A trusted brand
Excellent air services all aspects Not many time ,but three four times is quite enough time to evaluate qualities and services As I could observed flight interiors quality seats of course foods and hospitalities It's almost all what being a customer I can expect Though it graded 4 star but I wish much better
Right from booking availability of tickets and pricing ? Surprised me ,probably cheapest one so far One customer receiving so much things in cheaper prices what is next , great

The folks working at Ethiopian Airlines are really impressive. I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Ferid Bedru, who was not only super professional but also very humble and thorough in the way he took care of things. Ethiopian Airlines should definitely prioritize hiring more people with Ferid Bedru's level of skill and dedication.
Flights to Africa
I bought these flight tickets to Africa and then later on decided to cancel them. I sent an email expecting them to say "no can do" but they were actually really nice and quick to respond. Surprisingly, I got most of my money back. Their service was really good!
Flight delay due to technical issues
Our flight got delayed because of some technical problems, so now we're stuck here in Estonia. The staff didn't seem very useful or good at keeping us in the loop about what was going on. And to top it off, the speakers weren't working, so we couldn't hear any announcements or updates from the pilot. It was pretty chaotic and a major letdown overall.
Flight experience
Oh man, my flight was a total disaster. No water on the plane and my luggage is MIA. Seriously, is this for real? And don't even get me started on trying to figure out what to do about my lost stuff. They just kept giving me the runaround with all these different phone numbers. It was beyond frustrating! I get that losing luggage can happen, but leaving your customers hanging like that? Not cool.
Travel nightmare
My trip from Dubai to Yaoundé with Ethiopian Airlines was a complete mess. The first flight was late, so I ended up missing my next flight. They just left us stuck in a room with no seats for like two hours without telling us anything. Eventually, they said we'd be put on a flight the next day. It was so annoying how they didn't keep us in the loop or seem to care about us passengers.
Travel experience
I recently went on a flight and wasn't too happy with how the cabin crew treated me. I kept asking for hot water during tea time, but all they said was that they were only serving tea. Finally, an older lady felt sorry for me and gave me hot water. Also, when I needed help with my luggage, they just said no and told me to do it myself. It was really disappointing to get that kind of unhelpful and uncaring service, especially when I was hoping for a better experience.
Trip from Harare to London with missing luggage and damaged suitcase
I recently flew from Harare to London with a layover in Addis Ababa and man, did I have a rough time. When I arrived in London, one of my bags was missing! I spoke with the airport staff, but they were no help at all. They were so rude and basically told me to deal with it on my own. Eventually, the missing bag turned up, but it was all messed up! I tried calling the London office for help, but they were completely useless. They couldn't even give me basic info on where to go or who to talk to. I reached out via email to the luggage team about the damage, sending pics and all, but never heard back. I definitely won't be flying with this airline again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.
Damaged luggage compensation
My experience with Ethiopian Airlines was really disappointing. When I got to Copenhagen, my hard-bodied suitcase was super messed up and there was no way to fix it. I told the airline right away and even sent pictures to back up my claim, but they never got back to me. I sent a bunch of emails that they totally ignored, so I had to go to their office in Copenhagen with my boyfriend to talk to someone about it in person. They finally said they would give me 400Dkk to make up for it, but it's been forever and I still haven't seen a dime. They're not answering my emails at all. The customer service at Ethiopian Airlines is really terrible, and they're not acting professionally at all. It's so disappointing to see them not caring about their customers or even basic customer service.
Flight experience Addis to Toronto
The flight from Addis to Toronto was a real letdown. The toilets on the plane were gross, water all over the place and toilets not looking so great. It was pretty clear they weren't keeping things clean like they should. I told the airline about it, but got no response or fix. Sadly, my partner had a bad time too. I won't be flying with them again and think they need to step up their game when they land in Toronto. I'm thinking of telling the right people in Canada about this.
Ticketing nightmare
Buying tickets was such a nightmare! The agent at check-in took forever, causing me to miss my flight and fork out extra money for a new one. It was seriously frustrating. Their customer service was practically nonexistent, all they wanted was to make a profit. Ugh, so annoying.
Horrible flight experience
Oh my gosh, this airline is absolutely terrible! I swear I am never ever flying with them again. Literally every time my family and I hop on one of their planes, it's a whole ordeal. We are always dealing with delays, lost luggage, cancelled flights, and don't even get me started on the crew's attitude - straight up rude. It's like they couldn't care less about us passengers. How are they part of an alliance anyway? It feels like getting into a super sketchy cab ride in a busy city. Seriously, they need to be kicked out of the alliance ASAP!
International flight experience
I recently had a rough time booking an international flight with a certain airline. When I was traveling to Uganda with a layover in Addis Ababa, things took a turn for the worse. The security folks in Addis Ababa were acting sketchy, and when I got to Uganda, my luggage was nowhere to be found. Turns out, it got swiped during the transit in Addis Ababa. I even got an official letter from Entebbe airport confirming the missing luggage, but the airline's response was a letdown. They kept saying they'd fix it in a bunch of emails, but nothing ever got resolved. I was really disappointed by their lack of responsibility and how little they cared about making things right. I definitely wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone.
London to Windhoek flight
I recently flew from London to Windhoek and had a big problem with Ethiopian Airlines. When I got there, my luggage was delayed or lost, making me spend a lot of extra money on clothes while I was traveling. Even though Ethiopian Airlines said they would give me $75 for the trouble, it's been months and I still don't know how or when I'll get that money. It seems like they don't want customers to reach out to them or fix things when they mess up. Their lack of customer service and responsibility has really let me down, and I won't be flying with them again.
