    Horrible customer service, clothes are really cheaply made and this China based company will only offer a partial return if I pay to send the items back to China and agree to have all the original shipping costs and the insurance to send the products here in the first place taken from my return amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will get stuck with a ton of horrible clothes that you can’t return. The photos can be seen on so many websites all over the internet and when you receive the products they are nothing you will expect. Run!!!! Always check out online company reviews prior to ordering products. I’m stuck with a bunch of cheaply made clothes that I will never wear"

    I ordered many items including 3 bathing suites, shorts, 3 tank tops and 2 key chains. When I received my order, the shorts were the wrong size, swimsuits were made of weird material and not cute and the key chains were not what I ordered. I immediately contacted customer service and they told me I would have to pay for shipping back for a refund. I told them that this was not my mistake and asked them to pay for the return. They refused and said that the partner that ships from the warehouse must have messed up the order and that they would give me a $15 credit or credits on my next order! I was outraged and demanded a refund and to speak to a manager. I never received either one of those things and remain and unhappy customer. Remind you it took weeks before ever receiving my order!

    Bellelily is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! The clothes are cheap and not worth the little amount they charge. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The website states that they will accept returns but that is a lie. What they don't tell you is that you cannot return items & they will only offer a discount on your next purchase when you ask for a return. If you do choose to send something back, it is to China and at YOUR expense! Why would I have to send items to China when they were delivered to me from a US warehouse? I want my money back but clearly will not get it. I will never shop here again & I recommend you don't either. After a week of emails back & forth, the only thing I was offered on the items I wanted to return & one item damaged, was a discount on my next purchase. REALLY? You think I want to shop here again? NO!!! This site is a joke! If you want good clothing that you can actually return for your money back or exchange, I recommend shein.com or zolucky.com. Both clothing sites have awesome stuff & awesome customer service...and accept returns IN THE UNITED STATES! Bellelily is a JOKE! Shop at your own risk, but remember that you have been warned!

It does not say on the website that you cannot return items, but I dealt with trying to return an item and they simply said that they can only give me a discount on my next purchase. They were a terrible company to work with.

    I ordered several different clothing items. They were not as pictured at all. The colors were off.and they were very cheaply made. They had many flaws like crooked stitching. I tried to return everything but all they kept saying was they would give me a partial refund because of the expenses they had incurred. Do not order from this company unless you want poor quality items that you can not return. The clothes look nothing like the photos and the fabric is cheap and scratchy. I will not wear any of the items I purchased and I bought 8 different things.

    I purchased two shirts from Bellelily and one was over a size to small and the other fit very poorly. I requested a return and before they would consider a return, they requested I put the clothes on, take a picture (in good lighting) and send it to them. They also wanted my measurements sent to them. Given that one of the shirts was so small I could not get it on, I refused to send them a picture basically on me in my ....

    Stay away from this company unless you know you'll just keep whatever they send you. Shein is much easier to deal with for basically the same price point.

    OVER $200+ IN CLOTHING - I CHECKED THE SIZE GUIDE BEFORE ORDERING TOO!

    Nothing fits, has the described quality or pattern as pictures or described. The website clearly stated I can return for a full refund if in original packaging, unworn and tagged. When I received my item there was an address on the label titled "send all returns to:" with a US address - but that bag was mistakenly thrown out. I went through all the motions to request a return over the span of 2 + weeks and I am getting the shaft from this company. They take their time requesting pictures - which i send. Then they only offer me a partial refund. Now they offer for me to send back to China on my dime for postage. But the very best part: ALL OF MY EMAILS TO THEM ARE GETTING RETURNED (from 2 separate email addresses) because they mark me as SPAM! I am unable to reply back to their emails without it getting kicked back. I send as a new message - it gets kicked back. I send from another email address with the prior correspondence attached and I get one reply (without an acceptable solution) and then I AM MARKED AS SPAM AGAIN. This is a joke. I want to return these in the US as stated on their website. Nothing has even been TRIED ON - that is how misrepresented these sizes are - and I've done everything right! Please see attached for examples of the BS correspondence from this company and all of my BLOCKED attempts at resolving this.

    I am CLEARLY not the only one this company jacks around. They are bad behavior and scammers! The return label had a US return address on the label! It stated in order to return that it needed to be approved by contacting their customer service! Their customer service has played this game for over a month! I cannot wear any of these items of clothing! I am a size M and wear a M-L because I do not want things to be too tight - I wanted a baggy look in some of the items ordered and I ordered WAY UP in size and they DO NOT EVEN FIT ME AS THEY ARE TOO SMALL! I even ordered 2XL items! The material is cheap, the colors off and the return policy is bull ...! Please please help me! This is not fair and I checked with USPS and it would cost me $263 to send back these UNWORN, UNOPENED items that I tried to return in the first 2 days of receiving! I am playing by all of the rules and I was scammed and mislead by the advertising of their products in quality, size, color and return policy! I do not want a partial refund, I want to return these items for a FULL refund to the address on the label that I so very much so wish my husband did not mistakenly throw out! This company is unethical and I feel like my purchase is not protected even with PayPal if I still need to prove otherwise! And a side note - all of my correspondence through email with them is STILL marked as spam and all get bounced back to me - as Bellelily immediately emailed me when I opened this claim and asked for me to close this claim and accept store credit for a partial amount... Funny how it took them weeks to respond prior but as soon as I opened a Pay Pal claim against them they responded within 2 hours. Please let me know if you need any other proof of correspondence or pictures of what I did receive vs what I should have! Thank you for your time!

    I would not recommend anyone use this site. I ordered a jacket online and then tried to return it (too small/colour not right/style not right) but customer service just sent me a flurry of emails fobbing me off (asking me to send photos of me in the jacket very weirdly so that they could send them on to their "suppliers") and only offering a 30% refund instead of a full one. I would be very sure you want the item(s) you order because unlike other normal clothing sellers/distributors you will not get a refund.

    Took almost a month to arrive and the quality is super poor. Very disappointing awful quality, sizes are way off and the material is paper thin with absolutely no give… I’m assuming this all came from China. I spent almost $70 and never get to shop for myself so I’m not happy at all ????

    Ordered twice from this site. The second time the items I received were not only poor quality but didn’t fit properly. There is no packing slip or information on how to return the items. I emailed the company who was not helpful whatsoever in the return process. I went back and forth multiple times with them. They continued asking me what my measurements were as if I had no idea how to order clothing. I continued to ask why that is relevant as I just wanted to return the items. It wasn’t until I left a review of my experience that the company then changed their attitude and said it was expensive for me to return the items as I would have to pay shipping to Japan. They continued to ask me to remove my review of their company and offered me partial money back on my order. Mind you an order that I will never be able to wear nor return because the shipping is probably more then the items themselves. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life and I purchase a large number of items online. So save your money and your sanity and don’t order from this company.
