    I bought something from this company, but never got what I paid for. I tried contacting them several times, but they never got back to me. It's really frustrating to not only be missing my order but also to get zero communication from them. I purchased from a well-known store, and I think they should make it right for the sellers they partner with. It's sad to see these sketchy practices happening. I might get a lawyer involved to make sure the store takes responsibility for letting their customers get scammed. If anyone else is dealing with this too and wants to team up for a potential lawsuit, shoot me an email.

    Basement electrician service

    I had some trouble getting in touch with this company at first, but I was really happy with how they followed up. They sent a great electrician to my house super fast to put in a 120v line in my basement and swap out a dimmer switch that wasn't working right. The electrician showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up everything when they were done. I was really impressed by how professional and efficient they were, and I wouldn't think twice about telling others to go with this company and electrician.

    Large sofa purchase

    I recently bought a big sofa from this furniture store, and the whole thing was just plain frustrating. So, after I made my order, they sent me an email with tracking info for the delivery. But when I tried to use the link they gave me, it was a dead end. When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, all I got was an automated message telling me to email them and just wait around for a response. Never mind that I really needed to know when my sofa was coming. The fact that I couldn't get any help right away, and there was no clear communication just left me feeling mad and disappointed about the whole thing.

    Faulty silver lamps

    I bought some silver lamps from HomeSquare, but got bright gold ones instead of what was shown in the pictures. It was really disappointing to see the false advertising.     Color discrepancy in table

    I bought some oak bookshelves from this company not long ago, and man, it's been a total nightmare. They went and sent my order to some random address in another state, can you believe it? I've been on their case for weeks just trying to get them to own up to their mistake. And even when they finally did, they dragged their feet on fixing things until I talked about taking legal action. They said they'd refund me in 3 days, but it's been over a week now and still no refund or even a peep from them. It's driving me up the wall!

    I bought a furniture set from that store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by their customer service. I tried reaching out a bunch of times about some issues with the items, but I didn't hear anything back until after the 60-day return period had already passed. Because of that, they used their return policy as an excuse to not take the items back, even though they were still in their original boxes and hadn't even been opened. When I tried calling to talk about it, they kept telling me to only communicate through email. That kind of treatment is just not okay and it really makes me question their customer service and their promise to stand by their products.

    Baby Furniture Order

    I'm really upset about my experience with this company. I ordered baby furniture for my soon to be here baby, and was so surprised to find out that it was actually backordered and my order was getting canceled.     I recently bought a chair from HomeSquare and was disappointed because it looked completely different in color compared to what was shown in the photos. The chair was supposed to be a darker shade but turned out to be a very light off-white color. On top of that, I found out that HomeSquare doesn't cover the shipping costs for returns, even when they mess up. The whole return process was a pain with so many rules and obstacles. I suggest looking elsewhere for furniture to avoid the same problems. Also, when I tried to post a review on their site, they didn't accept it, so I'm sharing my experience here. I wish I had checked HomeSquare's reputation before buying from them because it would have saved me money and a lot of frustration.

    I recently bought two chairs and a loveseat from this company and unfortunately, I discovered that one of the chairs and the loveseat were defective. Putting them together was a nightmare. Their website says they accept returns for damaged items without extra fees, but that was not the case for me. When I tried to return the items, I was given a return address but told I had to pay for the return shipping, which was almost as expensive as the items themselves. I reached out to customer service for help but received no response, even though their policy says they cover return shipping costs. Overall, a really bad experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

    7-piece dining set

    I decided to ignore all the bad reviews on this site and took a leap of faith by purchasing a 7-piece dining set from this place. And you know what? My experience turned out to be pretty awesome. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, went smoothly without any problems. Homesquare was great at keeping me informed through email updates about my order and its shipping status. I did get a bit worried though when I found out that my set would come in 5 boxes instead of 7, but after contacting their customer service through email (since they don't have phone support), they quickly reassured me that all 7 pieces were indeed in those 5 boxes. The communication from the transit company and delivery service was also excellent. When the boxes arrived, they were all in perfect condition, and my husband and I had no trouble putting the dining set together. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the set, as there were no damages or missing pieces. So, to all those negative reviewers out there, maybe give Homesquare a shot before giving up on them completely. Don't let bad reviews scare you away from the possibility of having a great experience like I did. I would definitely be open to buying from them again.

    My experience with HomeSquare was so frustrating. I ordered a furniture set and couldn't wait to get it, but their lack of communication and poor customer service really let me down.     Colorful bean bag chair

    I was so pumped to order this really awesome bean bag chair in this cool color for my room. But you know what happened? They told me it was out of stock and I wouldn't be able to get it for a long time. It was a total bummer! All I wanted was to have my bean bag chair in my room to relax on. I was really let down that I had to wait so long for it to possibly come back in stock. It was so frustrating.
