Lace front wig purchase
I recently bought a lace front wig from this company, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole thing. The website was easy to use and had a ton of options to choose from. Ordering was a breeze, and I got a confirmation email right after. Even though I was hesitant at first because of some bad reviews I saw, I went through with it, and I'm happy I did. I can only speak for my own experience, but it's been good so far. The customer service team was quick to respond and helped with any questions I had. Now I'm just waiting for my wig to arrive and hoping it's good quality.
Wig Purchase
This wig is just so amazing! I was so surprised by how great it looked on me, and the quality is top-notch. I can't believe I scored such a gem for such a good price. Plus, the delivery was super quick and the customer service was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Good for my shop
I run my own shop where i need wigs. Most of the time i buy it from here and the hair looks really fine. Also they are good and no irritating on skin. Blend well with natural hair and its much easy to style them

Dissatisfied with long delivery time and inaccurate product depiction
Man, let me tell you, my experience with this company was a total disaster. I mean, it took them over a month to deliver my order, can you believe that? In this day and age, that's just not cool. And don't even get me started on the customer service rep, Lily or whatever her name was. She was clueless and so rude. It was like talking to a brick wall trying to get any help. And to top it off, the wigs I got were nothing like what I saw online. The colors were off, the styles were all wrong, and the quality was pretty terrible. And get this, turns out they were made in China. No wonder they were so crappy. Bottom line, this whole thing was a total waste of my time and money.
Jumbo wig, wrong color and size
Omg, I can't even believe it. I ordered this wig online and when it arrived, it was a complete disaster. It didn't even look like what I thought I was getting. Like seriously, there were random colors all mixed in there, a permanent part, AND it was way too big. I spent so much money on this mess and then found out it would cost even more to send it back. I am definitely not recommending buying from them at all!!
Custom color wig purchase
I bought a custom color wig from this site not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. I had to wait for over two months for it to arrive, and when it did, it looked nothing like what I had asked for. I tried to return it for a refund, but sadly I didn't get any of my money back. Such a waste of time and cash. I definitely won't be buying from this site again.
Human hair wig purchase
I am so upset about the human hair wig I got from this company. It's completely different from the one I wanted and the quality is nowhere near what they promised. The color is terrible and the texture is obviously not real human hair. And on top of that, the wig was shipped all the way from China, so I can't even send it back for a refund. This is such a scam and a total rip-off.
Short wig purchase
I recently bought a short wig from their website and ran into some issues with it. The website said it was 8 inches long, but when I got it, turns out it was actually 10 inches. I was looking for an 8-inch wig, so this was pretty misleading and disappointing. When I tried to return it because of the wrong info, they said no. I did get a refund for what I paid, but still lost out on the shipping costs. The customer service person, Lila, said I'd get a refund for the shipping, but haven't seen it yet. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and not too keen on ordering from them again.
Full lace wigs, Virgin Malaysian hair
I ordered these really nice full lace wigs that were supposed to be made of fancy Virgin Malaysian hair. But they totally messed up and sent me this low-quality Remy hair instead. And on top of that, I specifically asked for silk tops, but all they did was sew on these really bright white fabric pieces that stick out like a sore thumb and are just plain ugly. It was a total fail.
Synthetic wig disaster
I honestly thought I was getting myself a really nice human hair wig, but what I got was a total mess of cheap synthetic material. The color was all wrong, it felt like plastic, and it didn't even fit right. I felt like I got ripped off and was totally bummed out with what I ended up getting.
Hair wig purchase
Oh my goodness, I just had, like, the most terrible time trying to order this human hair wig online. I ordered it and they just kept sending me the wrong one. It was this cheap, plasticky thing that was so itchy on my head. I even made YouTube videos to try to show them how awful it was, but they didn't do anything about it. Then they sent me another wig, but it was clearly used and nasty! The band was all stretched out and the hair was a total mess. I was super angry, so I just threw it in the trash. UGH!
So much money wasted
I bought this wig that cost me almost $300, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. So, I had to send it back and order the right one again, but this time it cost me even more money. I've been trying to get my refund for a while now, but no one seems to be responding to me. I just really want my money back!
Wig, delayed delivery, wrong color, poor quality
As a customer who ordered a wig from this company, I gotta say I was pretty bummed out with the whole experience. First off, it took forever for the wig to get to me, like over a month. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company. The product I got didn't match the photo online at all. It was a hassle trying to get a refund, even though they said they would give me a full credit. I won't be shopping with them in the future, and I have a feeling they might be operating under different names on their site. Just a heads up!
