Discount refund request
So, I had this little situation where I forgot to put in a discount code when I paid for something online. I shot an email over to customer service at Maisonette to see if they could help me out. And guess what? They got back to me super quick, in just a few hours, and they ended up giving me a refund for the discount I missed out on. The email they sent me was really nice and it made me feel like they actually care about me as a customer. I gotta say, I'm really grateful for how helpful and friendly the folks at Maisonette are when it comes to customer service. It's interactions like these that make me happy to keep doing business with them.
Replacement necklace issue
I just went through a little hiccup with a necklace I bought from Maisonette, but let me tell you, their customer service folks really stepped up. When I got the necklace, it had a flaw that made it impossible to wear. I reached out to Maisonette's customer service team, and they were on top of it, hooking me up with a replacement ASAP. I was really impressed with how quickly they handled the situation and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Layette order for my granddaughter
I recently bought some clothes for my granddaughter from Maisonette. When they showed up, they were way too big for her. I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to help me out. They offered to give me my money back or a discount, and they made sure the right sizes were sent to me. I wasn't sure if they could fix the problem, but they totally did. The clothes were even nicer in person than online, and I am now a big fan of Maisonette's customer service.
Kapla blocks as presents
I've been into Kapla blocks for a while now, and I thought they'd make great birthday gifts for my nephews. My old set has held up for over 25 years and my kids still love playing with it, even though they're grown with kids of their own. When I saw a good deal on them at Maisonette, I had to grab a couple sets for the gifts. The quality of these blocks is really top-notch, and they keep kids entertained for hours with all the creative possibilities.
Unique children's clothing and toys
Maisonette is my favorite place to find cute kids' clothes and toys that you just can't find anywhere else. Their website has such a wide selection, I always come across new brands and styles for my grandkids. And let me tell you, when I had a problem with one of my orders, their customer service team was a lifesaver. They got back to me quickly and fixed everything to make sure I was happy.
Monogrammed items
I just bought two monogrammed pieces from this shop and man, they really knocked it out of the park! Everything went pretty smoothly with ordering, except for a little hiccup with the font I wanted. But they got on it right away and fixed it up. The stuff actually arrived way sooner than I thought, and it was top-notch quality. I didn't expect them to have such fancy brands, and there was a bunch of great choices for people like me.
Order placed with excellent communication
I was really impressed by how well this company kept me in the loop. So, I made an order, but then had to cancel part of it. Right away, I got an email letting me know why. Then, the rest of my stuff showed up earlier than I thought, and they even sent me emails with the tracking number. It was clear they cared about the little things and wanted to make sure I knew what was going on every step of the way.
Children's clothing and toys
Maisonette is my absolute favorite for buying clothes and toys for kids. They have such a great range of stuff, and it's all really good quality, no matter what your budget is. I love that they have sales to make things even more affordable. Plus, I really respect that a lot of their brands are all about being eco-friendly and socially responsible.
Exceptional Customer Service
I had the best customer service at Maisonette! It was so nice talking to a real person who really knew what they were doing. They listened to me, checked out my purchase history, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They understood me and took care of everything quickly. Amazing customer service!
Princess dress purchase
I got my daughter a princess dress and she accidentally ripped it. So I called customer service and they were really nice. They sent us a new one really quickly. I was so happy with how easy and fast it was!
Baby Clothes and Equipment
This site offers wonderful products, however their delivery/shipping is very slow, even when selecting expedited shipping for $30.
In addition, I accidentally placed a duplicate order when updating my credit card. Within minutes, I requested a cancellation for the duplicate, I was told it was not possible, because the orders go strait to the warehouse and begin the process. However, even with paying $30 for expedited processing and delivery, the 2 orders show ready, but have not been shipped, 4 days after the order was placed.
This is a great store that needs much improvement in their customer service and shipping/delivery process.TiiPii
I purchased 3 TiiPii from Maisonette website, but it was shipped through subcontractors. They sent me 3 stands which were good, and they sent me 3 TiiPii however these were defective.
I was supposed to receive 3 TiiPii Nesters but they sent me 1 Nester, and 2 Children’s TiiPii, which I paid for 3 Nesters. The company will not stand behind this refund claim, and they said there is nothing that can be done. I ordered it in May and didn't get it until September.
Because this took so long, they would not handle the refund saying that it was too late. The shipping and customer service were not at the level that I would expect. There was no working with me on this and I will not be shopping again with this company.Red short sleeved dress
My father ordered this dress for my daughter in mid November. It is 12/15 today & we have yet to receive. They keep sending emails saying it won’t be delivered to the post office for another week. He has reached out to them twice & heard nothing back. Now the dress won’t be delivered until 12/21...? There is no customer service number to call...
Multiple times
Everything arrived but one item arrived broken. Weeks later and multiple attempts at contact and I've heard nothing.
