The agent took no responsibility and didn't try to fix the problem. Instead, they said they would reach out to the seller and then abruptly ended the chat. They didn't apologize for the trouble, just acted rude and tried to make me doubt my own judgment. Dealing with such dishonest practices from a platform that's supposed to be reputable was really disappointing and frustrating.

I am so grossed out by the fact that this company is letting third-party sellers sell moldy mooncakes on their site. The mold is totally obvious, but they're still selling them for cheap.
