    2020 Portable Foldable Pool

    I have been searching for an inflatable pool for several weeks. I can only assume that covid 19 has had a huge impact on many products one of which is inflatable pools. Not only is it almost impossible to find one, the prices have become astronomical. I was very happy to find an inflatable pool at joybuy.com through the walmart website.

    If I had anything negative to say it's the time it took to receive my order, however, I knew when I ordered it how long it was going to take to arrive. In fact it arrived two days earlier than expected.

    The pool itself appears to be well made and I think will be easy to inflate and deflate because it has a dual valve which allows for easy deflation but also has a secondary valve to keep the air in when inflating the pool.

    I had an issue with the size of the pool I received. I reached out to the seller and even on the weekend received several responses followed by a very satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

    If I were to be in need of other products available through joybuy.com, I would have no problem ordering from them again as long as the pricing was competitive with the local market.

    Don't buy from them! Some kind of way they have a way to sell via Walmart when I got my item it arrived all beat up and out of the box. When I contacted them they didn't respond. I should have read the mostly awful reviews on Walmart.com. I feel duped.

    purchased from walmart.com--Item arrived early than expected--opened box and immediately noticed missing parts 4 to be exact-- hooked up--filled tank with fuel-- machine to check operation--control pad shows E-01--no codes in operator manual to explain--will not turn on---will not run--called mfg VEVO number--no answer--called JOYBUY----dead line---what a rip-off--- I have from Walmart a return label but can't ship fuel tank back but they can have everything else back excluding parts that were not in the box, They sent me a hacked kit to begin with I advise to do no business with VEVO and JOYBUY never trust these people-

    Joybuy folding camp chair with footrest

    I have bought six of these chairs over past 3 years. Delivery fast and on time. Price much below others for similar type of chair. Quality of chair was improved by their making changes to design of chair. Now it’s better than the competition primarily in the ease it operates on sandy beach, where the sand does not hinder the sliding mechanisms to fold and adjust the chair. 5 stars all catagories.

    Please don't ever buy anything from these people not reliable

    I purchased the 50/100pcs Plastic Gloves & they are are a joke!!! First of all it took almost a month to receive them & I understand with current circumstances why but believe me they were not worth the wait!! They are the flimsiest gloves I have ever seen. I think Saran Wrap would probably work better. They barely come up to your wrists. The gloves you get in hair coloring are better than these. I should have checked the company out better but since it was thru Walmart, I was lax!!! I WILL NOT buy from them again!!! If I could give no stars I would instead of even one!!!

    I purchased the facemask and it's been a over a month and still have not received this item yet. I will be canceling this order NOW.

    Facemask still has not arrived. Got an email saying it shipped over a week ago - tracking number doesn't even exist in the system when I search. I thought I was ordering from Walmart. They should not associate themselves with this seller, or if they do, they should make it very clear it is coming (maybe!!) from China.

    I purchased a box of 50 face masks from this company and they are a joke. Every one of the mask have had the elastic snap off the first time putting the mask on. Ridiculous that this product is being sold at a premium price and is defective. Don't waste your time and money.

    I purchased 2 compression shirts from joybuy.com through Walmart.com. The size did not fit properly. I simply asked them to replaced them with a smaller size with only 1 of the 2 packages being opened and tried on. Their response to me was "Regarding your order 3862058839957, we are so sorry to inform you that the product can't be exchanged.

    I ordered a swimsuit 2 weeks ago and tracking is saying it's on its way... Not..they have made a shipping label but not sent yet...last time I will order from Jobuy...Wal mart needs to take them off there website

    I hear your pain!!! When I finally got the order Sand and Water Table we were excited as it as a gift for our grandson....he s almost 3....box was smashed, it was not as described at all! It shows a child standing at the table....it is so small my grandson had to sit on the floor which was no fun....many pieces were missing as well.....

    I ordered the Fuller Brush window cleaner. After taking it out of the package the box was opened. The box says powder included, but none was included. Joybuy says the box I viewed did not include the powder. TOLD TO SEND IT BACK, MY EXPENSE OR RETURN TO WALMART . REFUSED TO SEND ME THE POWDER.

    White crystal gold rose purchase

    I recently got this white crystal gold rose from JoyBuy. I ordered it on Walmart's website for like ten bucks just before Mother's Day. The delivery was already pushing it time-wise, but I was keeping my fingers crossed. But, surprise, surprise - it ended up in Westport, MA instead of Ohio like it was supposed to. Now I'm scrambling to get this sorted out because it's a huge hassle. I'm hoping they can fix it fast, so I can either get the rose I wanted or a refund to get my mom a gift that will actually show up when it's supposed to.

    Portable charger purchase

    I bought a portable charger from this website, and it came damaged, which really bummed me out. I contacted customer service via email, but all I got was 10 emails going back and forth with no solution in sight. Dealing with their unhelpful service was beyond aggravating. It's obvious to me that this company shouldn't be selling on big sites like Walmart, even with their big parent company backing them. I recommend leaving them a 1-star review - there's more negative feedback than positive, so hopefully, it'll stop others from buying from them in the future.

    This company is honestly such a joke. I thought I was ordering some top-notch headphones, but what they sent me was basically a cheap imitation that barely functioned. I can't believe they have the nerve to think they can just pass off fake stuff like that. And on top of it all, their customer service is a total joke. I tried reaching out to them several times about the problem and didn't even get a single reply. It's obvious they don't really care about their customers, they just want to grab your cash and disappear.

    Set of ladybug squishies

    I got some ladybug squishies from JoyBuy, but man, it wasn't a great time. It took forever for my order to show up, and when it finally did, I only got two squishies instead of the dozen I was promised. To make things worse, one of the squishies was all messed up and gross. When I contacted JoyBuy about it, they tried to blame it on some other site and at first didn't want to send me the rest of my order. I had to threaten to go off and report them to Walmart and the BBB before they agreed to give me a full refund. And get this, they even took down my review on Walmart's website and put up a new one under a different name! Now, I can't even warn others about my bad experience. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend shopping with JoyBuy. They're just not reliable or trustworthy.

    I just bought some headphones from this website, and I gotta be honest, I was really let down by the whole thing. They didn't even have the product in stock, but they still took my money. I didn't find out about this until a few days before Christmas, when I had to reach out and ask about my order. It was super frustrating not knowing what was going on, and it definitely made shopping with them a lot less enjoyable. I was really disappointed and annoyed by the delay and the fact that they didn't keep me in the loop.

    I recently made a purchase from this website, and let me just say, it was a total disaster. Their customer service is awful. If you have any issues with your order, forget about getting any assistance. Plus, their prices are way too steep for the quality of the products. You can easily find the same items for much cheaper on other websites. And let's not even talk about the delivery process - it took forever for my order to arrive. I was on pins and needles waiting for my new toys and electronics to finally show up in my mailbox!

    Electric shaver head replacements

    I recently bought some electric shaver head replacements from JoyBuy, but my experience hasn't been great. I placed my order on October 12th, with an estimated delivery window of October 24-28. The product was shipped out according to the tracking info, but it never showed up. When I reached out to customer service in mid-November, they told me my shipment had somehow gotten "lost" in transit. The customer service rep said I could either get a refund or place a new order. Given the situation, I chose a refund and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted out. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication from JoyBuy has left me feeling pretty disappointed with this whole purchase.

    I bought this electronic thing from an online store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. It took forever to get to me, and when it finally did, it went to the wrong address all the way in another state. Trying to get help from customer service was a nightmare - they seemed totally clueless about what was going on.     Infrared temperature reading for forehead

    I just bought one of those forehead thermometer things from JoyBuy, and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. The thing was a total dud and didn't even work right. The readings were all over the place, so I had to get a new one from a better store. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it was late, and trying to talk to customer service about it was a joke. This whole thing has been a total disaster, definitely one of my worst shopping experiences.

    I ordered a laptop case from this website, but I got a kid's spoon and fork set instead. It was super frustrating! I contacted customer service right away. After a long chat, I was able to get a refund for the wrong item. But, man, this whole situation just left me feeling disappointed. I'm starting to wonder why Walmart even works with this company if they're so unreliable.
