Dresses took a month to arrive. The fabric looks very cheap and shiny. I ordered a small and they were all huge and very long. Emailed them to get a return label but they don't send it to u unless agree to pay shipping and duty to China even tho they were shipped from "chino", CA. Got to love the play on words here. Their other option is the will only give you 15% of you purchase price if you choose not to send it back. Oh and you also get a foreign transaction fee on your cc when u purchase. Buyer beware!

I ordered a dress ..looked nice in photo...cheesy material and pattern look so cheap on dress...My return is either a 15% money back of price or return the dress back to China...quite the cost!
Women's Tops
Overall, I was very disappointed with my purchases. The items seemed priced low, but when you add in shipping and the expense to return the items, the customer is the one that is '...' all the way around. The material description of the merchandise is deceptive and the 'sheen' on the outside of the material of ALL the tops I purchased makes the tops look CHEAP! It took too long for the items to arrive. The clothing online looks so much better ONLINE than IN PERSON .... DECEPTIVE, CHEAP, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I would have returned most of the items, but the cost is OUTRAGEOUS. So long, Zolucky.....
Clothing - if you can call it that!!!
Please pay complete attention to this review! The products sold on this site are complete garbage! Do not waste your money! If you want to return an item, then you must pay to send it to CHINA even though it was shipped from their warehouse in City of Industry, CA. They don't tell you this in the return policy. They are liars and thieves who sell the cheapest clothes possible.

I was skeptical for sure. I ordered a simple blouse; looked like a lovely color and lightweight summer material. What I got was heavy hot cotton/poly blend which would be horrible for Summer in a color that wasn't even close to the picture. The fit was tiny in the shoulders, but huge in the body of the shirt. It wasn't even worth taking the time to return, which no doubt is what they expect. I will never order from them again, and have told everyone I know to STAY CLEAR.

The return policy is a sham! The dress I bought was advertised as a cotton blend and the picture looked like it, but what I received was a very thin, see-through, clingy spandex dress that looked really horrible on me. I was given authorization to return it, but the only place it can be returned to is in China and UPS is not shipping to China right now. Zolucky offered me only 10% of my money back

I did not get my order. It might have been stolen from my mailbox. i let the the company know. I was told it was not their problem. So I lost $160 and they did nothing.

I wish I could show you the photo. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Over $90.00 worth. Garbage! And not even CLOSE to my shoe size. For some reason China is ... when it comes to shoe size! I can't send them back. And they disable their review section so you can't leave a review. Zolucky said they would refund $35.00. They gave me $19.00! On a $90.00 order, that THEY ... up not me! The shoes they sent were 3 different sizes. And none of them were size 8 American. If they can rip you off they will. Stay Away!
Blouse
What i ordered waa not what i received. The pictutes on the website are one thing and the merchandise that you get is another. Cheap quality, doesn't look like actual pictured item. When you try to return they give you this BS about shipping cost and customs costs to china and that it would be better to keep the item and they would refund 15%...well they can keep their $2 its not worth it. BEWARE this company is not legit. I would never order from them again and have deleted anything and everything about their website.

The of the product in online catalog was not consistent with the shirt delivered. Returning a product is cumbersome and requires shipping it to China not California so the cost of that is prohibitive. They would not send a replacement and only offered a 15% refund. Given the obvious poor quality control and the awful return process I would be very cautious about buying from Zolucky. For myself I will never order from them again.

The quality of their clothes is horrible. The dress I ordered looked entirely different from picture online. The material of the dress was of such poor quality you could see through the entire dress. It wasn't designed to be a sheer dress. Their return policy is even worse. The customer has to pay for the return to China. I would never never purchase from this site again. Lesson learned.

Forgot to mention: both MasterCard and Visa have chargeback policies against merchants for various purchase problems. In the case of the s**t-... company, products not as advertised, or refunds not processed. If you make a good faith attempt to return an items and the merchant does not respond, they can be liable for the charge on your account (including shipping, since it's all just a single line item on your statement). You need to contact your bank within 2 statement cycles to initiate the chargeback process.
They sent the wrong sizes. For a refund, I was given a postal address in China even though they ship out of California. And the shipping is not prepaid. I am now reading other reviews and I now know the definition of a scam.

NEGATIVE! This company is a scam therefore, please do not order from them! The clothing is cheap, not as advertised at all, just plain junk! I tried to return and got an email, not a return label saying that it goes back to China and we pay for the shipping along with customs costs! An absolute joke. I will be donating $112.00 worth of ... to Goodwill. Please beware of their practices.

Beautiful photos, terrible product. I bought 13 blouses. It all feels like cellophane. Cheap garbage. They make returning anything EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. This company is in China. They do not reply to emails. I am afraid to spend money sending it back, when they make it very clear that they can deny the refund for any reason.

Do not even buy anything from this company! The clothes are not at all like the pictures. They are the cheapest material that looks like it will fall apart if you put it on your body. They are see through and the worst made clothes I have ever seen. Returns are impossible. After 2+ months I am still waiting for them to leave the "customs" facility in China, which I am sure does not really ever deliver them back to the company. Save your money!!! This company is a total scam.
I bought 6 items, 2 were great, one was NOT the correct item as picture showed, 2 were too small, one item has not came yet. Returns are DIFFICULT! i would not recommend this company.,

The worst. Chinese company that has done a good job of making it look non-Chinese on website. Clothes are of the poorest quality. Returns are impossible. They would not answer any of my emails, even when I wrote to the address given on the website for writing to about returns. Don't bother!!

Online "Returns" does not work and emails to Customer Service for assistance go unanswered.
Shoes
Very cheaply made, essentially made of plastic and smelled terrible. If I wanted to pay to send them back to China, it would have cost $$. Instead I opted for the 25% refund (which I had to fight for). Was not satisfied with the product or customer service.
Tops, pants and shoes
If I could choose a zero rating I would. The poor quality clothing is like a shiny polyester material. Not like the photos. The Post Office told me it would cost $45.00 to return it to China! Absurd!!! There's no contact in the United States. I can see that the company is making money off of those who are not returning the items because of the cost!!! I'm choosing to give the clothes to people in need instead of paying that amount to return them. Buyer beware!!! I will never order from Zolucky again!!!
I totally agree! Buyer Beware! Poor Quality! Long ship times and packages did not include everything I paid for. They refused to refund or replace the missing items.
