2 tank tops
Ordering was very easy. The two tank tops I ordered were $10 each, not expensive. It took almost a month to get my order, they charged my credit card right away, the shipping charges were expensive and the quality of the merchandise is horrible

I order 6 outfit on March 11th,received some of them.now I am missed three pair of shorts. The company you can't speak with no one,or text the web site. I got in contact probably twice,and now the web site is down,the phone number for customer service always busy.

I made 3 separate orders, in total it came to almost $1000 including express shipping on each item.
One order was $600 plus Fed Ex shipping was about $165, expected shipping within 6-10 business days . It was almost one month I didn’t get anything , I wrote back and forth to them, then they said some items are not in stock and they will ship them when they come in. I asked to refund me for the item that are not in stock . They told me they can only refund me for the items , NOT the shipping and insurance. I am still battling them because this is 100 percent stealing . TODAY is April 18th and I am still waiting for the items.
I can imagine how much money they are making on customers shipping fees because all they said is that they don’t have it. If a customer paid for shipping and the product was never shipped why wouldn’t you get everything you paid for .
One of the best they orders I made two weeks after the first one, I received them. That was was regular shipping expected 28-30 days , I received it before the one I paid fed ex shipping.
I am very disappointed and think they are the worse and thieves.?
I've been trying to contact customer service for 3 days and it is impossible!!! I did a big purchase and I dont know anything about this is stupid
Sheer cover up
I've been waiting 16 days and my package still hasn't been shipped. The tracking number hasn't been updated in 6 days!!!! Its impossible to actually speak to someone and after reading sooooo many negative reviews I'm absolutely terrified as to what may arrive whenever/IF it does actually come. Shipping said 12-15 business business days so I'll give it until Friday although I have a feeling it still won't be here since the tracking number isn't even updating. I shall NOT be ordering from this site in the future. I'd rather pay the extra few dollars for QUALITY customer service!!!
Sweater/leggings set
Beautiful set. However, the length of the pants is for a person 5 feet tall or less. It's even too short to be considered cropped. Since February, I have not received a response to my emails. I need to know if they have pants for an average height 5'5 - 5'6 or the return/refund policy.

The experience was horrible. Supposed to be a website you can work with with a drop ship model but their customer service is highly unqualified. I asked questions to put a framework in place and was ignored multiple times and the agent carried on taking as if nothing had happened. I asked these questions multiple times and was ignored multiple times. When I decided to then cancel my my order due to their unprofessional behaviour I was told I could only receive a 30£ refund and my order was 409£ including delivery. I had to dispute the payment and get it back from the bank. Never again.
4 Items at first, then 12 Items
I first made a purchase back in December. I figured because of the holidays my package would take long, so I didn’t stress it. I didn’t make it in time for Christmas but, I had to roll with the punches.
Now, I ordered even more stuff because I kind of liked the material to cost ratio. However, it’s been nearly two weeks now and my package was finally sent into the post office located on the other side of this country. I made sure to order a whole month early but I don’t think my items are making it for Valentines Day or Our Birthdays which are shortly after.
There goes Christmas, Valentines, And Both of our Birthdays. I know where NOT to buy from now!It should NO , I will not buy from here again!
Sweatshirt and Top
Bought sweatshirt and top for my wife. Sweatshirt was undersized and ripped the first time she put it on, very thin fabric. Top is also small and practically see through.

The quality of the clothes was not too bad on some of them. But the sweaters was super small not made for American people, the sweat suits are super small again not made for us but what really gets to me about this company is the ridiculous shipping cost and the ridiculous amount of time it takes for them to get your items to you it's just unbelievable. But I haven't given up on them yet I'm going to give them one more try if my experience is the same then I'm done will take my business elsewhere!

Xmas outfit came 5 days after. They want me to pay return shipping for their error. I should have stayed with an Amazon purchase.
I did not receive my order ostensibly because it could not be delivered to my home address. I have had dozens of orders from other companies delivered to my home where I have lived for 34 years. Never a problem. It is impossible to get through to them. Do not buy from this company!
Pajamas
Sure, great prices, but my order has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks (pajamas???). The company is based in fkng China so shipping takes nearly 30 days. Their phone number dials to a busy signal and the "Live Chat" is really just another channel to leave them a message. You also cannot unsubscribe from their emails. They take days to respond to my inquiries and I'm beyond frustrated dealing with them. I'm never ordering from them again.

Took 3 months to receive my items i did like one outfit. I want to order more but i'm skeptical of the material and the sizes.

I recently received an order and the sizing of the products wasn't similar to US sizing. They were smaller. One product I received was ripped and they offered a special discount which was never given. Also, I returned items and now they are acting as if they do not see my return since I didn't save the tracking number. I don't feel this is fair because I've done the same thing with FashionNova and I definitely got my return.
Suit sets and shoes
I ordered $300 worth of merchandise and two of my outfits where missing. I contacted Bellwholesale numerous of times by email and live chat. My issue still haven’t been resolved. At this point I’m pissed and don’t recommended nobody to shop here. This beyond me and I’m not satisfied at all

Tank tops sweatshirts
Well it did take a while to receive my orders but it was worth it. I did get it and was satisfy with the items. Yes they do have unique stuff and I have ordered again but a little nervous about it now after reading what happened to you ladies. I have always been nervous about ordering online cause ur information and money is so out there to people. But as we speak I just placed an order and will patiently wait. I will let every one know what happens when I get them and how much time it took and if the items are nice but honestly I like the stores around here like the rainbow and city trends. U can feel the clothes and see the color texture and try them on that's old school the best way.I am very tall and thin so that's really best for me honestly.but if I find something very unquie on line its hard to resist. But I don't want to wait weeks for my items and especially if they don't fit and u want to send them back. And I don't understand why those women's bodies are so big breasted and big butted my body not like that that can be a turn off to female s who are not shaped to fit the clothing. Its like they don't have their own models for their company and have people take selves and use their images. Not good. But I will say the tank top with the back bow on it is so so cute love it and I ordered another one wen I wear that thing I know I will get a lot of complements.

Doesn’t even match the pictures they advertise at all. Delivery took forever! Quality is poor and customer service is misleading. One person says one thing next person says something totally different. I should’ve known better

I am contacting my bank today to have the charges reversed because I have never gotten my items and each time I contact customer service I mysteriously get disconnected.

I am still waiting for my package and hope to get it...I try to contact them at least 10 times no solution though...It might take 2-3 months from China especially now because of Covid.Did anyone ever received their package from them? I wonder if I will ever get it or my money back from them...or I have to dispute with the bank,terrible, very tired of all this
Never received anything except a tracking number that has set dormant since 5/22/20
Wow I’m having the same problem they created a shipping label but the package hasn’t moved on decimal in over a week.
