Hey! I got what I paid for! I didn't have high expectations for the price paid. I am pleased with the purchases they are as expected . Should I desire to purchase in that price/quality structure again I would not hesitate. If I want better quality I will pay more!!!

multiple tops, dresses and pants
Moral of the story....you get what you pay for. Cheap clothes - look great in the photos but the quality is terrible. Of the 8 items I bought - only 2 are wearable. Too expensive to return. Will donate the rest although I imagine they will end up being recycled. And so the cycle repeats! Don't buy.
7 Different Tops
This was the WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had!! NOT ONE of the tops was the measurements they said they were. Not one top was made correctly. 3 had uneven hems even! They were either way to small or to large! ALL were the cheapest polyester and they actually had cotton on 2 of the plastic packs AND on the labels too!! Total fraud!! They will NOT refund you 100% & shipping back to China is quite costly. Zolucky knows all of this too!! They are a rip off, fraudulent company!! I will no longer buy online after this absolutely horrible experience. It’s a total scam!! Stay away from this company unless you love cheap, unfitted, polyester!!

Do not buy from this website!!! I bought 2 dresses they were both too small after contacting the company I was told they would only refund 25% of the order or I could take this deal "We will offer you one coupon for your next purchase, available when order is over $170, and the total amount of the coupons is $ 43.41". My original order was under $50
Blouse
Received order acknowledgement over a month ago. Nothing since then and cannot find contact information in that single email.
Amazon has raised the bar for retailers and consumer expectations. In comparison, Zolucky leaves one with the impression that it is a scam. In this era of instant communications, there is no reason for that company to not send at least a weekly status update if only to report that the order is still in progress!I was getting ready to order from this company but after ready these reviews I will definitely NOT be ordering. I’m glad I looked more into it. Very disappointing! How can tgeg still be in business?

Very thin materials, sizing is wrong. Very disappointed in my order. Too difficult too return. Orders were received over a month from purchase
So glad I reviewed these comments before purchasing; I had a VERY similar experience with Annie Cloth; absolute garbage that I too donated; Reviewed that company on PissedCustomer; damn liars over in China. Don't buy anything offered up as a pop up in your online feeds; just don't.
Scam company! Do not buy from them! They are a total scam company! I cancelled an order and never got a refund!!! BUYER BEWARE!
World map shirt
Ordered a medium which is very small. Only way to return is ship to China!! And I pay shipping. Must be done within 7 days but the site warns item must go through customs and could be expensive to return. Duh! They offer 15% alterations but it’s already too small. Horrible. The countries are chopped up on the sleeves. Do not use this site

General: The fabric is horrible, looks like a cheap nightgown. I would be embarrassed to wear these items in public in the US. I'm sure their return policy will be a ridiculous rip-off, do not waste your money. The stuff looks cute on line but you will hate it. The clothes have no shape whatsoever,
The two shirts are not even close in color to what their website shows.
A dress looks nothing like what is pictured, it has as much shape and style as a plastic garbage bag but longer. Like a shapeless nightgown. Would never wear it!
T-shirt is pretty color like the photos but in photos it appears to have sleeves They are more an extension of a long shoulder seam and leaving an arm hole large enough to see my entire bra.
The quality of these clothes is not good. I spent $90, too bad I didn't read reviews. After over a month since ordering, what a total 100% disappointment.Dress and pants
Awful cheap material. Size was so big a pair of capris was resting on my shoes. Dress was the same. This was a small. Was planning to send back but see you must pay for return shipping which is in China. Cost more that article ordered. Don't buy from here. Not worth it in the end .
This company is a big scam; the clothes shown are very different than what was shipped to me. The fabric is crap, actually stinks like chemicals, and not constructed like clothes shown. I lost my money, but it is the scam which they perpetuate, WHICH REALLY ENRQGES ME. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE OF MASS
Totally agree, big scam, ripoff! I am also gong to file a claim with my state agency that handles this type of thing but also whoever it is on a national level that might control this which I believe is the FTC: "The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is the main agency that collects scam reports. Report your scam online with the FTC complaint assistant, or by phone at 1-877-382-4357 (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, ET)"..I paid thru paypl and will ask them to refund me and make a complaint to them about this vendor. Fraudulent company. The send you stuff that s complete garbage. All these reviews are completely consistent in this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a handful of shirts and will keep some. I have not successfully been able to receive anything from the company when I email about returning the 2 items that I don't want. I have tried 3 times and am frustrated how it is not easy at all.

Arrived smelling musty. Fabric tissue-paper thin, one garment with a hole, wrongly sized, extremely poor workmanship.
Request a return and they give a Guangzhou, China address. The shipping costs more than the order. They offer a 15% refund to resolve "sizing issues" if you prefer not to return the items.

The clothing was very reasonably priced. I just received my order and now think it was overpriced. The material was thin and the quality of sewing substandard. Don't order Women's sizes unless you are 6'6"and 140lbs (3X means you're 3X normal height?) and don't intend to move because your clothing will rip if you do. Or breathe. And don't go out in public because the fabric is so thin, you might as well be naked.

The picture of the blouse I purchased looked like a beautiful shirt and one which I would be proud to wear, but when I received it I was very disappointed. It was a different shade of blue than pictured and the material looked cheap. From now on I will only order online if the company is local and has a store.
I had same experience. Looked beautiful and cute and nice fitting in photos. The colors were not even close and the fit is awful. The fabric is hideous, says cotton blend... worse than a flimsy cheap nightgown, anyone living in the USA would be embarrassed to wear it outside! They are a fraudulent misrepresentation and you will be wasting your money because they do not refund what you pay. Agree, stick to retailers that are US-based.

Although it took almost a month to receive my order when i did finally get it , it was worth the wait, the items were of good quality and very much as they were pictured. I would make another purchase, but I would not pay for express shipping since that didn't happen anyway

Lesson learned. I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything. I placed an order in March. I received 1 item although the shipping slip says this order is the last item to be received to complete the order. Waiting for other items and/or a refund.
Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

I am kicking myself now...
I actually read some pretty negative reviews before ordering, but they had so many cute (appearing) items at reasonable prices, that I went ahead and ordered anyway. What a mistake!
Quality on most of the items (that actually delivered, after several times in transit) was pretty poor. To the point that the bracelet was supposed to say, "Where there is a will, there is a way" and it's just a bunch of "theres a way" strung together! A "shawl" that looked like it would fit a human in the photo on the website, came and it would fit a small doll or dog, for that matter...actually quality not even good enough for my dog!
When I tried to address the quality issues and either a return or exchange, I was met with these "accessories" are non-returnable, so I'm basically out of luck on 4 of the items that I purchased. I even told them that their lack of customer service was upsetting and I was going to give them a negative review and they made no attempts to provide ANY service to me.
So, lessons learned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Not worth the hassles that you will undoubtedly will face!Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.
Womens' clothes
I bought six items from tops to sweaters to one pair of black pants. I spent $120.00. The first ladies top came separately, the other five items came in one package several weeks later. The items were fairly priced, but the quality and fit of the clothes not good. I wanted to return four of the six items, but was told it would cost a large amount of money to return the items since they came from overseas. The company offered me 15% of the price of the returned items to make
revisions on the items that did not fit well. I ended up getting back approximately $7.00. I don't want to make revisions on these clothes. I just don't like them. I will be donating them to Goodwill. Please be aware before you purchase any clothes, etc. from this company. Returning them is a costly process. I learned my lesson. If something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Buyers beware.I am completely dissatisfied with my customer service at Zolucky! I paid express mail and 12 days later I have nothing. Their response to my inquiry was to settle down and have patience. I am so mad because I have arthritis and can't shop like others. These clothes were for when family arrived out of state. I don't really believe I'll ever see my order. RIP OFFF!!!

Scam company, I ordered $200 worth of clothes and had to throw every piece away. I couldn't even give them to the second hand shop because the clothing was that bad. Mismatched seams, holes, the clothing wasn't even cotton as advertised, it was some cheap silk material. they only offered to give me back $30 from the $200 I spent, good thing I went through Paypal and PayPal has a buyer guarantee and got my money back that way. They didn't even respond to Paypal's inquiry. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Too bad, their website has beautiful fashions, too bad it isn't legit, they would really make a lot of money if it was legit.
