The stress ball is amazing
I bought the stress ball from here for ...stress obviously. The ball is amazing and it has really good working. i don't know how exactly it is working but damn awesome. i Love it , there is so many times i just wished to have something like this.
This giant ball is just saved me from my own frustration. I recommend you to try it . the ball is rubbery and soft . I don't know how to explain this. but damn this is so good!

I just bought the spinner wheel and warehouse shopping experience, and let me tell you, it was even better than I expected. Kerry was super nice and helpful from start to finish. Meeting Ben, Danny, Jon, and Maddie was a blast. The best part was watching a video that hasn't even been posted on social media yet. The kids had so much fun shopping in the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. Vat19 really understands their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great time.
Christmas gifts stolen
I ordered a bunch of Christmas gifts from this website but they got swiped from my porch right after they were dropped off. I was really bummed about it, but when I contacted customer service, they were so understanding and offered me a refund or replacement without any issues. Richard was awesome and really helpful throughout the process. Even though it wasn't their fault, they made sure to make things right and I'm grateful for that. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Vat19 tour, new purchases
Oh my goodness, you all! I just had the most amazing time on the Vat19 tour! It felt like I was actually walking into one of their YouTube videos in real life. I got to check out all of their incredibly cool and crazy products, and I couldn't resist buying some really awesome stuff. Meeting the cast members was definitely the highlight – they were all so nice and easy to chat with. I had a total blast and I'm already looking forward to going back!
Three Orders
Vat19 has really stepped up and made safety a top priority during this pandemic. They've had just one person - the company president - working in the warehouse since March 22. It's a clear sign that they care about keeping everyone healthy and safe, and it shows they're leading by example. As a customer, I'm grateful to know they're taking proactive steps to stop the spread of the virus.
Awesome Warehouse Visit
Oh my gosh, that visit was seriously the best ever! We got to check out all the sets and meet our favorite YouTubers in real life. They were super nice and even signed autographs for us. And on top of that, we got to snag some really awesome merchandise from the warehouse. It was definitely worth it for such an amazing experience. Big shoutout to Jamie for making it all so incredible!
Son's birthday gift
I never really paid much attention to Vat19 until my son kept bugging me to take him there for his birthday. I had no clue it was actually located in St. Louis! When we finally decided to go, I was expecting just a typical warehouse tour. But let me tell you, it was way better than I expected! We got to see everything up close and even met the folks from the videos. It was so awesome and my son's birthday turned out to be the coolest one yet!
Office supplies purchase
Working in a boring government office as a content creator, I was super excited to check out Vat19's awesome and lively workspace. The studio was filled with colors and creativity, totally opposite of my dull office. Getting to meet the team and be a part of their videos was amazing and gave me a peek into how they come up with their cool ideas. I'm so thankful for the inspiration and new things I learned while I was there.
Gift card purchase, immediate response
I posted a bad review at first, but then the company got back to me right away, so I decided to change it. I really would have preferred talking to a real person on the phone instead of waiting for an email, but at least they solved my problem pretty fast. I bought a gift card for a special occasion and needed it right away, so I'm thankful they acted quickly.
YouTube merchandise
Our experience was amazing! We bought some YouTube gear for our kids and they totally loved it. They were so pumped to have stuff from the same sets they watch on videos. Meeting Jaime was a big deal, even though he was super busy and we couldn't snag a photo with him. All in all, it was a great time for our family.
