I bought my whole make-up kit from here last month
NOTINO has really everything one might look for in the purse and makeup box. I mean they do all varieties, categories and brand. They sell quality stuff and I can totally vouch for it.
It is one of the best places online to buy online cosmetics and make up accessories, even perfumes.
I haven't tried perfume and all. But surely bought items worth over 300$ from here at one purchase.
The quality is something I can assure you,especially if you arelooking for your brand you will get here.
I had a issue with a one order, they basically gave me another one and said to keep the previous one. It was fast and okay.Skincare product
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but I'm feeling a little let down by the recent changes. Prices have gone up on the stuff I always buy, and it looks like that deal for getting a second item at a discount is gone. I watch my pennies, so I'm feeling frustrated with the changes. I do like NOTINO's service, but I hope they think about how this is affecting customers like me who've been sticking with them.

Accidentally ordered two products
I ordered some things a little while ago and whoops, I accidentally ordered way more than I needed! Recent order not delivered
I put in an order back in early March, got it all paid up and confirmed on March 6th. They gave me a logistics company tracking number - AS837922648CN. But since then, no updates, no way to reach them. The delivery date came and went, but the company doesn't seem to care at all about my missing order. I shelled out close to a hundred bucks for this, and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the lousy service.
Missing Item in Order
Notino really messed up my order. I ordered 4 of something, but only got 3. When I told them about the missing item, they denied it and didn't even try to make it right. I feel like Notino ripped me off.
Late delivery
I bought something a while ago and it still hasn't shown up. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn't help me. And I can't even get a hold of the delivery company. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for a refund that seems like it's never going to come.
