    Fire pit purchase

    The fire pit I bought is made right here in the USA, looks really sturdy, and even comes with a lifetime warranty. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how well-made it is and knowing it has that lifetime warranty makes me feel good about my purchase. But, I was kinda let down by the lack of communication when it came to shipping it to me. Our driveway is pretty long, about half a mile, and we don't let vehicles in unless we know they're coming. It would have been nice to get some sort of update or tracking info to make sure the delivery went smoothly. The box got left on the other side of the gate, and it would have probably stayed there for days if I hadn't gone for a walk that way. All in all, I'm happy with the product, but I think they could definitely step up their game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop during the shipping process.

    Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace purchase

    We just got ourselves a Montigo Delray 48" linear fireplace from a local company in Denver for our new place. But when the installers showed up, they realized it wasn't the right one for us. So, we did a quick search online and found Woodland Direct and Danny Landon. They had the correct unit in stock and ready to go in just 7 days. Danny was super professional and helpful every step of the way, making sure we got exactly what we needed. Our contractors finished the installation, and we're thrilled with how it turned out.     Smart-Holder Saw Horse Review

    My recent purchase of the Smart-Holder Saw Horse from Woodland Direct was pretty good. The product works great - I have no complaints after using it for a quick job. However, I did notice a difference between what was described on the website and what I actually received. The website said it was green and made in Sweden, but it arrived white and made in China. The color isn't a big deal, but the quality of steel and welds might be. Woodland Direct should make sure their website descriptions match the actual products to prevent any confusion or disappointment for customers.

    I just bought some custom fire pit gear from Woodland Direct and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. The design and quality are awesome, and the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the first package got lost by FEDEX, but the sales team at Woodland Direct, especially Josh Newell, along with their Customer Service rep, Christina, really went out of their way to make sure everything got re-built and shipped promptly.     Got a cool electric fireplace insert

    I got this really awesome electric fireplace insert that showed up fast, even though the box looked a little roughed up (shoutout to Fedex). Luckily, the inside was totally fine since it was double boxed! This fireplace is seriously high-quality and looks amazing. It came with all the extra parts for installation and the measurements were perfect. Setting it up was super easy and there are a ton of options for the flame color and size, so you can customize it however you want!

    Clay chimney pot purchase

    I ordered this clay chimney pot thing and man, it was a mess. The delivery guys just dumped it on the street out of the blue, like it was garbage. I was so shocked when I saw it sitting there, no heads up or anything. And when I finally cracked it open, there were a ton of chips and the paint job was awful. It seriously looked like a kindergartener got a hold of it. I was really let down. But hey, they fixed it up in the end, so I guess that's something.

    I recently bought some firepit logs from this company, hoping to get them pretty quickly. But the ones I wanted were out of stock, so I had to go with a different set. They said it would take 7-10 days to ship, but I didn't hear anything after two weeks. When I reached out, they told me it wouldn't be shipped until the end of the month. I was pretty bummed about the lack of updates and the delay. It seems like they wait for customers to ask rather than keep them informed. There's definitely room for improvement in their customer service. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.

    High-end fireplace grate with 'Lifetime Guarantee'

    I just bought this fancy fireplace grate from Woodland Direct that's supposed to come with a 'Lifetime Guarantee,' but man, I am so let down by it. When the grate showed up, there was this warning sticker stuck to it saying if I don't keep clearing out ashes while using it, the warranty won't be valid. How in the world am I supposed to prove that's why it failed if something goes wrong? It seems like a bit of a trick if you ask me. On top of that, the grate came in this super beat-up box which was definitely not what I was hoping for. It's too heavy to bother sending back, but if I could, I would do it in a heartbeat.

    Tom Pierce was amazing when it came to fixing the glitch with my gas fireplace pilot light. He kept me updated at every stage and even hooked me up with someone who could offer additional assistance. From start to finish, the whole crew, especially Tom, really went the extra mile.     Patio heaters

    I bought some patio heaters from Woodland Direct. But when I got them, one of the heaters was already used, messed up, and even had missing parts. I was pretty bummed out about it because I needed them for an event coming up. The quality of the Sunpak34TSR heater wasn't all that great and definitely didn't meet my expectations. I'm hoping that Woodland Direct can help me return the broken one and give me a refund without any delay.
