I recently contacted this company to place a special order for some slides, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and carefully they responded. Just a few hours after I sent in my request, they got in touch with me to get started. Gagan Sharma, the person I talked to, was really attentive and made sure he understood what I was aiming for by asking all the right questions. The finished slides were exactly what I had in mind, even though I didn't explain it very well. They were professional, eye-catching, and even better than I expected. Subscription renewal issue
I wanted to share my recent experience with my subscription renewal on this platform. About six months before my subscription was set to expire, I got an invoice for payment that got me mixed up on when I needed to pay. The customer support team was helpful in clearing things up, but when I had to cancel and then restart my subscription, I ended up missing out on service for about six months. On top of that, I also had an issue with getting duplicate emails and orders, which just added to the confusion. Despite all these problems, the support agent was able to fix everything by adding those missing six months onto my renewal, and that really helped me out a lot.

Convenient solution to autopay issue
I gotta say, at first I was pretty annoyed about getting charged for a service I wasn't even using. I mean, I didn't even remember signing up for autopay in the first place! But when I called customer service for help, Eva suggested a quick fix – add more downloads and take my account off autopay. And you know what? It worked like a charm! Not only did it fix my billing problem, but now I can choose when I want to buy more downloads. I'll own up to not being on top of canceling autopay sooner, but I really appreciate the fast thinking and customer-friendly approach that Slide Team used to help me out.

False Advertising
The website tricked me by saying downloads were free with just a sign-in, but then asked for payment once I signed up. It was a waste of my time and didn't sit well with me. Just be honest about your prices, don't try to attract customers with lies. It's not a fair way to operate and shows a lack of consideration for your users. I won't be returning to this site.
Corporate presentation design
I really liked the corporate presentation that Slide Team put together for us after our other designer couldn't come through. They were great about talking through what we needed, giving us a few different design ideas to choose from, and making changes quickly when we asked for them. We'll definitely be going back to them in the future!
