    I recently bought some shoes from this company and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with the ones I decided to keep. They're great quality and perform well, meeting my expectations. However, I did have some issues with delays and problems when trying to do exchanges, returns, and get my money back. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but it took weeks to finally get my refund after returning an item. It was also a hassle trying to get a shipping label for another return, taking a lot of time and effort to get help. These delays and problems with the return process make me think twice about shopping here again, even though there are other things I want to buy. The uncertainty of shoe sizing doesn't make things easier either, as I'm not sure if I should order multiple sizes to find the right fit because of the tricky return process.

    Endurance Bra

    I had a bit of a rough start with my order from this company, but I'm happy to say that they really came through in fixing the problem. When I went to their store, the staff, especially Sylvester, were super helpful. The guy before him was also really nice, even though I didn't catch his name. Olivier was the one who finally got everything sorted for me, and I can't thank him enough. The Endurance Bra I got is amazing quality, and I love how it fits. I went with the Large D-DD size for extra comfort, and I like that the slightly longer fit makes it perfect to wear on its own when it's warmer out. Overall, I'm really pleased with how everything turned out and I just want to say a big thank you to the company for being so patient and professional in dealing with issues that were out of their hands.

    Faulty shoe purchase

    I just bought this pair of shoes from this company and the right shoe has been giving me issues from the start. I asked for help and they gave me a bunch of steps to try and fix it. I did everything they said, waited for things to improve, but no luck. They keep saying there's no problem based on the pictures I sent. How can photos show what's wrong with the rubber? Dealing with Derek has been a total nightmare and I'm really fed up with this whole thing.

    I bought these shoes thinking they would be top-notch, but boy was I let down. Just four months in and they started squeaking like crazy whenever I walked. I contacted customer service for some help, but their advice didn't do squat. They even had the nerve to act like this was a brand new issue, even though other people had already complained about the same thing in their reviews. Save your cash - these shoes aren't worth it if you don't want to deal with a squeaky disaster.

    So, I was all set for this amazing trip, right? I ordered these shoes for it. But then, the day before my trip, I got the wrong shoes - and they weren't even the right size! Can you believe that? I tried to reach out to customer service, but they were no help at all. They made me send back the wrong shoes before they would even consider sending me the right ones. And get this, they didn't even offer to make it right for their mistake. Talk about bad service, huh? It's been forever and a day since I sent back the shoes, and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's such a bummer. Their customer service is a total joke. I shouldn't have to deal with this mess they created in the first place. But hey, gotta give them credit, the shoes are pretty awesome.

    I splurged on this really expensive gym shirt online and it ended up being terrible after I washed it once, even though I babied it and air dried it carefully. I called customer service and all they offered me was a measly 20% off my next order. The website looked all fancy but the actual product was a huge disappointment. Save your money and shop elsewhere, people!

    Don't let the nice replies on their website fool you. I've been waiting a whole week for help and got nothing. They said they'd send me a return label from a store that's two hours away, but suddenly they want me to show up in person to return it. Most reviews give them one star because they don't want to deal with returns. If you might need to return something, stay away. Trying to get a refund through my credit card company is a huge pain.

    Waterproof shoes fall apart quickly

    My waterproof shoes completely fell apart after only 5 months! The heels just disintegrated, and when I brought it up, they said it was normal wear and tear. I paid over $200 for those shoes, I was really hoping for better quality. Such a letdown!

    Cloudrunner shoes

    I recently got myself a pair of Cloudrunner shoes and man, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by the quality. I've been faithful to all kinds of shoe brands over the years, but I thought I'd give ON a shot after hearing good things. But dang, just two wears on two separate holidays and the side fabric ripped! I didn't trip or walk funny or anything, so this tear totally caught me off guard. I mean, I trekked 800km across Spain with a different brand (shoutout to Hoka) and never had any issues. I was really expecting better from ON, especially with the hefty price tag. Bottom line, I won't be buying from them again.

    I really thought I was making a smart move when I decided to treat myself to these shoes. Turns out, I was dead wrong. I literally just wore them for regular stuff, not even any intense activities, and after just a couple of months, the sole got all squeaky like an old playground swing. And on top of that, the bottoms wore out quick like a candle burning too fast. Then there's the annoying little rocks that seem to always find their way under the sole. Oh, and can you believe there are holes forming by the big toe already? It's like these shoes are playing a game called "let's fall apart."

    I bought some running shoes from your store recently, and it's been a bit of a mess. First, my order got sent to the wrong place and then apparently sent back. When I reached out to customer service to fix things and get my money back, it was a mess. The person I talked to didn't really know what was going on and said they couldn't give me a refund until they got the package back. Then, out of nowhere, the stuff showed up at my door two days later and just added to the confusion. I tried to send back one of the items, but the return center said I couldn't because of an earlier return mix-up. I asked for a manual return and label, but they messed that up too by sending me an email without the label attached. The whole process has been a pain and seriously hard to get my money back for stuff I don't want. It seems like the company is purposely making it tough for customers to return things and get refunds.
