Excellent Selection and Customer Service
As a client of Dancewear Solutions, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their online store is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of dancewear products to choose from. The prices are also very reasonable. I have placed several orders with them and have always received my items in a timely manner. The quality of the products is also excellent. I have never had any issues with the items I have received and they have held up well during dance rehearsals and performances.
The customer service team at Dancewear Solutions is also fantastic. They have always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had and have always been very helpful in resolving any issues.

I gotta say, the delivery was crazy fast and the dancewear I got was top of the line. I was really impressed with how quickly I got my order, and the items were exactly like they were described on the website. Yeah, the prices might be a little high, but you're definitely getting top quality for what you're paying. Personally, I think it's worth the extra cash to get dancewear that will last and hold up well. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Dance recital outfit
I was looking for a dance recital outfit and actually found the perfect one on their website. I was a little unsure about the free ground shipping option promising 1-day delivery, but I decided to give it a shot. I called to tell them I needed it ASAP, and the people I talked to were so nice and helpful. The next morning, my order arrived, a whole day earlier than I thought it would. Everything was just right and exactly like they said it would be. I'm so pleased with the great service from Dancewear Solutions.
Dancewear in larger sizes
I've bought dancewear in bigger sizes a bunch of times from this site 'cause it's been hard to find that stuff in Ireland. They've got a good range of sizes and the items are really good quality. Had a little problem with my last order, but their customer service was on top of it when I got in touch with them.
Dancewear purchase for competition
I just went to this store to grab some stuff for an upcoming dance competition. They had a good variety of dancewear, but man, the customer service was terrible. Even though I dropped a lot of cash there, the staff was not helpful at all and they treated me pretty badly. It was just a super frustrating shopping trip.
Delayed shipment
I just went through a pretty annoying situation with this company I ordered from. I got an email saying my stuff was on the way, but then nothing showed up for weeks. The tracking info said it hadn't even left the warehouse yet. When I reached out to customer service, they said they were having shipping issues because of COVID, even though the package hadn't even been picked up by the shipper. Long story short, I missed out on giving a gift at a birthday party and had to wait another four days for a replacement. I think the company could have made it right by offering expedited shipping or something.
Dancewear items
I recently bought some dancewear pieces from this company. I was kinda let down by the quality of the products. The threads were all loose and there weren't any tags on them, so it got me thinking if they were used or returned before. I was just bummed out by the whole quality of the items.
Small sneakers, disappointing quality, expensive shipping
I bought some small sneakers from this store recently and I was really disappointed. The quality of the shoes was pretty bad, they felt cheap and way too tiny. Even though the sneakers weren't that expensive, the $10 shipping fee plus another fee for returns felt like too much. And to make matters worse, the return process was a pain. I had to fill out the return form by hand because there wasn't a fillable pdf option, which was really annoying.
Dance pants for my daughter
I just bought my daughter a pair of dance pants from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I got them in her regular size based on the website's size chart, but when they showed up, they were way too tight. I reached out to customer service about returning them, and I couldn't believe it when they told me I had to foot the bill for the return shipping. Grudgingly, I ordered a size up and shipped the small ones back like they asked me to.
Dance recital outfits
Let me tell you, the customer service at this place is a total nightmare! I splurged on a bunch of outfits for my daughter's dance recital, and not only were they pricey, but half of them didn't even fit. When I tried to return or exchange them, I had to shell out cash for the return shipping and then they conveniently "forgot" to send one of the items. When I reached out to customer service, I had to practically bend over backward to prove that I had sent the item back, even though I had email confirmation. Finally, after all that hassle, they have the nerve to tell me they can't swap out the leggings I was missing because apparently there was pet hair on them. Are you kidding me? My daughter barely had those on for 10 seconds and couldn't even pull them up right! Sure, we have a dog, so maybe there was a tad bit of fuzz, but to deny an exchange over that is just absurd. And on top of that, they didn't even bother to give me a heads-up until I called. I'm not about to fork over more money to this company just for another pair of leggings. This whole mess has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I for sure won't be dealing with them ever again.
