Recent jewelry purchase
The jewelry I recently bought was pretty good, overall. The pieces were well-made, looked nice, and felt good on. But, I did run into a few hiccups that made me a little less thrilled. First off, the options for sizes on some rings were limited, making it tough for me since I have tiny fingers. Also, one of the rings had a little flaw where a gem fell off, so I had to fix it with some glue. Even with those issues, I'm happy with how nice the jewelry looks and feels.

Fox ring, great quality
I got the coolest fox ring ever! I wear it every single day, and it still looks like I just got it. The quality is top-notch, so the price was totally worth it. The only downside was that it took a little while to arrive, but it got here in perfect condition!

Even though the rings I bought are really nice, I've noticed that they don't always fit the same. Sometimes I'll order the same size but they feel different on my finger. It's a bit annoying when that happens, but when the rings do fit right, they're really great quality.
Jewellery
My order came with the box empty, no matter what I did to try rectify this they would not help me. My items never arrived in the box! And then they said in order to get a refund I must ship the items back!! THERE WERE NO ITEMS IN THE BOX! How could I ship it back. DO NOT BUY, you can get most of the items on Amazong for way cheaper anyway.
2 rings and a necklace
Terrible experience and service. They're a chinese based company and not at all transparent with how they operate. I placed my order and they said they'd deliver in 3 to 7 business days, I got my tracking number and it was faulty, I had to contact them to get the proper tracking number upon which I notice it's still in China and has not shipped out. This was 9 days after I placed my order and it still doesn't have an estimated time of delivery.
I demanded for a refund and was denied it.Two Rings
I contact them and some of my rings were on back order they helped me move from 8 to 8.5 and it shipped out quickly. so if your rings are on back order it will take longer to get to you. Bc they have to make and produce the product and it really determines how many other people ordered the same ring and have to wait for it to be made. That’s why you have to wait a bit the demand is higher then the production. Which can cause some issues at time. But customer support is very fast a replying and sending a dm on Instagram they answer just as fast!

How long did it take you to get your rings?
A ring
A little insight into the company, and I recommend those who go to buy from this company to take the time to read this:
I had ordered a ring from the website. The shipping details specified that within the United States, the shipping time is significantly less than shipping internationally. Only a couple of days later the ring was shipped out from Dayton Ohio, as cited from USPS.
When the ring arrived I tried it on, and instantly understood that the ring was too heavy and I did not like the way it sat on my finger. Luckily on the page of this ring there is a clear return policy. Stating “hassle free returns within 30 days”. So I emailed the customer support to their email within the same hour, stating that I was not satisfied with the ring, it is heavier and bulkier than I expected, easily fell of my finger, and would like to return it. I received this response:
“Thanks for placing order with us.
If you want to return the ring, you need to afford the shipping fee. As we don’t have the warehouse in US, the shipping fee would be expensive.
Or you can keep the order and pay $7.99 (shipping fee) to get a new free ring you want from our store.
Tell me your thoughts, thanks.”
This confused me, because the ring was shipped out from the wear house 2 days after I ordered it, from Dayton Ohio. If it was outside of the US, 1) how did it arrive in Ohio so quickly (why to Ohio if I live in LA?) and 2) why is it cheaper shipping WITHIN the US than international?
This also kind of seems like a tactic to make the customer spend more money instead of accommodating him/her. The representative did not explicitly state that returns weren’t an option, he instead tried to bully me into keeping the ring (not getting my money back, even though this is not a “made-to-order” product) and spending MORE money. This does not seem “hassle free” at all.
I’m sure there are some who have had positive experiences with this company, however this made me feel cheated, and totally killed my excitement over this company. By the way the representative has yet to respond.3 rings, one handcrafted
