They just lie. They are so unreliable. They didn't deliver on time and they just keep saying they can't cancel the order although they were not committed to their time schedule. It's even worst than a scam.
Vibe wand and some handcuffs
I ordered back in December, expecting my item to ship in 3-5 business days as mentioned. However it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s still not in transit. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service with no response. Glad I didn’t spend more than I already did. Not expecting to recieve my product any time soon based on previous reviews.

Service .... Every reply takes at least 72 hours and says the same thing, that they are working on the order. Now they say they are waiting for restock. I am trying to cancel the order because I honestly do not think I will ever get anything from them. SCAM.
Diosa Soft-Touch
Ordered as a birthday gift to myself in January. Received a few email about a delayed delivery with no specific date or access to delivery details. In April I sent an email requesting an update and received no reply. In May I involved my bank to dispute the charge and get a refund. Now, in June, almost 6 months later, I have received my order. Sharing this now for any of you who are still hoping to get your orders fulfilled and may also find luck by involving your credit card company / bank. Fingers crossed!
Bellesa Demi Wand
This is the WEAKEST ... I have ever used. It does absolutely nothing. I tried and tried. I have never had any issues with this in my life. This does NOT fit comfortably in the hand and it is utterly lifeless. and useless. The charging is really odd too, there are two weird connection points that need to be perfectly and 100% precisely lined up. I'm SO regretting paying $90 for this. A complete WASTE OF MONEY. Customer service here is absolutely useless too. Avoid buying products here. RUN AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE ASAP.

Horrible customer service!! Dont waste your money. i ordered 2 products from them and wanted to cancel the order literally a couple hours later and they said they couldnt cancel and it was being shipped. but i got the email saying it was shipped a week later... They could have cancelled my order when i emailed them. So i received my order yesterday and it was NOT as pictured. i did not open the package at all and they wont let me return it sealed. I will never order from here again

1 product never delivered, another broken
I placed an online order with Bellesa on Nov. 26 — but, more than 5 months later, Bellesa has STILL not delivered my order.
After I placed the order, Bellesa informed me one of the items was a "pre-order" special, and ALL my items would be held until that item was back in stock.
Weeks later, I asked the company to please send the items that were in stock — which they did, but one of them items didn’t even power on.
On Feb. 25, I asked for an update about the status of the "pre-order," and they told me they expected more stock in 2-3 weeks.
By April 8, I still had not received any product OR any communication from the company. So I asked for a refund.
Customer service initially promised “an additional 10 percent refund” (and I have it in writing) — but Bellesa now refuses to deliver on that promise.
No apologies. No explanations. They just held my money for more than 5 months, without communication or delivering on the goods and service promised. Customers, beware.AirVibe? What AirVibe?
Waited 3 + months for my order to show up because of backorders. They couldnt even get that right. They sent a cheaper item in place of the expensive one I ordered. It will probably take them weeks to reply to my email like it did every other time I had to email them to check on the status of my order. The service ..., the shipping times ... and I will never ever shop from here again. I have never had any issues with pink cherry so this is what I get for trying to buy something exclusive from bellesa. It is NOT worth the hassle. Shop somewhere else.

Horrible products, i've tried multiple. Ordered one with 2 motors that both died within a year. That shelf life is abysmal for what they sell their products for. Service team said "too bad!" Please save yourself the time and order from better websites like Unbound and LELO.
Following a giveaway
Very negative. They updated shipping fees without warning. I selected standard 5$ once I put my CC details shipping were updated to $39. I had no way to cancel the payment, or the order. I wrote them literally 3min after receiving the confirmation email. About explaining why I wish to cancel. ( shipping fees were too high) they replied me days later saying the order is out of the warehouse we can’t cancel. I reached on the IG account. I wrote them few emails.

Placed my order nearly two months ago and haven’t received all of my order still. I was not impressed on the quality of what I received for how much it cost and my items don’t work with my anatomy. Sent a ton of emails to customer service and they were unwilling to help me out with a partial refund for items I won’t be able to use. Not only this but I had to practically twist their arm so that they would send me part of my order while one item came back in stock. The customer service is horrible and I can’t recommend ever shopping here again. Don’t believe the hype.
Buzzfeed Air Vibe
this purchase has 100% made me stop supporting this store. Both my friend and I bought the air vibe and they both broke within 2-3 uses. Mine would not hold a charge after one use and hers the case broke. The customer service has been absolutely horrendous and it’s taken a month and it’s still not sorted out. They asked me to email them a video of the issue, which I did and then when they finally responded they said they would send out a new one in 2-3 weeks. A month went by and nothing. I emailed and they never responded. Another week went by so I asked for a credit or a refund. They emailed back within that hour saying they sent me a $30 coupon for the price of the toy as I got it discounted. The coupon was NEVER sent despite me checking my junk mail and every mailbox every day they said they sent it. I contacted them through email with no response, then I tried the live chat for them to say “oh no bb! we’ll have somebody send you an email asap!!” 3 days later and still no response. This company preaches ethics but is also partnered with PH and honestly for what it’s worth their toys are overpriced and not up to the hype. I really liked the company up until both myself and my friend have had a ton of issues with their customer service. she waited 4 months for her toy to ship and when she tried to cancel the order they said no and shipped it out the next day.

Toy was absolute garbage and used magnetic pins to charge. Impossible to keep the pins attached unless you sit and hold it together for a few hours. Bellesa didn't care a bit.
Tried a second order via coupon 6 months later and couldn't get the site to let me check out.
Service, no help, didn't seem to want to help. Shipping was a joke. They didn't have stock on an item and never send communication. Order just sat in processing for weeks before I contacted myself and changed items.

I never received my order! I emailed them many times, each time they told me they are going to send them this week which that week never came. I am following up with my credit card company for the refund.

The free V-Day Discreet Air Vibe w/ a few other items

I ordered a few products on Valentine's Day to receive the complimentary $49 Discreet Air Vibe, and.... still have not received any of those items. They claim this is because the Discreet Air Vibe is *still* not restocked. I have sent several emails, and every time they just give me a generic response saying it will be restocked in another 2-3 weeks, but then another 2-3 weeks go by, and still nothing. It has been over two months and almost 10 weeks now, and I have gotten none of the products I ordered. They refuse to send me any items separately, so everything is held up until the Discreet Air ships, whenever that may be. I am almost to the point of just canceling the entire order.Airvibe

A lot of back and forth and so sorry it's taking so long, covid/ shipping Issues ets etc.
We get to April where I've now demanded a refund and suddenly its dispatched and they can't cancel the order.
Terrible customer service.we vibe melt
so I had an issue with my we vibe melt, there were air bubbles in under the silicone; apparently this is something that happens with some of the we vibes. I emailed Bellesa about the issue as soon as I opened my package. the next morning their customer support responded and by early afternoon a new we vibe was on the way for no extra cost.
I got the we vibe with a discount too, so overall huge win!!
I was nervous about reaching out to their support team because of reviews I found here, so I was prepared to go straight to we vibe and use the two year warranty, but I didnt have to!
might've helped that I purchased the Bellesa warranty ($5) and id say those $5 were worth it. disappointed that people were having trouble with this company a few months ago but I personally didnt have any negative experience (and I dont know anyone who works at Bellesa). Ordered Feb 4th.. Was told it would ship out 8-10 days. Still no tracking number. Kept getting the same "auto" email about covid.. NOW it says the Air was a "pre-order" and they should have more in 2-3 weeks. Or theyll send me the vibe instead.. But from the reviews ive read.. Those arent being shipped out either! WISH ships faster and has better customer service than this bullshit ass company.
