    Ethically sourced clothing

    I just bought some clothes from this company that prides itself on ethical sourcing, and let me tell you, I was really impressed! The quality of the clothes was way better than I expected and you could totally see the thought that went into designing them. And on top of that, the customer service was top-notch. The employees were so helpful, proactive, and efficient when it came to helping me pick out what I wanted. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer, and I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future.

    Oversized t-shirt purchase

    Man, what a pain! I bought a t-shirt in two different sizes, figuring one of them would have to fit me, but they were both totally off. The M ended up being bigger than the L - like, what's up with that sizing mix-up? Luckily, the customer service folks were super helpful and agreed to do an exchange for me. I sent it back and, to my surprise, got a new M shirt that fit perfectly in under a week. I've gotta give them credit for fixing their error, but what's the deal with the wonky sizing in the first place?

    Sustainable fashion jacket

    I just bought this really cool sustainable fashion jacket from this company, and let me tell ya, I was super impressed by how much they care about making eco-friendly clothes.     Expensive items, poor customer service

    The stuff is definitely good quality, but man, I have been so let down by the customer service. It's annoying to drop a bunch of cash on expensive stuff only to run into problems with ordering. In my experience, orders have been late and there have been mix-ups with what's in stock. It would've been nice if they had given me a heads up about any issues instead of me having to bug them for answers.

    Organic linen joggers

    I just bought two pairs of organic linen joggers from this company and I was really impressed with how good they were. The material was so soft and comfy, and the design was exactly what I wanted. But, one pair had a wrong label sewn in, it was a little hiccup. I reached out to their customer service team and they were super helpful, they fixed the problem right away. I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchase and how well they took care of me.

    Shirt purchase for son's birthday

    The delivery came real fast and I could easily keep track of it through Royal Mail. But, had to call customer service cause I never got an email saying my order went through. The guy I talked to said not to worry, my order was being taken care of and would go out that very day. And it did! Got the shirt the next day and it's top-notch quality. My son's gonna love it for his birthday next week. Even better, the packaging was eco-friendly.

    I had such a bad experience at this place. The customer service was terrible and the delivery took way too long. They told me it would be a few days, but it ended up taking over a week. Their website said they had stuff in stock, but when I asked about sizes, they didn't have a straight answer. I waited forever for my last order, and they only reached out after I contacted them first. In the end, they couldn't even give me my order and I had to ask for a refund. I'm definitely never shopping here again.

    I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered something that said it was in stock on their website, and everything seemed fine at first. But then, I got an email later that day saying they had to cancel my order because the item wasn't actually in stock. It was so frustrating to see that their website isn't kept up to date. And on top of that, when they did refund me, they only gave me back the cost of the item, not the shipping, even though they never even sent it out. I've tried reaching out to them through their website contact form a bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything back. Hopefully, they'll respond to my emails soon. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. I'd recommend avoiding this store to save yourself the headache.

    Color mix-up, wrong size

    So, I really wanted to try out different sizes of this thing I ordered, you know? But they ended up sending me the wrong color, which was weird because it wasn't even listed on their website! And then to make matters worse, the color I originally wanted was all sold out. To top it off, they also sent me the wrong size because they messed up the labeling. I had to order more sizes and colors just to find one that actually fit me. I never ended up getting the color I really wanted. But hey, the Komodo rep did try to help out by suggesting other items and giving me a free returns label. On the bright side, I did get another item that arrived on time and in good condition. It was kind of a mixed bag, you know what I mean?

    Balloon sleeve blouse

    My experience with that company was just terrible. I waited six whole weeks for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the blouse I got was nothing like what I actually asked for. The sleeves weren't balloon sleeves, the buttons were all wonky, and the print was all smudged. And to top it off, the material was cheap and flimsy, nothing like what I thought I was getting. I tried reaching out to complain, but never heard back from them, which just made me even more annoyed.

    My recent online shopping experience was really disappointing. I bought a sweater last weekend, but then got an email on Monday saying it was actually out of stock. That shows the company isn't on top of their inventory. Even when I asked about getting it back in stock or getting a refund, it took forever to hear back, and I ended up waiting 10 days for a refund. The customer service was pretty bad - lots of back and forth emails and promises that weren't kept. All in all, a frustrating and slow shopping experience that I'd rather not go through again.

    I just had the worst online shopping experience ever. I got charged too much and then heard nothing about my order. No updates, no shipping details, nothing. I tried to contact customer service several times but got nowhere. It's really annoying when a company takes your money but doesn't follow through on their end.     Dungarees bleached in sunlight

    I bought a pair of overalls as a present, but they ended up getting bleached in the sun when I hung them up. I tried reaching out to customer service and they took forever to get back to me. They said the bleaching was because of the natural dye, which wasn't even mentioned on the label. This shady lack of info and bad customer service really ticked me off and made me unhappy with the whole situation.

    I totally get the whole ethical vibe with this clothing brand, but honestly, the pieces just weren't my style. Even though they were all organic and super comfy, I ended up giving them away since they didn't really spark joy for me. It's key that ethical and secondhand clothing really resonates with your style and makes you feel great when you rock it. Sadly, this brand just didn't click with me.

    Misleading product description

    I ordered a hat online and got one with a different print on the brim than what was in the picture. The company apologized and offered a refund, but I just wanted the right hat. It's frustrating that they couldn't get my order right. Now I have to spend more time looking for the hat I really want somewhere else.
