High-quality clothing with expedited shipping
I was super impressed with the quality of the clothes I got from this company. They were so well-made and sturdy, just like they were described on the website. I could tell that a lot of care and effort went into making each piece. Plus, I paid a little extra for faster shipping and it was totally worth it. My order got to me in just 4 business days, way quicker than I thought. I was really happy with how efficient they were, it totally exceeded my expectations. Maternity dress purchase
This maternity dress was a total game-changer for me! I'm 7 months pregnant and let me tell you, it's been rough trying to find something that fits just right and makes me feel good. But this dress went above and beyond all my expectations. The fabric was super soft and had just the right amount of stretch, so it was easy to slip on and tie up in the back. Stunning dress, perfect for a wedding
This dress was amazing, way better than I thought! It looked so pretty in person and the quality was top-notch. Since I'm on the shorter side, I had to wear heels with it because it was a tad long, but otherwise, it fit perfectly. The waist tie band was a nice detail and made the dress super flattering and comfy to wear the whole night. I got lots of compliments at the wedding - tons of ladies wanted to know where I got it!

I recently bought a dress online that really impressed me. I wasn't sure about the quality because it was so cheap, but I was happy to see that the fabric was really comfy and warm, made of good stuff. I got it fast, which was awesome, and the prices are so fair that I think this store is a real gem for anyone who wants nice clothes without breaking the bank.
Clothing
I recently bought some clothes from this company and the quality was great, but I found something else I liked more and wanted to return them. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but never got a response. Finally got through to someone using the online chat option, and they said I could return the clothes but I had to pay for shipping. So, I did what they asked and sent the package back with a tracking number. Even though they got the package, I haven't heard anything about getting a refund or store credit. When I tried reaching out to customer service, I got automated responses saying they're swamped with messages. It's really frustrating and disappointing how they're handling this.
Express shipping order
My experience with that company was so frustrating. I paid extra for express shipping, but my order never showed up. I've tried reaching out through Instagram, email, and phone multiple times, but haven't heard anything back. It's pretty obvious that this company is not reliable and can't be trusted. I really recommend avoiding this shady business.
Cute clothes, affordable prices
I gotta tell ya, this place is like a little secret treasure! The prices aren't outrageous (surprising, right?), the clothes are super cute and actually well made, and the sizes fit just right. The delivery is always quicker than I expect, which is a nice bonus. The only thing I wish is that they offered free shipping after you spend a certain amount.

The shipping time for my order was seriously fast, and I was so impressed with how nicely my items were wrapped up when they got here. The customer service at this place is seriously the best. The people there are so friendly and on top of it, they always get back to you right away with any questions or issues you might have.
Dress purchase
I just bought some dresses from this online shop and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. So first off, there wasn't even a return slip in the package, and I couldn't figure out where to send the stuff back to. It was a total nightmare trying to sort out the whole return situation. And on top of that, the dresses took way longer to get to me than they said, so I missed out on wearing one to a special event. Now I'm stuck with dresses that don't fit right and I can't even send them back properly. I seriously wish I never shopped at this store.
Prom dress
My daughter's prom is coming up soon and she really needed her dress to arrive on time. I decided to go with express shipping because we were told that UPS would deliver the package by a specific date. However, there were some delays in the delivery process and we weren't kept in the loop about the changes. This lack of transparency and communication doesn't look good for the business.
Bridesmaid dress order
I ordered this bridesmaid dress, right? I was all psyched cause it's for this wedding I'm going to, and, get this, the thing never showed up! I called customer service, they said they'd look into it with the post office, but I never heard back. My roommate was home when it was supposedly delivered, and guess what? No dress in sight. So now I'm stuck without a dress for the wedding, feeling all let down. Customer service was zero help, just worried about that cash flow.
Apparel for a special event
I recently bought some clothes for a special occasion from this company, and man, I gotta say I was super bummed with the whole deal. I waited weeks and got no updates on shipping, so I finally reached out to their customer service through email. I sent a bunch of emails to both the service and info addresses on their site, but never got a response. Finally, I called the number for their store in California and talked to someone who told me my order was coming from China. I had tried to cancel the order earlier because I needed the clothes in a hurry for the event, so you can imagine how annoying it was to deal with their lack of updates and slow shipping. I ended up having to buy from somewhere else in the end.
Expensive clothing purchase
This store, I swear, has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've tried hitting them up through email and chat multiple times for a return, but haven't heard a peep back. All I keep getting are those dumb automated messages that don't do a darn thing to help. I shelled out almost $300 on clothes for an event that's long gone, and all they wanna give me is store credit. Their prices are through the roof, and I don't need any more of their expensive threads. To top it off, my order was late, and I had to download some app just to track it. Can't even call up a customer service number for help, and their return instructions might as well be written in Greek. This place is a total scam - don't fall into the same trap I did and buy from them!
Unhappy with product and refund process
This company has the worst customer service, especially when it comes to returns and refunds. I had to really push to get my money back long after I sent back the stuff I wasn't happy with. And let me tell you, all the replies I got were so robotic, they didn't even acknowledge my actual problem. Dealing with them was just so frustrating and let me down big time.
Dresses purchase
I was really excited about those cute dresses I bought, but then things took a turn for the worse. I sent them two emails and called multiple times, but no one got back to me! What's going on? I even left voicemails and still didn't hear anything. I spent over $100 on those dresses, so they better be shipped within the next 15 days or I'm going to report it as fraud to my bank. Not cool, Faeriesty Team, not cool at all. You need to step up your game!
Dress return
I am really upset with the customer service I got from this company. I tried reaching out multiple times through different ways like emails, chat requests, and voice messages just to get some help on how to return a dress. But sadly, I was totally ignored and never got a response back. So, I ended up keeping the dress even though I didn't like it because I had no choice. It was frustrating that they only offered store credit for returns, especially since their products aren't great quality. I really don't recommend buying anything from this company because their customer service stinks and their products aren't worth it. It feels like a total scam.
Jumpsuit for friend's party
I bought a jumpsuit for my friend's party, but it hasn't shown up yet. I tried to contact them, but no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is just awful!
