Jordan 1 x Trophy raffle win
I was so stoked when I won the Jordan 1 x Trophy raffle and got the order confirmation right away. But man, my mood totally changed when I got an email just 2 hours later saying my order was cancelled. I was left feeling confused and super frustrated by the sudden cancellation without any explanation. It was a real bummer after being so pumped about winning and placing the order.
My new hoodie and trousers
I just got my new clothes from Solebox and they came really quickly! The hoodie and pants are so nice, made with great materials. Huge shoutout to the Solebox team for getting me all set up!
Cool kicks
I recently got these awesome sneakers from this one store, paid for them up front and all. But you know what? They still haven't even sent them out yet! My mom's talking about getting a lawyer to step in. It's so frustrating. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this place. It's just not worth the hassle.
Nike Dunk Brazil
I bought a pair of Nike Dunk Brazil sneakers from that store, and it was disappointing. My shoes had some issues – the left one had a color smear on the sole and leftover adhesive, making it look like a reject or factory second. I decided to return them and luckily the refund was easy. But I was surprised to see the store put the same defective shoes back on sale, trying to deceive another customer. It's not cool and not good for the environment. They should be more honest and caring towards their customers.
Two pairs of shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes and they came in good shape. One of them seemed like it was worn before, but it wasn't too bad. The thing that bugged me was the high shipping cost. I checked the package weight and it was only 2.5kg, but they said it was 7kg and charged extra. I reached out to customer service but never heard back.
Birkenstock Boston in regular fit
I just bought the Birkenstock Boston sandals thinking I had ordered the regular fit, but they ended up sending me the narrow fit by mistake. When I called customer service about it, they said it was a one-time error and suggested that I place a new order. I asked them to make sure the correct fit was available this time. After checking back with them, they told me that the product was wrongly labeled as regular when only the narrow fit was actually in stock. It seems like they were trying to trick customers into not noticing the mix-up, which doesn't feel right.
Fast delivery of beautiful shoes
I just bought something from this store, and I gotta say, I am super happy with how everything turned out. They delivered it really quickly, and the shoes I got are just beautiful. I'll definitely be coming back to shop again.
Inadequate return policy
Even though my order came fast, I was bummed that they don't give return labels for sizing problems. It's pretty lame customer service, especially since their prices are so high. There are definitely better choices online.
Lost package issue
I had a really bad time dealing with a lost package from UPS last month when I ordered some shoes from this store. UPS said the package was lost, so I filed a claim to get my money back. But even after UPS finished looking into it and confirmed the loss, Solebox keeps sending me those same old emails saying they need more info from UPS before they can give me a refund. It's getting on my nerves and feels like they're not taking me seriously.
Unpleasant return experience
When I tried to return something at this store, I ran into a frustrating situation. They told me I had to pay for return shipping, and on top of that, they wouldn't give me back the original shipping cost. It felt wrong since I was basically charged for shipping twice for an item I didn't even want anymore. I found out that this policy doesn't follow EU law, which says the seller should refund both the item and shipping fees. Plus, talking to the staff was tough because they didn't speak English well, so we couldn't solve the problem easily. So, I've decided to take it up with PayPal to try and get a fair solution. Overall, my experience with their return process and customer service was disappointing and made me frustrated with their ways.

I just bought a pair of sneakers from that store, and man, it was a total disaster. The package came all beat up, and when I finally opened it, they had sent me the wrong size shoes not just once, but twice. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, and getting a refund took forever. Such a waste of time and money dealing with that company.
