Pet portraits
Our artist really nailed it with capturing the essence of my two pets in the illustration. I was a little unsure at first because of some mixed reviews, but I ended up being super happy with how it turned out. The fact that I ordered on December 7 and got it by December 16 is pretty impressive, especially with the holiday rush. However, I do wish there was more communication throughout the whole process. Getting updates on where my order was at, being able to see a preview of the illustration before it arrived, and having a tracking number for shipping would have made things even better. But even with those small things, I'm really pleased with how the portraits turned out and would definitely think about using this service again for my next project. Thanks a bunch!
Pet portraits for husband
I recently bought two pet portraits from Impersonate Me as a gift for my husband. They were of our beloved pugs that passed away this year, and I wanted to keep their memory alive in a special way. I ordered a custom portrait of my brother's husky who passed away, and let me tell you, the artists at this place really did an amazing job. They included every little detail I requested, and when my brother's fiancé saw the finished painting, she was brought to tears. Now the portrait is displayed proudly in their living room next to the husky's ashes, serving as a lovely tribute to a cherished pet. The only bummer was that I didn't get any shipping updates and it ended up at my sister's house out of the blue. Photo printing mishap
I had a really bad time with this company. I messed up a photo I sent in, and when I tried to email them right away, they took forever to respond and said it was too late to fix it. Not having a phone number to call made things even more annoying. On top of that, I was supposed to get a 20% discount when I checked out, but I only got 10%, and they didn't do anything to fix that. All in all, I won't be using this company again for my printing stuff.
Portrait purchase for colleague's beloved dog tribute
I bought a portrait for a friend whose dog passed away suddenly. The portrait was a lovely tribute to their pup that they loved. But I was bummed to see the frame was chipped when it came. I had to use a black sharpie to cover up the chip on the back, and it kind of took away from the portrait's beauty.

Oh my gosh, Impersonate Me is seriously the best! They did a drawing of my pet and it turned out amazing! It looked just like my adorable furry buddy and I was thrilled with how it turned out. My mom was almost in tears when she saw it because she loved it that much. I totally suggest getting a drawing from them, it's totally worth it!

Oh my gosh, I just have to say that I absolutely love the portraits I got for my birthday gift! I ordered them from this place that I've used twice before, and they do such amazing work! The customer service is quick and super helpful, which is awesome.

Oh my gosh, I finally found the best graduation present for my daughter! It's a photo of our dog that looks exactly like her, and it'll be a wonderful little piece of home for her dorm. I know she's going to be thrilled, and I'm so excited to see her reaction when she gets it at graduation.

I bought a custom portrait set not too long ago, but man was I let down by the company's terrible communication and service. I sent in my photos and then waited and waited for almost a whole month without hearing a peep. It was annoying to see that they took my money and then ghosted me, giving me nothing in return. I tried reaching out by email multiple times, especially to this person named Hazeline, but got no reply at all. This whole thing just left me feeling ripped off and really upset.
