7-piece dining set
I decided to ignore all the bad reviews on this site and took a leap of faith by purchasing a 7-piece dining set from this place. And you know what? My experience turned out to be pretty awesome. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, went smoothly without any problems. Homesquare was great at keeping me informed through email updates about my order and its shipping status. I did get a bit worried though when I found out that my set would come in 5 boxes instead of 7, but after contacting their customer service through email (since they don't have phone support), they quickly reassured me that all 7 pieces were indeed in those 5 boxes. The communication from the transit company and delivery service was also excellent. When the boxes arrived, they were all in perfect condition, and my husband and I had no trouble putting the dining set together. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the set, as there were no damages or missing pieces. So, to all those negative reviewers out there, maybe give Homesquare a shot before giving up on them completely. Don't let bad reviews scare you away from the possibility of having a great experience like I did. I would definitely be open to buying from them again.
White cabinets
I recently bought some white cabinets from this home furnishing store and man, let me tell you, I was super happy with how it all went down. I had been looking all over the place for the same cabinets I had snagged before, but I just couldn't find them at my usual spots. So I did some digging online and bam, I found HomeSquare. They had a ton of different products to choose from and let me tell you, the price for those cabinets was just right. Plus, when I called up with a few questions before buying, the staff was super nice and helpful. Ordering on their website was a breeze, no issues at all. And get this, the cabinets showed up earlier than expected! Talk about a nice surprise. I'm definitely going to keep their website bookmarked for future buys.
TV stand purchase
I recently bought a TV stand from HomeSquare, and I gotta say, it was a pretty solid experience overall. Even though I saw some negative reviews, I decided to go for it since the manufacturer had good ratings, and I'm really happy I did. The TV stand totally lived up to my expectations when it came to price, delivery, and quality. I did my homework before making the purchase, and it definitely paid off. The product got shipped out quickly and arrived in one piece, which is always a relief when you're buying furniture online. I'd definitely recommend HomeSquare to anyone in the market for some quality furniture at a decent price.
Furniture purchase
I just bought some furniture from an online store and at first, I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews. But I'm really happy I went ahead with my order because everything went so well. The package came on time and the furniture was packed really securely. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there weren't any scratches or dents on any of the pieces, especially since it was furniture. Plus, the prices were better than other websites, saving me more than $100 on the same nightstands. I'm super happy with my purchase and for sure, I'll be coming back as a customer.
Book cabinets purchase
I bought two book cabinets from HomeSquare not long ago and, man, they came in messed up. I sent pics right away to their customer service, but got nothin' back. Then I called 'em up, but they just told me to email again. Still, no response for days. It's kinda aggravating how they're handling this whole thing, ya know?
Cancellation of loveseat recliner
I had to cancel my order for a loveseat recliner because my husband got hospitalized all of a sudden. The customer service at this store was just amazing - they took care of my cancellation right away and even gave me a discount to keep the loveseat since it had already been sent. I was so touched by their kindness and support during such a tough time.

Martin Svensson Home Lisbon Solid Wood 2 drawer lift-top coffee table
I ordered it on 3/5/2023 by mistake and tried to cancel the order 3/6/2023. i was told it had already shipped and the order couldnt be cancelled. I could return it after delivery. Fedex has made 4 attempts and it still hasn't arrived. Please just keep it and refund my purchase. I was a new customer but I would never order from Homesquare again.
KBC Elizabeth Bathroom Vanity and 2 Elk Home Chadwick Vanity Lights
I'm quite concerned about the status of my order! AND, the fact that I can no longer access the Homesquare web site nor get a response from their customer service email address does not instill confidence for a positive outcome. I was told they had to "verify" my order? What does that mean? Some of the merchandise ordered was supposed to have arrived by now according to my order confirmation, but I've heard nothing. VERY UNHAPPY!
Beverage Cooler
We purchased a beverage cooler for our client through HomeSquare. We received an email that they had shipped the item on 12/31, so we assumed it was on the way. In talking to our client last week (mid February), we determined the item had not arrived at all. We went through the company's website to track the order, it simply said "error." We were eventually able to track it on Fedex, which reports that it was delivered in TX (we are in CO). We contacted Home Square.
First of all, it's very hard to talk to a human unless you say you're buying something. Their "help with a previous purchase" option will literally tell you to email them and hang up on you.
Second, they kept telling us to send them an email at every turn. After multiple email attempts, we received no response.
Thirdly, we called several times to talk to a manager, but all of the representatives said managers don't take phone calls at HomeSquare. Big red flag!
Ultimately, they said the fridge was outside their return window and won't help. Despite them sending the item to the wrong state, they won't let us talk to a manger or offer any form of help or compensation including a replacement item. Now we are out $1000 and HomeSquare couldn’t care less.
Do not purchase from them!South Shore Tiara Storage Twin Loft Bed in Pure White
I ordered this bed which came in 3 boxes and many pieces and took 10 hours to put together. Many of of the pieces were damaged and when I wrote to homesquare and sent photos, they asked me to go through the instuction book and indetify each piece by # as referred to in the instruction book. This is impossible if you had seen the book. Many of the damaged pieces show but it was too heavy for me to even beging to think about returning. This is, in my opinion, very bad customer service.
never delivered storage shed
I purchased a $1007 wooden storage shed from this company in early July (they charged my CC that day) Now 2 1/2 months later, I receive an email saying they are cancelling my order. They have held my money for and I have no repercussions as to the loss of that income for over 75 days? It is criminal to say the least. Banks, at a minimum, pay .05% on monies held - how does this company get away with holding funds and only refunding the original amount? Never buy anything from this inept company. They cannot deliver

Sectional couch
Would NOT recommend purchasing furniture from this site.
We ordered a sectional couch and the hooks to attach the two sections together were misaligned so not all of the legs are touching the ground. HORRIBLE customer service- there is only a number to call to order new products. Only an email for customer service, and they are atrocious with responding- won't respond for months, we follow up, receive one response and then no follow up or action taken. Last correspondence was they promised to send additional parts (which isn't the issue in the first place) and we have not received the parts and they have not replied to our latest email.

Order and delivery were fine. That is where the good ends. Missing nuts and bolts and directions were wrong. I want to send it back and can’t get anyone to return my emails and the phone number is useless. Do not order from this company. Their customer service is non existent. Thank goodness I am paying in payments so can stop PayPal payments. Hopefully that will get their attention
48” vanity
Received vanity with broken quartz top. Didn’t even remove it from the box to see it’s damage. Multiple times trying to contact Someone to help with this situation. No response from the company at all!!!’ They tout how great they are but what a scam!! Do not buy from Homesquare!
