MS Office 2019 Installation Issue
I had a problem trying to install MS Office 2019 on my computer not too long ago. The folks at the software provider's support team were a huge help in getting it sorted out quickly. Microsoft Office installation fix
Greg really saved me! I was having such a tough time getting Microsoft Office to work on my new computer, and I felt like I was going around in circles. After a ton of back and forth with customer service through emails, Greg finally reached out to me over the phone. In just a short amount of time, he guided me through the process and now Microsoft Office is working perfectly. I am so grateful to him for helping me out of that mess!
Software purchase for home use
As an older person, I really liked the great customer service from the tech guy at this company. He was patient and friendly, and he made sure to explain everything without rushing me. MS Office 2019 Activation Error
The activation key for my MS Office 2019 gave me an error saying it had been used too many times. But Greg from customer service helped me out right away. He was super helpful and quick in finding a fix.
Windows 11 Pro purchase
I recently got a desktop that was supposed to have Windows 11 Pro, but it only had Windows 10 Pro. I discovered that I needed to purchase an activation key for Windows 11 Pro from this website and install it on my own. The instructions were straightforward and simple to follow, so I was able to get it set up without any issues. I will definitely return to this site for any future software needs.
Office package order cancellation
I ordered an office package recently, but turns out it's back-ordered. When I realized that Microsoft didn't cancel my order, I reached out to customer service. They were super helpful and helped me cancel my order and get a refund, though I'll have to wait 5 to 10 business days. I was really impressed with the service and would totally suggest this platform to my friends.
Software purchase
I'm not too savvy when it comes to computers, but I recently purchased some software and had a heck of a time trying to get it installed. Thankfully, this amazing gal named Kat R. from customer support came to the rescue! She was super sharp and really went out of her way to help me get everything sorted. We can't afford to lose someone like her around here!
Microsoft Office upgrade
So, I gave this company a ring and I gotta say, Tyler V. was seriously impressive! It was like he could read my mind - knew exactly who I was, what my problem was, and bam, he fixed it all up in one go. Didn't have to keep calling back for more help. Basically, he's like a phone hero or something.
Home and Student 2016 purchase
I just got Home and Student 2016 and I was pretty happy to see that it worked well with all my saved documents. I was bummed at first to learn that some software is now on a subscription basis, but this purchase gave me a good affordable option. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought.
