I was not unsatisfied with the material, but some pieces didn't look as nice in person. Two of the shirts were a nice material and look. One dress look flattering on.
The rest I wanted to send back I looked briefly for where they where located, wish I would have looked harder , I did not realize they were overseas. I just started the return process and have already run into problems so I guess we will see what happens at least my oder was under $100 A lot of things looked cute, but they didn't provide a very good view of any one produce.2 Shirts, Shoes, bralette
I ordered four items and only one was even remotely like the picture. The shoes were not well made enough to even walk in them. The yellow blouse had a collar, but did not in the picture. The bralette provided no support whatsoever. The one white shirt I bought was nice. That said, you cannot return anything because it needs to be shipped to China and they discourage that and tell you to keep everything and you can get 15% back. It was a waste of money. So, I basically paid $60 for a shirt and threw out the other three items.
Dresses
I am waiting to give me the information for returned my order. I send emails and no one is answer back with address or instructions. You can not trust this company
Better use companies that are reliableBought shoes, a dress and a blouse
Their products have good pricing but the US sizing seems to be off. The shoes were too large and the clothing too small. It cost me $45 to return these three items back to China! For that reason, I would never order from this company again.
Advice for Dissatisfied Zolucky Customers
For those customers in the United States:
Report the company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Send them both a letter at the same time. Attach any copies of e-mail or written correspondence. Attached screenshots of any chats. Attach a picture of the box or envelope of the package that shows the return address. Attach any supporting evidence you have to help your complaint.
Hopefully, you will get a response from both entities that is satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with either of their responses, write a letter to your State Attorney General Office. Attach a copy of everything you sent to the BBB and the FTC along with their response to you.
Even if the BBB, FTC or State Attorney General Office cannot give you satisfaction, at least they will have opened a file on this company that might help another potential customer from being scammed in the future.
Based on some of the reviews I've read, this company functions in the same manner as Luna Wigs. Let me tell you about them. They also refuse to give refunds. They sell ... wigs that look nothing like what is on their website. They are located somewhere in China. You might not figure that out until after you have purchased their inferior merchandise. When you ask for a refund, this is what happens. First of all, you can only communicate with them via e-mail. There is no chat box or telephone number. You will go back and forth with someone who might give you one name then they will give you another name later on, but you can tell it is the same person based on their writing style and word usage. They use more than one e-mail address. They might ask you to send them some information as if they are concerned about helping you. You send them what they ask for and it makes no difference because they are pretending to help you knowing that they aren’t going to do a thing for you. They will also tell you that the address on the box or envelope containing your order is not the return address. They will tell you that they have to give you the return address. Good luck getting that because you never will. Why is that even necessary? The return address should already be on the box or envelope. Duh! Since they know they are not going to give you the return address, they will tell you that you can keep the garbage merchandise and they will offer you only 10%-20% of the refund as if they are doing you favor by expecting you to take less than a full refund as well as keep their worthless merchandise. Why would they think that you would be satisfied with only getting a portion of your money? By the way, you will never get a refund in any amount. All you will get is frustrated from dealing with them. They will also tell you that it will cost you more in United States dollars to return the package than the amount of the refund you are requesting. That is a lie! You didn't spend an arm and a leg to have it shipped to you in the USA so why should it cost so much more to return it? That makes no sense, but these are the games they play knowing they aren’t going to give you any money back. They are hoping at some point that you will get tired of playing e-mail tennis with them and just give up.
These scammers are the worst. They sell poor, tacky, ... and just plain cheap merchandise with no intent on giving you a refund of any kind – that’s even if you get the merchandise at all. Either way they take your money and disappear. Good luck to anyone pursuing justice.Womens Clothing
I fell asleep at the wheel and really got taken with this one. Purchased this terribly cheap awful looking clothing that doesn't remotely resemble the pictures. Then they bargain with you about the return. Would you accept 25% refund and keep clothes? No. How about 40%? I paid a large sum to return the clothes to China. Six months later the box came back to me with many stickers in Chinese and pretty crushed. Clothes are now donated. About this site - not sure how all of my one stars create an overall rating of 2?
2 novelty sweatshirts
You would be ZO LUCKY if you ever got your order shipped! Ordered 12/6/22 for holidays. Contacted customer service 12/17/22 for arrival info -waste of time, useless. Decided to wait a little longer. Received email 1 item would be shipped around 1/18/23. Meantime credit card payment was due so I disputed purchase since it never arrived. Received email today that because of dispute, order was cancelled. Meanwhile I get daily emails announcing sales, special deals, etc. Would never order from them again. Also be aware that a "foreign bank" fee will be charged to your account!
2 dresses
HORRIBLE, NEITHER OF THE DRESSES I PURCHASED LOOKED LIKE THE PHOTOS, SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ... these products are a very CHEAP semi COPY of what is shown...NOT the fabric they stated at all,feels almost like plastic >>>GROSS!
Shipping them back to China would be over $100 , more than what the items costs ..this company knows exactly what they are doing... catching the trusting consumer in a joke purchase, forcing them to keep the items because the return would cost more.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS YADDA!clothes
It will take a month to get your order. Then if you have more than 1 item in the order, they will ship one item at a time. So Far from a month since order was made, I received just one item. The quality of the one item is very low quality. I know also, not to expect. Bottom line, the pictures in the website is deceiving. Low quality for low price.
Nice material......takes long time to receive, but sizes are not uniform and returns are expensive......so giving away most of clothes to thrift store received as I got them on sale.
Leggings

There advertisements and photographs are beautiful. The leggings I bought for my wife did not resemble the photos, it was poor quality, and stitching was coming undone. For returns customers pay the freight and duties to send the item back to Guangdong, China. My bad for not checking the reviews prior, there is a lot of well deserved bad press about Zoluckywomens shirts
I will never order from this company again.... the worst experience ever. I am also unnerved that this company operates with China. I will not accept the delay in my order and I want responsibility.

If I could give this company a ZERO, I would. However, it would not let me. I ordered some blouses and a pair of shoes from Zolucky. What they sent me was a pile of .... I can not even explain what kind of material the blouses were made of. The shoes were hideous!!! I have seen shoes at the dollar store that were better quality than the ones they sent me. I normally donate to the Goodwill stores but this ... they sent was so bad that I was embarrassed to take it there. I tried to return them and it was a nightmare. Customer service .... There is no customer service. They wanted me to pay for shipping to return them and it was going to be almost the total amouNT of $95 that they scammed me out of! THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS THEY APPREAR ON THE ADDS!

I bought 6 tops that looked beautiful on the page. I buy cotton because other material causes issues. I get one extra shirt that I did not order. What I got was very poor quality and not near the sizes I ordered per charts. I could not return because they were final sale. So now I have three shirts that are acceptable- but not cotton more like cheap synthetic. The rest I am giving to Salvation Army- So I start wearing the tops. The two are polyester not cotton. I know cotton. Well the third shirt was unbearable to wear- it feels like a wool mixed with something .Itches like the dickens - even after washing. So that is shirt number 5 that is a total loss. Also the rating overall 5 divided by four is not 4.0. This is a sham company.
Ordered 4 tops and one dress
Received my items and they were all huge. Contacted customer service and requested return. Was told I would get an email approval with instructions on how to return. Had no idea I would have to return them to China (very expensive). In the email they offered a 15% refund if I kept the items. 15%! Really? What a ripoff. Never ordering from this company again!!!
Dress
I ordered a pink flowered dress that was stated as being poly/cotton/spandex and NEW. I got a cheap, plastic polyester purple dress with a hole in it! Looked to be used and returned! Seller offered a partial refund or to send back at MY Expense…TO CHINA! So not worth it! They do this knowing you can’t return it as it would cost more than the items did. They know they can get away with bait and switch! DO NOT BUY!! Would give a ZERO star if possible!
Dress and top
I’m still waiting for part of my order but what I received is unacceptable. I ordered a denim sundress that is not denim. It is blue, thin, slinky terrible fabric and it is huge. I also ordered a blue gauzy top. I ordered small but it would fit my 200 lb husband. I chatted with a service rep. I will have to send it to China or accept %15 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They claim easy returns on their website with warehouses all over the world but you have to send it to ChinaClothing
The sizing from here is all over the map and does not align with the details they provide at the time of your order. Material used also appears to be not a match and I fear likely very inferior quality likely to shrink- colors run- seams twist? When asked for a return label promptly tried to buy me off with a 15% CASH offer?? !5% of spending $200 not happening so rejected. Got my return label and was advised that product would be fully inspected for wear and damage before any refund would be issued. Now for the kicker when I advised them of there quality problems they requested that I send them the details along with pics to pass along to the factory, how is it that a manufacturer does not manage there own internal Quality output going to customers?? Will I doubt I ever see a dime of the money spent refunded but NO MORE business with these folks spending lession!!
Shirts
Their shirts run very small - nice product but way small. As well, because they are a China-based company, their return policy basically defaults the buyer to just keeping the item and taking the purchase loss as the returnee is responsible for return postage, customs, other costs. Sort of a backhanded way of preventing returns.
I have read many reviews about this company. Most liked what they got, but the few who were unhappy, really didn't like what they received. I'm still debating should I or shouldn't I?
I can't understand how a company can get a 4 or 5 star rating and yet many unhappy people. Makes no sense to me.
