I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a necklace and bracelet set on October 1st with FedEx 3 to 7 day delivery. I paid extra for the fast shipping, but my order is still in China according to FedEx, 12 days later. When I contacted the company, all I got was a generic response saying 'your order is in transit.' It seems like they shipped my package using the cheapest method possible and used my shipping money for something else. It's now 5 days past the expected delivery date, and I am very disappointed. Their customer service is slow, taking 2 days to reply, and now they are trying to bribe me to remove my negative review. From now on, I will only be buying from UK suppliers.
Turquoise chip beads
I was super pumped to get these turquoise chip beads I ordered from this store, but turns out they were dyed! I made sure to ask because I had a similar issue with their lapis lazuli beads. I only wore them for a day in the heat, and the dye ended up rubbing off on my skin. I'm so frustrated about it!
