    I recently went to the AutoZone on East Broad Street in Pataskala to ask about getting a new battery for my car. When I walked in, Steven Frye III greeted me and he was super helpful. He knew a lot about car stuff and did some research to find me the right battery. I really appreciated how he paid attention to all the details and was willing to help me out. I was so impressed that I wanted to talk to his boss and let them know how great Steven was. I called and to my surprise, Frederick Watson actually answered, even though it was the weekend. He was just as awesome as Steven. The way they both handled things showed me that AutoZone really sets the bar high when it comes to customer service.

    I recently went to a local auto parts store and I was so impressed with the service there. As soon as I walked in, the team was super friendly and knew their stuff. A guy named Thamari helped me out and he really listened to my car problems and offered some great solutions right away. He was really professional and knowledgeable. The whole vibe of the store was warm and I felt like a valued customer. It's not common to find such amazing customer service nowadays, so I was really grateful for this positive experience.     Its really helpful, they have all kinds of gears and tools i look for. its easy to buy it from here as it much simple to access an also they have a lot of options depending on what vehicle you have or model you own. they got everything covered. Also they are helpful in preparing and the services are awosm too. they are easy to contact when i need them and they help like professionals which is totally cool
    Also the pricing is awsome , and i really recommend if you dont want to worry about these stuffs while you drive your vehicle. Here you get the complete assurance of everything.

    Vintage car starter purchase

    I went to the auto parts store today to find a starter for my vintage car with a crate motor. I've been having trouble finding the right starter because of the engine's unique specs. Thankfully, I met this guy named Douglas who really knew his stuff - he was super helpful and professional. Douglas went out of his way to help me find the right starter, and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how great his customer service was.     The team at this store is absolutely amazing! Every time I come here, I'm happy with the great customer service and expertise they have. Jose, the manager, is always super helpful and makes sure everyone is looked after. Today, I needed some help picking out the right spark plugs and brake pads for my car, and the staff made it so easy for me.     So, I headed to the store to pick up some new windshield wipers for my mom's car because hers were really streaky and disgusting. The guys there were friendly, but seriously, I don't get why they have employees who can't speak English. It's just really confusing. I double-checked online to make sure they had the wipers I needed before going. But when I got there, they were out of stock! Why bother having a website if it's not gonna be right? It's frustrating to waste my time like that. And it's not the first time this has happened. Ugh!

    I just had to get a new battery at the store because my old one was acting up, and let me tell you, the manager there really saved the day. Elijah Bailey is the man in charge, and he really came through for me. He not only hooked me up with a free replacement battery covered by the warranty, but he also took the time to swing by my place and install it himself. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. I can't recommend this store enough for anyone looking for top-notch service when they need it.

    I went to the car parts store with my dad to pick up some spark plugs for our car. I was really looking forward to helping out and learning more about fixing cars, but when we got there, the employees were so unfriendly. They were rude and even made fun of my dad for not being a car expert.

    To make things worse, the spark plugs we purchased didn't work, so we had to go through a long ordeal to exchange them. It was frustrating, and I definitely don't want to go back there in the future.

    Parts order for next day delivery

    I went ahead and ordered some parts online that I needed for a weekend trip coming up, hoping to have them by Friday. They had a free next day delivery option, so I thought that would work out great. But now it's Sunday, my trip got canceled, and I don't even have the parts yet. I'm super disappointed and annoyed by this situation. It's just not right for a company to promise something and then not follow through. I won't be buying anything else from them after this.

    I recently ordered four items with next day delivery, but when the FedEx driver showed up, he only brought two boxes. One box was empty, and the other was missing some stuff. The driver said he got them that way, maybe they got lost during shipping. I asked to return the empty box, but he said he would take care of it and send me a replacement.

    Sandpaper and car paint

    I got some sandpaper and car paint a little while back for a project I was doing. But in the end, I didn't use them, so my dad went to return them at the store. The employees were really rude and wouldn't let us get our money back because they said we needed a barcode that we didn't have to begin with. They only gave us the option of store credit, but I don't really want that since I don't think I'll be coming back here to shop. It seems like they do this on purpose to make people keep shopping here. It just doesn't seem fair.

    I ordered some spark plugs and an oil filter, but got the wrong stuff. I contacted customer service, but it took them a whole day to reply. And when they did, they really weren't helpful at all. All they cared about was getting back the parts they sent by mistake. Now I'm just sitting here, waiting to see if they're gonna send me the right stuff. I've been a customer for 25 years and I feel like they're not really appreciating that.

    I had to return some stuff I bought recently, and it was not good. My dad went to the store to return them for me, but the workers were so rude and unhelpful. They wanted a barcode that I never got in any of my email confirmations. They didn't have patience and only wanted to give store credit, not a refund. I think they were trying to make us keep shopping there by not offering a refund. I am really upset about this and I won't be going back to that store. There are too many other places to shop that treat customers better than this.
