Car rental service
The car rental service I got was really great. I used a comparison site to book and got my voucher details quickly. Even though I couldn't do express check-in online because I booked through a third party, everything went smoothly. When I got to the PHX Sky Harbour airport, the staff at the desk were so helpful and fast at checking me in. Jermaine, who helped me pick a car from the many options available, was really nice and knew his stuff. I ended up with a brand new car, which was a nice surprise.
Returning the car was just as easy. The process was fast, and I got checked out and sent the invoice by email in no time. Overall, this was one of the easiest car rental experiences I've had, and I would definitely recommend it to others.Car rental experience at a specific location
My experience renting a car at this one spot turned out to be pretty nice. I didn't actually plan to go with this rental company, but I was happy with the service I got. The car they gave me was in good shape and they even mentioned a little dent it had. The crew at this location in Launceston really knew their stuff and were super helpful, which made the whole thing go smoothly. I didn't run into any problems with the car or the staff, which doesn't always happen with rentals. I'd for sure tell others to check out this spot if they need a dependable rental service.
I rented it for airport, it was good deal overall
Their services are really good. I was pretty much surprised by their professionalism. I came to know that they are quite known and largest car rental providers here.
There was also some intial discount going on, so that helped too.

My car rental experience was awesome. The car was super easy to drive and had all the cool gadgets to play with. The rental office staff at the airport were really helpful and friendly. They also gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Thanks to the car and awesome service, I had an amazing driving vacation overall.
Overpriced rental car
My experience with this rental car company was really disappointing. The car they gave me had underinflated tires, so I had to go back and get them filled. Then, it happened again at the end of my trip. I tried reaching out to customer support three times, but they never got back to me. It's like if you have any problems with this company, you're on your own. They didn't even offer any compensation or a simple response. It seems like they just want to ignore the problem and wish it will go away.
Car rental at Disney
I went to Disney and rented a car from Alamo. The location was super cool, but when I tried to call the number in my email, the person I spoke to was really rude and unhelpful. They claimed there was no shuttle, even though the email clearly stated to call for one. It was all so confusing. I ended up having to Google the number for the Disney shuttle myself. They really need to be more organized and provide accurate information in a friendlier manner. On the bright side, the Alamo at Disney was really nice and helpful.
