I recently ordered some personalized keychains and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality. When the keychains arrived, the images I uploaded looked much brighter and had red spots on them, which were not visible in the original pictures. The text on the keychains also smudged onto the images, making everything look even worse. On top of all that, one of the keychains had a broken clasp. When I reached out to customer service, they were pretty unhelpful and didn't acknowledge the poor quality of the product. They just kept saying the issue was with the images I uploaded. However, I ordered the same keychains from somewhere else with the exact same pictures and they turned out perfectly fine. The most they offered me was a measly 10% discount, which is definitely not enough considering I paid $70 for these keychains. Honestly, these keychains are just trash and I regret wasting my money on them. Don't bother buying from this place, it's all garbage.
Time-sensitive item
I ordered something super important from this company with a delivery date in mind, but they changed the date three times in a short span which was totally frustrating. I needed the item by a certain day, but the constant changes messed everything up. When I first reached out to customer service after the first change, they said for an extra $20, I could get express shipping and make sure it arrived on time. However, the very next day, they changed the date again to a later time. It was really disappointing and unprofessional how they couldn't accurately estimate or meet my needs. Even after contacting them multiple times about speeding up delivery, they didn't help in a timely manner. I was left feeling so frustrated and unsatisfied with their service.
Custom brick figure purchase
I recently got two custom brick figures from Gift Lab and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how everything turned out. I was kinda nervous about ordering them because I wanted them to look like a photo of me in Indian clothes, which I wasn't sure they could pull off. But man, when those figures arrived in New Zealand just 7 days after being sent out, I was blown away. They looked exactly like the photo I sent in, down to every little detail. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The only issue I had was that I couldn't track my package online, but when I contacted the company, they got back to me the same day with tracking info. Overall, my experience with Gift Lab was awesome and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for custom figures.
Misleading information, poor quality product
I thought I was getting a product from Germany when I bought it from this shop, but it turned out that wasn't the case. Dealing with customs and DHL before actually getting the product was a hassle. The lack of info from the seller caused a lot of delays and confusion. On top of that, I had to fork over extra cash for import taxes to the delivery guy, which wouldn't have been the case if the item was really from Germany. And to add insult to injury, the product was terrible - it fell apart easily and didn't even fit together right. Honestly, this whole purchase was a letdown and I'd say steer clear of this shop if you don't want to waste your money.
Custom heart photo rubics cube
I was really disappointed with my experience at that store. I ordered a custom heart photo Rubik's Cube for Mother's Day, and I even paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure it got here on time. But even though I ordered it 16 days in advance, it didn't show up in time for the big day. And when I finally got the cube, I was shocked by how bad the quality was. Some of the pictures were damaged and peeling, and others were blurry. The customizing process on the website was frustrating, too - the cropping tool kept cutting off important parts of the photos. And I had to redo the photos for each side of the cube, which meant starting over from scratch each time. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store because of the low quality and false advertising.
Customer service experience
I had a little problem with my order the other day and had to call customer service for help. I gotta admit, the folks I talked to were super helpful, knew their stuff, and were really patient. They took the time to listen to my issue and fixed it right away. They promised my next order would be perfect, and I'm really grateful for how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The service I got was awesome, and I'll definitely be coming back because of it.

Product misrepresentation
I feel like this was a total waste of my time and money. I saw the images on the website and ordered the product, but what I got was totally different. The quality was really bad, and you could tell it was made cheaply. Plus, the shipping took way longer than they said it would. I'm really let down by this whole experience and definitely won't be buying from them again.
Personalized Lego figures for Valentine's Day
I bought two Lego figures that were personalized for Valentine's Day in early January, thinking I had given them plenty of time to get it right. Unfortunately, it was a total disaster. The pictures I sent were super clear, and I even paid extra for three rounds of adjustments for free. One of the figures actually turned out okay, but the other one was a mess. The whole process was a nightmare. They only agreed to one of the three changes I asked for and made other changes I never wanted. After using up all the free adjustments and not getting anywhere, they tried to get me to accept the messed-up figure by offering me a laughable 5€ discount. I said no thanks. Then I found out they had already started making the figure without my okay, hoping I'd just take it for cheap. Instead of just making the last little change I wanted, they started from scratch. I felt totally tricked. After three more tries at fixing it failed, they sent me a bill for 5€ through PayPal, saying they couldn't do any more free adjustments. I made it clear that I wasn't paying for their mistakes. Finally, they gave in and made the final change I wanted, which could have been done from the start if they knew what they were doing. After a lot of back and forth, they finally got it right, and I gave the okay for the figures. They arrived in a fancy package with easy-to-follow instructions online in the middle of March. No problems with customs, as they ship from France to a German address first before sending it to you. The pieces were a bit loose, but they looked great, and the figures matched what I was expecting. If you're not too picky about the fine details, they make a nice gift. Just don't bother with their customer service.
Quick and easy purchase process
Don't let the fancy website and fast delivery promises fool you. They conveniently forget to mention the processing time when you're ordering, so don't be shocked when your package shows up a whole week later than you thought! Even though the info was a bit misleading, I gotta say my order arrived perfectly. It would have been nice to have all the important details upfront before buying, though.
Two personalized shirts
I had a little issue with the photos I wanted on my shirts, but the customer service team was so helpful in fixing it and getting my order sorted out. Today, I got my shirts and wow, the quality of the photo print is amazing. I am so happy with how they turned out and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting personalized products.
