You have 28 days from the day you received your order to return it and ship it back. Please note items if EGO Shoes believes that items have been worn and/or damaged, items cannot be returned and sent back. This also includes items to be returned outside the 28 day period.

Once they confirmed by e-mail that they processed your return, please allow up to 15 days for the amount you paid to show up in your bank account. If you, unfortunately, haven't received the amount please contact their customer care.
Faulty item or wrong Item
Please contact them within 7 days and to make the process simpler, please attach a picture of the missing or damaged item. Also, include your your name and order number in the email. We do ask you to contact them first so that they will be aware of the issue. I am so happy that' i find this place. SO GREAT COLLECTION, and specialized in women shoes. the footwear here is affordable, various ranges, styles, and purposes. so i didn;t want to leave the website without buying anything out . I bought two scandals and one boot here branded, premium quality and good packaging and timely delivery what more one can ask for. i suggest women to go for it with EGO SHOES.
This is possibly the best place I’ve ever ordered from online. I live in the US and placed an order, and the very next day got an email that they were shipped! I stayed in contact with them and they were some of the nicest people ever and responded so quickly. My shoes were shipped April 19th and arrived 10 days later, I couldn’t believe it!! Definitely buying all of my shoes from here now.
I have four pairs of shoes from EGO, and I’ve ordered them different times. The shipping does take about 10 -14 days to receive, but I order a lot of items from the UK and never expect them from the shipping proposed date, especially with COVID-19 changes in deliveries. My most recent order was on April 4th, and I received my order on April 22nd. The faux leather, FUND, square shoes I ordered runs slightly big (it’s such a cute shoe), I should have purchased a size down, or a 9.5 would’ve been perfect if they made it. With all these negative reviews for returns etc, I’m nervous to return them for a different size lol; I hope EGO fix their internal operations. Overall, I haven’t had any issues with them so far (fingers crossed). I would order from them again. The shoes are beautiful!
This was an absolute horrible experience. I never use the word hate... but I HATE Ego Shoes. I never received a tracking number. I paid for overnight FedEx shipping & it has been 6 damn days and I have not received NOTHING. NOT A TRACKING NUMBER. NOT A DAMN EMAIL WITH UPDATES!!!! The only thing I received is a false email from them saying my address was not correct and it could not be delivered over and over again. I hate this company. I hate their communication.... there was NO COMMUNICATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Horrible!!!
This company is a joke and extremely fraudulent! I have returned items on 3 different occasions and on all 3 occasions they have claimed not to have receive the parcels after a month, which is hard to believe considering their items are sent via Royal mail! They do this to refuse to pay out refunds, baring in mind they charge you £2.99 for postage eventhough return label is sent via email! There is no direct line to make a complaint and their online chat is useless and tries to avoid any issues surrounding payments! Be aware and do not shop here !!!

I placed my order back in November and I have not received it. Every time I reached out to customer service asking for a refund they say that they will contact USPS or the carrier to provide an update. At this point, nothing has happened. I only want my money back. It has been a terrible experience.
Fever Lace Up Perspex Espadrille Wedge Platform Heel In Black Faux Suede
I purchased these shoes in both black and beige. I had no issues with the beige, however I was sent two right shoes with the black pair. I contacted customer service and it took them about a week to get me the new pair. Upon inspecting my new pair, I discovered they sent me the wrong size. I sent them another message on September 4th and I have not yet hear back from them we're now on September 14th, their website states they have 72 hrs to follow up. I feel like I am being ignored at this point and I am extremely frustrated.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. MY SHOE WAS TORN WHEN I RECEIVED THEM JULY 22, 2020. FOR THE LAST DAYS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BUT INSTEAD BEING OFFERED $5, $3, AND $7 GIFT CARDS. Horrible return policy... I paid $70;for 2 pair of shoes then they were too small.. Tried to return them international shipping $68! I’ll never order from them again hence why I don’t buy cheap shoes! And yes I ordered my correct size the cut is extremely tight both pair , never again
This has been the worst experience. I ordered and got an email on the day it will ship, day came and passed with no update. Weeks later no updates no shoes. Would definitely not be ordering from here again and would not recommend.
