Twp dresses. Four blouses
The items took over two months to arrive. Everything I ordered was too big. colors were not as described. I have been trying for THREE WEEKs to get a return label from them to ship items back and get a refund. NO LUCK. They have not responded to emails, chats, and other attempts to reach them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have made it impossible to return items.

I ordered 5 shirts, I did get a refund for one that was out of stock, received another that I don't like - the rest are OK, looking at reviews. I'm concerned to even try sending the one back. Don't think I'll buy from them again. I'll shop a store with a door!
2 dresses
ordered 2 dresses same size. One was to small and one was to big. Wrote a review to complain was
contacted by Floryday that if I took review down( Deleted) they would sent me a complete refund in 7 to 14 business days. So I took down review, its been19 business days no refund or response to my request. I quess this is one way to keep the good review and get the bad ones gone. Dresses are poor workmanship material is so thin and when I washed them all seams raveled. Dont purchase from this company a scam.Long sleeve blouse

I bought 3 dresses
I really like the dresses but I need to exchange two of them for different sizes.
They gave me a ticket number but no instructions on where to send or how to exchange. I have sent them numerous email sand i keep getting the same email back that refers me to a link that doesn't give any information. So I will not be purchasing anything else from them.I LOVE THE DRESS HOWEVER I NEED A XL , THE XXL IS TOO BIG. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS DRESS IN XL PLEASE REFUND ME.

I am a very satisfied customer! I got my dress quickly and it was exactly the way I thought it would be. I loved the dress and the fit was perfect! I will order from Floryday again! Very pleased!

Everything was ok until I got my perchase, the shoes had buckles that were two opposite pieces that did not lock together, I'm now stuck with shoes I can't wear!! Customer service does not exist for refunds,so now I'm also out of my money!!
Yes having same trouble to return for refund gave me 3 options said I wanted full refund no response
tops and dress
I love the styles and prices! However, it takes a long time to receive the items, despite you paying high shipping costs. When I wanted to contact them directly, it was impossible. I would definitely not order from this site again. Sad.
Dresses
Placed an order and 12 days later, their website says they have received my payment and the order is still in processing. Attempted to contact the company, and was unable to speak to a person. Cancelled my order yesterday, and received an e-mail that my money would be refunded. I’m not going to hold my breath.........
Save your money and shop elsewhere!Boho floral dress
Placed order 4.26.20. Today is 5.21.20 and still no dress. I’ve contacted service rep via email at least 3 times. Last attempt was told that item was “on its way” & given tracking number. I’ll believe it when I see it. Meanwhile, they’ve charged my card. So ordering & pricing are fine. Service & delivery very unsatisfactory.
Yes. I’m aware there are covid19 issues- however other online orders have been placed & received with only minimal delay and much better communication from company.
