Paint purchase
I was shopping at the store in Alicante, Spain and let me tell you, it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. This guy named Mr. Miguel in the paint department was completely clueless and so rude. I can't believe Leroy Merlin would even have someone like him working there. It's just not right.
Bathroom renovation
I just got my bathroom renovated by this store and I have to say, I’m really pleased with the outcome. The work they did was top-notch, the final look is just beautiful, and the prices were reasonable. They have a great selection of products and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I also really like that they have employees who speak English – makes things a lot easier.
Paint department assistance
It was really nice getting some help from Carlos over in the paint department at the store. He was super friendly and gave me some great advice when I wasn't quite sure what I needed. He even threw in some extra ideas that ended up being really useful, and I'm thrilled with how my project turned out.
Dishwasher and fan extractor purchase
I just bought a dishwasher and fan extractor from the store. The ordering part went smoothly, but I was let down by the lack of info on the plumber fittings required for the dishwasher. It was annoying to realize I had to hire a plumber and pay more for installation. On top of that, the fan extractor didn't even come with an electric cable, so I can't use it until I get one separately. They said they would fix things, but I haven't heard from them since. I'm really upset about the lack of transparency and follow-through.
Solar panels purchase
So, I just got these solar panels, and dude, it was a mess. The shipping got all messed up and they were delayed by like three weeks. It took forever to get things sorted out, but finally, after I made a bunch of complaints, they got their act together. The panels showed up in five days, and they were packaged up real nice. It was a huge relief and definitely a step in the right direction.
Kitchen renovation materials
My trip to the store in Nigran near Vigo was amazing! The guy who helped me out, Mr. Israel Garcia, really knew his stuff when it came to all the products I needed for my kitchen makeover. He was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and guide me towards the right choices. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient he was in addressing any problems that popped up during my visit.
Appointment help
I had the most amazing experience with Maria at that store! She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me schedule an appointment, even though it wasn't really her job. She was so kind and friendly, and truly brightened my day.

I would like to Thank Cameney Camey for assisting me with kindness, patience and with love, she has taken me through the whole process of ensuring I got everything I need, she made sure I was comfortable with understanding the products I have bought, she's polite and knows how to work with customers I really n truly appreciate her time and effort that she has put in today I would like seeing her again whenever I do shopping Thanks Camey this help was needed and keep up the great work you are doing
