Unsuited items, refunded
I recently bought some stuff from this online store but when I got them, they didn't fit like I wanted. I contacted customer service to ask for my money back, but I was bummed to find out I had to send the items back to the US, and shipping costs would be super high since I'm in the UK. Despite that, I'm glad the company agreed to refund most of the money and let me keep the items. I can give them to a friend or donate them to charity, which I thought was pretty nice. I appreciate the great customer service and clear communication from the company. Now I'm just looking forward to getting my refund in the next week or two.
Prom dress purchase
At first, I wasn't sure about using this company because I've had some bad experiences with similar ones in the past. But I was actually really happy with how fast the dresses arrived. The dress I got for my daughter's prom was just right, and the customer service was top-notch. I know that some companies can be unreliable, but I was pleased with the quality of the dress, the prices, and the service overall. Still, I can't help but wonder if I would have run into any problems if I needed to return the dress.
Clothing order for teenager's birthday gift
I was kinda nervous at first because I heard some bad stuff about how long it took to get orders and the quality of the clothes from this website. But, I took a chance and ordered $150 worth of stuff anyway. I was really worried about what I'd get. Turns out, I got my order super quick, like in a week, which was a pleasant surprise. And the clothes were actually really nice - great quality and they fit just right. I'm glad I didn't let those bad reviews scare me off from buying from them.
Shoes wrong size, Good customer service
I made a mistake with my shoe size when I placed the order, and wouldn't you know it, they showed up too small. I tried to get a replacement pair, but they were all out, which was a major disappointment. Luckily, the customer service I got from a guy named Hossam was amazing. He promised me a full refund within 7-14 days, which was awesome. But I was taken aback when they suggested I donate the shoes instead of sending them back. All in all, I was pretty impressed.
Recent order not received
I ordered something on the website, but I haven't gotten it yet. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they weren't able to fix the problem. On top of that, all my past orders disappeared from my account out of nowhere. It's like my account got reset for no reason. I'm really disappointed with how this all turned out and I would recommend people steer clear of this company.
Disappointing customer service
I had a terrible time trying to get in touch with customer service. It felt almost impossible to reach them. I was left with so many unanswered questions and feeling frustrated. There are so many other stores selling clothes that have much better systems for communication in place.
Floral dress and cute earrings
The last time I bought some stuff from this store, I grabbed a super cute floral dress and some adorable earrings. I usually adore their stuff because it's cute and affordable, but this time they forgot to include one of the items in my package! I was pretty disappointed, so I contacted them to ask if they could help, but they were all like, "but the package made it to your address..." I was just so confused and let down, you know?
Very vibrant and bold with trending fashion clothes
I find zaful quite complementing my daily lifestyle and surely my wardrobe. I have bought two dresses from there.
Usually happens that what you see online never comes as it is you expected but thank god! it didn't happen with Zaful.
The product was fantastic.
With more exploration, I find more awesome range of clothes ideal for different purposes, occassions and styles.

Everything was packaged nicely in little zip bags and came in less than a week. It looked exactly like the pictures and I was scared to order a bikini because I was scared I would get the wrong size but they have a sizing chart and it fit me great!

Never had any issues with them so I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. Of course I haven't had to return anything because it all fit and was true to the photos. Very cheap for the quality you get. Overall love this site.

I messed up by ordering from that company and now I totally regret it. The delivery was a total disaster, it took over a month when they said it would only be 6-12 business days. And to top it off, the stuff I got was terrible quality, all see-through and just poorly made.
Swimwear purchase
The customer service at this company is just terrible. I recently had to deal with returning something, and man, it was the worst. It seriously took me two whole weeks of going back and forth with customer service just to get the return figured out. And to top it off, the refund process was a total mess. They not only made it super hard, but they also messed up the currency exchange, so I ended up with less money back than I spent. And to add insult to injury, the swimwear I got was such low quality. Overall, I was really disappointed with the whole experience.
Tank top and shorts
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company! I ordered this adorable tank top and shorts, but they never showed up. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help whatsoever. All they did was direct me to their terms and conditions, which didn't solve my problem at all. It seems like they have zero concern for their customers! It was such a disappointment and I feel like I wasted my time and money. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Double charged, poor quality, misleading information
I'm really frustrated right now!! 😡 I bought some things and they charged me twice! And you know what?? They won't even give me my money back! All I got was some worthless partial credits. And the stuff I received was terrible quality. On top of that, their website had a ton of misleading information. Ugh, I can't even begin to describe how angry I am at the moment.
Quick shipment
I recently ordered something from this website and it came pretty quickly. But let me tell you, I had a big problem with the delivery company they used. They left the package in a so-called 'safe' place, but guess what? It got swiped within an hour! I mean, come on, how can they leave stuff in spots where it's easy to take? I tried reaching out to customer service, but they just told me the package was delivered. Seriously, I think it would be safer to shoot it off to the moon than where they put it. Luckily, I used PayPal, so I got my money back. Overall, I wouldn't suggest using this website because of all the delivery drama I went through.

My experience with this company has been really disappointing. Right from the beginning, they made promises about delivering my order on time that they didn't keep. Talking to their customer service team was frustrating because they couldn't actually solve my problem. It became obvious to me that their shipping contracts were not trustworthy and kind of dishonest. I suggest looking into other brands like Shein, Femme Lux, Pretty Little Thing, or Misguided instead of shopping here. In my view, Zaful isn't reliable or credible, and it's obvious that they care more about money than making customers happy.
Lost order, no refund
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but I never got my order. So, I contacted their customer service, and all they did was give me a wishy-washy response that seemed like they were just trying to buy time. I was pretty upset with how they handled things, so I had to complain to my payment provider. It was really disappointing to see that they cared more about not giving me a refund than making sure I was happy as a customer. Usually, other online stores give refunds when packages go missing, so this whole thing really made them look bad in my eyes.
