Black Rose Skincare set and lipstick collection
I had such a great time visiting the LA Parfumerie shop in the Cayman Islands as a tourist. While I was checking out some makeup sets, a Beauty Consultant came up to me and started talking about this brand of products without even saying the name. She did a great job explaining the benefits, especially focusing on the black rose skincare set and the lipstick collections. I was really impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm, so I decided to buy some items. And let me tell you, I am so happy with my purchase. The skincare set makes my skin feel amazing, and the lipstick colors are beautiful and last a long time. I can't wait to try more products from this brand. Shoutout to the awesome young lady who helped me out!
Glow Up Skincare Set
Oh my gosh, you guys, I went to this amazing place and picked up this awesome Glow Up Skincare Set. Seriously, it's like a miracle worker in a bottle! The lady who assisted me was super nice and really knew her stuff. She was like a skincare magician and totally worked wonders on my skin. My face used to be so meh, but now it's radiant and flawless! This set is definitely worth every penny, and I'm already counting down the days until I can go back for more of their products!
Fast delivery, beautiful packaging, complimentary gifts
Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I ordered some stuff and it got here really fast, even though it was total Black Friday craziness. My package came all the way from France to Austria in just three days! The wrapping was gorgeous, and the free gifts were seriously awesome - like, they were amazing! I had such a good time that I'm totally planning on ordering from their online shop again. I seriously can't think of anything they could do better, it was just perfect!
Antiaging makeup and Phyto makeup
I just bought this antiaging makeup and Phyto makeup from the store, and let me tell you, it's seriously the best makeup I've ever tried. Yeah, it was a little more expensive, but honestly, the quality is so worth it. The antiaging makeup gives my skin this youthful glow, and the Phyto makeup just enhances my natural skin. I've been getting so many compliments on my complexion ever since I started using them.
Eye Cream Purchase
I bought some eye cream from this company because they were offering a free gift on Black Friday. But when my order showed up, there was no gift included. Then, to make things worse, the eye cream went on sale for half off on Cyber Monday. I tried calling and emailing them several times to sort it out, but they never got back to me. I'm really disappointed with their customer service, so I won't be buying anything from them again.
Fatigue collection
I bought the Fatigue collection from this store not too long ago and honestly, I was pretty let down by my whole experience. They said I would get some freebies with my purchase, but I didn't get everything they promised. It's extra annoying because this store is known for being all fancy and high-end. Now I'm thinking twice about shopping there again.
Black Friday purchase
I just bought some stuff on Black Friday and I was really happy with what I got. The packaging was simple but did the job, everything came in great shape. I did have a little problem when I was ordering, but the customer service folks were on it right away and fixed it fast. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with their service and will definitely think about shopping from them again.
New stylo corrector
I just tried out this new concealer pen and I am totally psyched about it! It's super easy to apply, you can even use your fingers. The formula is creamy and it camouflages all my flaws. I dabbed it on my dark circles and whoa, it totally worked! It erased them and left me with a smooth, radiant finish. I definitely suggest it to everyone!

I just bought some face masks from this place and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality. These masks really made my skin feel so good – like it got a new lease on life. I'm really frustrated with this company. I ordered a skincare product, and they charged my card right away. But, it's been weeks now and still no product. I've sent them a bunch of emails, and only now they tell me it's out of stock. It feels like a scam! They haven't refunded my money yet, and something fishy is going on for sure. Why keep an item on the site if it's not even there? And why do I have to beg for my own refund? This is just not right.

I was really let down by this brand. The customer service just wasn't up to par for a high-quality product. It seems like they care more about making money than making their customers happy, which is a major turn-off. Plus, they're using outdated technology and always copying what other companies are doing, which is really unimpressive. It's obvious they're just in it for the money and they'll do anything to get as much as possible out of their customers. I thought their management was really disappointing, so I definitely wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone.
Eye stylos
I just bought two eye stylos online and was really bummed out by how they were packaged. When I opened the box, both stylos fell out of their packaging and onto the floor, which was not what I was hoping for. The packaging seemed cheap and not very sturdy, definitely not what I would expect from a high-end beauty brand. On top of that, I didn't really like the design of the zebra eye stylo. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase and might just go back to using brands like Chanel and Dior for my makeup from now on.
Adverse reaction product return
I bought something from this company and it gave me a bad reaction, so I asked for a refund. They said okay, but getting it back has been a mess. The first time the courier came, they had the wrong paperwork so they couldn't take it. We rescheduled, but the same thing happened again until they finally got it right. It's been more than a month now, and I haven't heard anything from customer service despite trying to reach out multiple times. Now I have stuff that I can't use because it gives me a rash. It's really disappointing.
My order never arrived
Man, I ordered some things and they never showed up. That really sucked. But then I called customer service and Sophie was amazing! She promised to refund my money and even sent me some extra items to apologize. Sophie, you're awesome! Thank you for taking care of me!
High-end skincare products
I love how amazing the products from this brand are! I was a happy customer at first, but then I needed to reach out to customer service. I was pretty bummed because even though I spent a lot on their stuff, I didn't hear back after two tries. It's kind of a bummer when a brand talks about luxury and quality but then drops the ball on customer support.
Face cream and serum
Oh my gosh, this store is just terrible at customer service! Back in September, I ordered some face cream and serum, but they totally messed up my order. I returned it in October, and even though they got it back, they didn't give me my refund. I've emailed them three times for help, but they completely ignored me. It's unbelievable how bad their customer service is, especially for a high-end store like this. I've been a customer for so long, but now I'm finished. I won't be purchasing from them again or recommending them to my friends.
Amazing products, great customer service, generous samples, multiple orders
The stuff at this store is seriously awesome. The quality is top-notch and the customer service is outstanding. I love that they give out samples so I can test things out before buying. I've shopped here a bunch and never had any problems with my orders. All in all, I'm super happy with this store.
Hair testing at Sisley counter
Hey, so I went to this place to get my hair tested, right? They handed me some samples of shampoo and things, and I was like, sure, okay. But then I used the shampoo and it ended up making my hair all dry and dull. It was a letdown, you know? So, I decided to go back and chat with the lady who did the test and gave me the samples. But she was super rude and didn't want to hear me out at all. It made me feel pretty awkward and embarrassed! I wouldn't really recommend that place, they just want to sell you their pricy products that don't even do the job.
