Bracelet, replacement product, customer service

ION bracelets
The ION bracelets are awesome, but I was kind of bummed when I realized that the bars holding the stones are all different sizes. I ended up breaking one of the stones because it just wouldn't fit on another bar when I tried to switch it to a different bracelet. It would be really cool if we had the option to order bars in different sizes or even just buy the bracelets without the bar or stone.
Bracelet gift broke, got gift card back, bought something else
I bought a bracelet as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend, but it ended up breaking. I reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, they were absolutely fantastic! They issued me a gift card for the same amount, so I was able to buy something else instead. My son's girlfriend is thrilled with her new item! I'll definitely be a repeat customer for this company.
