Zip-up hoodie purchase
I got this zip-up hoodie from this company and it was just like they said it would be. It took about 10 days to get here, so shipping wasn't super speedy, but I'm happy with how the sweatshirt turned out. It's made of good quality material and it's comfy to wear, plus the design is pretty cool. Luckily, I didn't have to contact customer service because everything went smoothly with my order. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and would definitely think about shopping from this company again down the road.
Hoodies and sweatpants
I've been a happy customer of this company for a while now and I gotta say, all the bad reviews I've seen don't match up with my own experiences. I just bought some hoodies and sweatpants for myself and as gifts, and I've always been happy with the quality and service I get from this company. The stuff came right on time, even during the crazy holiday rush, which was a nice surprise. The materials they use are tough and the stitching is perfect, showing off the great work that goes into each piece of clothing.
Black hoodie purchase
I just wanted to give a shoutout to this black hoodie I bought a while ago. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. The shipping was pretty quick for me, even though I've heard some people had issues. The fit is spot-on, and the material is super nice and heavy - just the way I like it. It's got plenty of room under the hood, which is a big relief because a lot of hoodies these days seem to forget about that. Totally worth the price for the quality.
Socks and sweatpants
I mean, everything I bought was pretty basic, but man, it's super comfortable and durable. I always feel like I'm splurging a bit too much (since it's nothing fancy), but I keep coming back 'cause they just fit so well and feel so cozy. Never thought I'd drop $12 on socks or $80 on sweatpants, but now that's all I rock. And let me tell you, now that I'm working from home, those sweatpants are basically my uniform.
Purchased a hoodie
I had a really bad experience with customer service. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but my recent purchase was a disaster. The tracking info was off, the shipping was slow and seemed sketchy, there was no phone number to call, and my emails were totally ignored. I won't be spreading the word about this brand anymore.
Rad sweatshirt
I ordered this really awesome sweatshirt forever ago, but I still haven't gotten it! I've sent them a bunch of emails and haven't heard back from anyone. It's really frustrating to have to wait this long. I really hope I can get my money back because this is just dragging on.

The first shipment mistake was really frustrating, and the regular shipping was just not that great. But once I contacted customer service and waited for a bit, they sorted everything out and sent me the right order. The stuff I got was really good quality, so I ended up buying more things.

I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but I'm feeling really frustrated with my recent experience. I placed an order and got charged right away, but it's been days and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've tried reaching out to customer service twice, but haven't heard back at all. It's kind of disappointing to see this lack of communication and follow-through from a company that I used to trust.
Oversized hoodie
I recently ordered this super cool oversized hoodie from this one company, and I gotta say I was pretty bummed out by the whole shebang. I waited a whole week, seven business days, and didn't get a single update on my order. So I hit up their customer service to ask what's up. Turns out, they didn't even have the hoodie in stock even though the website said they did. This got me wondering if the whole company is on the up and up, and if anyone else got duped like I did. Now I'm in wait-and-see mode to find out if they actually come through with giving me a refund.
Two sweatshirts
I just bought two sweatshirts from this company and man, what a letdown. When the package got here, I saw that it was sealed up so bad that one of the sweatshirts fell out during delivery. So now I only got one. I tried to reach out to customer service by sending two emails, but they ghosted me. This lack of response and care in packaging and shipping is not cool at all. I won't be buying from this company again, that's for sure.
Delayed Christmas present delivery
I got this gift from this company back on December 5th, thinking it'd come in time for Christmas. But, ya know, the tracking info shows it's been stuck in transit and I still haven't got it. I've tried shooting them an email about it, but nothing back yet. It's pretty annoying that they don't have a phone number to call and talk to someone. Now I'm torn between paying extra to get it rushed over so it gets here in time for my wife, or just asking for a refund. But with no way to get in touch with them, I'm stuck.
Sweater, charged but never shipped
I ordered a sweater from this place, and can you believe they didn't even bother to let me know it was out of stock until a whole week later? So now I gotta wait even longer for it to get here because they only shipped one thing at a time. It's so frustrating and I definitely won't be shopping here again!
Super happy sweatshirt
Oh my goodness, I got this sweatshirt and it's seriously so cozy and warm! I was really excited when I ordered it, but then I didn't hear anything about the shipping and no package showed up. I was like, "What's going on??" I had to reach out to them and they were just like, "Oops, we actually don't have any left." I was so disappointed! It's happened to me before too, which is just not fair. I mean, how can you sell me something you don't even have in stock? And then they send me an email about the sweatshirt and I tried to buy it right away, but then it sold out in like two hours? Seriously, they should make more if it's that popular! They should have told me it was sold out before I purchased it. I had to ask for a refund. Not cool at all, dude.
