relieved they were able to assist her since she's not great with cars.
Tow truck service
This company saved my life! I was stuck on Christmas day, so I called for a tow truck and was amazed by how fast and efficient they were. They picked up right away when I called, and called back to make sure help was coming. An hour later, the tow truck arrived and got me home in a jiffy. It was such a relief after dealing with awful service from other companies before.
Breakdown assistance service
I had a breakdown at home and ended up using roadside assistance from GEM. The process of getting a mechanic through the app was easy and straightforward. The mechanic did show up a little late, but it was nice to get updates on when to expect them. They were really polite and fixed the problem quickly, so I was happy with the service in the end.
Roadside assistance help
I never thought I'd have to call for roadside assistance, but GEM Motoring Assist really came through for me! Their service was amazing, they were super helpful and quick to respond. I've used them before and they always go above and beyond. Definitely worth every penny!
