    A Review of the Reality TV Streaming Service

    I am a long-time subscriber of Hayu, the streaming service that offers a wide variety of reality TV shows from around the world. I have been a client for over a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the company.

    One of the things I love about Hayu is their vast selection of shows. They have a wide variety of genres including reality TV, lifestyle, and makeover shows. They have shows from all over the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. I have been able to discover so many new shows that I would have never found otherwise.

    Another great thing about Hayu is the user interface. The app is very easy to navigate and I can find the shows I want to watch quickly and easily. The app also remembers what I was watching last and will automatically pick up where I left off, which is a great feature.

    Finally, Hayu's customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with my account one time and the customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and resolved my problem quickly.

    Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience as a client of Hayu and I highly recommend the streaming service to anyone who loves reality TV.

    Streaming playback issues

    Even though I've had some good interactions with the customer service team, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about how the web player and app are working. Every time I try to watch an episode, I run into issues like getting stuck at certain points or not being able to play some episodes at all. It's been a bummer because I've missed out on catching up with some episodes of the Real Housewives shows I was really excited about. I've reached out to Hayu multiple times about these problems, but I've only gotten generic responses that haven't fixed anything. If anything, it feels like things have actually gotten worse over time, which is super frustrating considering how great the shows are on the platform.

    Man, canceling with this company is a total nightmare! And as if that wasn't bad enough, they're saying I never even tried to cancel. I just wanted to take a break for a bit, but now I'm never coming back.

    UX needs improvement, too many ads, misleading free trial

    The app is a total nightmare to figure out, with ads thrown in that totally mess with the whole user experience. And don't even get me started on the so-called free trial - it's super misleading. If you forget to cancel in time, they'll hit you with a charge for the whole year. And to top it off, their customer service is a complete joke. It's all robotic and not even helpful. My advice? Stay far away from this mess.

    I bought a TV from this company, but my son ended up chucking a toy at the screen and cracked it by accident. So, I called customer service and got hit with a surprise - they refused to replace it since I didn't have accidental coverage. I never even knew that was a thing! This whole situation is just ridiculous and totally unacceptable.

    Subscription renewal issue

    I just had a problem with my subscription renewal where they took my payment but didn't renew the service. I tried to fix it, but the customer service reps were no help and I couldn't get it sorted out. I recommend that others steer clear of dealing with these kinds of problems.

    So yeah, I had this subscription for ages, right? And then one day I couldn't watch any shows, but they were still charging me! So I tried reaching out through email, but all I got back was two really weird responses that didn't do squat. I'm telling you, it's like they didn't even bother reading what I wrote! After weeks of begging for help, I finally had to cancel my subscription because I was getting absolutely nowhere. Their customer service is seriously out of this world, man.

    Annual subscription, lack of access, poor customer service

    This company is totally a scam. I thought it was a good idea to get a yearly subscription, but turns out I can't even log into my account. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but all I got back were a few useless replies. It's been more than a month now and I still can't use what I paid for. This is not cool at all, so I'm going to ask for my money back.

    Constant buffering issues

    I can't believe I'm actually paying for this junk. The streaming service keeps buffering every 5 minutes, no matter what gadget I use. It's so annoying and I feel like I'm wasting my money on a service that can't even give me a reliable viewing experience. You need to get it together and fix this problem right away.

    Subscription charge issue

    I had a terrible experience with this subscription service. I actually canceled my subscription more than a year ago, but they kept charging me even after I tried to fix it several times. I sent an email to their "support" in April, but they were just plain bad at their job and made excuses instead of helping me out. They said they couldn't find my account, even though I got a confirmation that my subscription was canceled back in September. It's crazy that they can still have my credit card info but mysteriously can't locate my account. I eventually had to cancel my credit card to finally put a stop to the charges. This is just really shady and dishonest behavior on their part.

    Unauthorized charge

    I am so mad right now about what's going on with this company. I don't even know who they are, and I definitely didn't sign up with them, but somehow they snuck in and took money from my account without asking me. And get this: they're using PayPal, a platform I never even messed with. How in the world did they pull that off? And on top of it all, I can't even visit their site to try and fix things because I don't have an account. This whole situation has me feeling beyond annoyed and ticked off.
