First-time purchase
As a new customer, I was really impressed by Giglio. I've had bad experiences with Italian webshops before, but Giglio was different. I recently bought this really cool Italian suit from that store and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole thing. The suit came packaged up so nice and it got to me pretty quick, even though it had to travel all the way from Italy. Marni bag purchase
I was really impressed with my shopping experience at this store. The package came quickly and I even got a personal note from the person who packed it, which was a nice extra touch. The customer service team is amazing!
The customer service team at this place is amazing! I was able to chat with Paola and talk on the phone with Antonio. They were both super helpful and answered all of my questions. I can get a little antsy, but Antonio was really chill and understanding. Sometimes when you order things from a distance, it can take a bit to arrive, but with these two, you're in good hands. They really know how to take care of their customers. Huge thanks, Antonio! You're awesome!
Beautiful shoes for daughter's bridal shower
I'm a new customer at Giglio and I recently bought a gorgeous pair of shoes for my daughter's bridal shower. They came quickly and I was really happy to see a sweet thank you note in the box. The shoes were even better quality than I expected and my daughter adored them. I'm definitely going to keep shopping at Giglio and I totally suggest their products and customer service to anyone who wants top-notch stuff.

I just had a great time shopping again! This company always comes through for me. I messed up with a coupon that expired (totally my fault for not paying attention to the time zone). As an Italian-Canadian visiting Florida, I looked everywhere for a special backpack for my granddaughter but couldn't find it. Luckily, I found it in Italy at this awesome store.
