I recently bought some skincare products on this website and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. No customs problems, prices were good, products came nicely packaged and in great shape. It did take about a month to get here, but that's understandable with everything going on in the world. What really impressed me was how they got my address right, especially since I live in a newly updated postal code area. They really pay attention to the little things and it sets them apart from other websites.

The customer service at this store is just awful! I had a problem with a delivery that didn't make it, so my package got sent back. Let me tell you, the stuff they sell at this store is pretty good, but they really need to figure out the whole import-export rules when it comes to shipping to other countries. It's like they're in their own world, not thinking about the problems us customers could run into. I had to do all the legwork and make sure everything was good before buying anything, just to avoid any sketchy stuff or crazy fees at the door. They really need to step up their game!
Quick delivery to Germany
The website was super easy to use, and my order got to me real quick in Germany. The customer support was also really helpful. I really have nothing bad to say, I would for sure tell others to check this service out.
New makeup brushes
I got some new makeup brushes from this site and I have to say, they're amazing! They are really soft and make my makeup look fantastic. I'm definitely looking forward to getting more stuff from here!

Wow, I am loving these face masks! They smell amazing and leave my skin feeling so soft. I enjoy using them as a little treat before bedtime. Plus, the packaging is super cute, which is an added bonus!
Good range in makup
I am very new so i needed the basics to buy . its quite hard to get the list like that.
However Dokodemo is good at this. i bought the make up from here and it worked magic.I have placed several orders to this company. I would like to share my experience with other potential customers. 1)The price show in this list is different with what you pay because shipping with the final bill . 2)Delivery time it take much longer than in indicated in performa invoice . .3)They do not provide to customers any information about shipment after that you place the order so buyer cannot trace shipment .4) They have very good products because most of the products made in Japan is high quality.

I was so annoyed by all the emails I kept getting and how annoying it was to unsubscribe from them. It seems like Japanese websites are all about making you log in to unsubscribe from their newsletters. It's such a pain, especially for folks like me who are global customers. A lot of other websites let you just click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of an email without any logging in. If they want to keep customers from all over the world, they should really think about being more user-friendly.

Missing Order
I recently bought something from this website, but man, my order never showed up. I was really excited to get my hands on that item, so it really bummed me out. It's just annoying to pay for something and then it doesn't even come. And to top it off, they tack on extra fees if your stuff comes from different shops. They should've let folks know about that upfront. Honestly, this whole thing has been a letdown and I won't be shopping on this site again.

OMG, DOKODEMO is the worst! I ordered some makeup and skincare products, and they charged me for everything, only to later inform me that one item was actually out of stock. I had to constantly bug them for updates, and after waiting for a month and a half, I finally gave up and canceled my order. To make matters worse, when they refunded me, it was based on the JPY price, not the actual USD amount I paid, so I ended up losing about $11 due to the exchange rate change. Like, seriously, why even list items if they're not in stock? Ugh, I'm never buying from them again!

I gotta be real with you, those custom charges were ridiculous, and I ended up having to fork over more cash because my stuff was sent from different places. It was a real pain in the butt and definitely hit my wallet harder than I expected for just a few creams and sunscreens. I suggest checking out other options like Yes Style for your Asian Beauty goods because they'll refund those custom charges and give you the final price upfront with no surprises. But hey, gotta give credit where it's due - the stuff I got from DOKODEMO was legit.
Affordable international order
This was my first time ordering from this website, and let me tell you, it'll definitely be my last. I placed my order on 11/28 and it was shipped on 12/02, finally getting to my door on 12/08. Just so you know, there are tons of different sellers on this site, kind of like those big online marketplaces you're probably familiar with. I was lured in by the super low prices on their stuff, even though the shipping fees were pretty steep. But man, I was not ready for all the customs fees and charges from the courier. I ended up shelling out about €21 for processing and €17 for taxes, all on top of what I already paid. The stuff I got was packaged well and looked good, but those extra costs really left a sour taste in my mouth.

They have a really wide range of Japanese pharmaceuticals and beauty products with low price especially during sale events! However, shipping to the US is costly and extremely time consuming. It's been over 2.5 months but my orders are still 'prepared to ship'. I would recommend everyone to use DOKODEMO only as a last option when you cannot find products somewhere else. DOKODEMO also needs to change shipping methods. Japanese EMS is way too slow.
